Management is super responsive to service requests. Buckhead apartment complex is hidden within a relatively high end residential neighborhood. Very peaceful and relaxing place to reside. Pets welcome for only a small pet deposit.

The office staff is awesome, they were very friendly and welcoming and made the moving process very smooth, I ended up having to move in earlier than expected and they were very accommodating. The neighborhood is peaceful! The apartments are spacious and clean, parking is plentiful. I've met two of the maintenance men and they were sweethearts. No complaints here! I love my new place!!!

Easy move in process and the staff was incredibly helpful. They gave me all the required information I l needed and asked for before move in and had my apt ready and in great condition when I arrived.

The front desk staff and property management were very professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything at the apartment. Fitness and lobby area are kept clean and ready to use. Never used their pool, but I always see someone cleaning and managing the pool area every morning. Very safe community.

The community is beautiful. It's quiet and everyone is nice. I met three of my neighbors on my move in weekend. They were nice and considerate and offered help if I needed any at any time. I like the community very much.

From the minute I got here to tour the complex, I was surprised by how friendly, courteous, and attentive the staff at Hidden Lake Apartments was. I was happy to see kids and parents scrambling around the main building during an Easter event. It really showed how much of a family-oriented and community-based place this is. Since I moved in, the staff have continued to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The few maintenance problems I had sent in were all fixed within 2 days of my reporting them, even the minor issues. The services and quality provided are outstanding, and at such a great price. Plus it feels like a very safe community. I have only been here for less than two weeks, but I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Hidden Lake to anyone considering moving to this area.

I enjoy living here. It's safe, and my maintenance issues are always handled promptly. Office staff is great. They are always friendly and have events for tenants weekly so people can get to know their neighbors.

Nice place to live. Wifi acts up often. Gate is often open or broke. No real complaints. I would recommend to friends and family. Staff is nice & helpful. There's is no noise complaints. Clean environment.

The residence is located in a very easy access area and I appreciate that very much. I like the fact that the community is gated, the administration personnel is available to residences' service until quite late in the evening.

This is a wonderful community, peaceful, quiet, friendly safe and residents. The community is private, in a secluded location, gated with a private lake to enjoy along with several private gazebos, a playground, a dog park. The community grounds remain clean and the lawn is well kept.

Service was great at first There was a huge staff change that cause a big decline in service. Many workers had bad attitudes. Improvements have been made and now it seems to be moving in a better direction.

Flood damage delayed my move in by 3 months and contractors didn't do their job fully in refurbishing. Emilia, at the office took care of these problems even when maintenance gave her a headache. If it weren't for her, I'd be elsewhere.

I have enjoyed living and being part of the Hidden Lake Community for about three years, it is very calm and serene. The staff are amazing and the community is pet friendly which is a must as we have two furry family members. Highly recommend.

Everyone is friendly and nice. I haven't been here long but I had two issues one with my key not working and they fixed it the next day! The other with my tub stopping up and they fixed it the next day!! Phenomenal service!!!!

Hidden Lake Apartment is a great community to live. I walk out of my apartment and straight ahead is a beautiful lake with lillipads. Some of my neighbors go fishing in it. I just love to see the ducks swimming by. I really like the convenience of paying my rent and putting in maintenance request from my phone. The staff here are helpful, friendly, and professional. They have events within our community all the time (every month). From wine and deserts, pool parties to taco night and meet and greet. I'm also spoiled by the valet trash pick-up. ??

This is a great complex, very quite and peaceful. The staff here are very helpful and prompt in satisfying our needs. However living on the second floor hasn't turn out to be the best decision, due to the fact that I can hear almost every foot step from the third floor. But that's just me and my preference. I really enjoyed the monthly activities that the staff engaged us in, to give us a chance to meet and greet our neighbors. Overall, I love it here and wouldn't consider going any where else to reside.

Great staff and friendly neighborhood environment I would highly recommend these apartments to any friends. The entire process from beginning to end was courteous and the staff really worked around my schedule to show me my apartment. They checked back with me later but didn't continually hassle me.

It was good in the beginning but now it's not the same. There is dog poop on the grass and nothing is being done about it. The workout equipments either does not work or barely works. When I put in a work order because my air conditioner kept going up higher instead of what it is set and was told most people here don't have air conditioning. One that is a problem if your tenants have have air conditioning, two I do not pay there bills. I don't know what happened but the it has changed.

My experience at the Hidden Lake Community has been GREAT so far. Staff is Very Very Helpful and does everything they can to keep me and my Wife happy. We were looking for a place and a Friend pointed us in the right direction.

Best thing I like about this community is the location it's on a dead-end street so only residents or persons that really have a need to come here would be showing up. Almost all the neighbors are nice and keep to themselves.

I've lived at Hidden for 4 yrs now. It's been a great time!! If something breaks, they fix it quick. Our office staff is very friendly and do their best to help. Great place 2 live at!!???? Its. great also

Holy cow, 200? Okay so right from the start Lauren was super awesome and extremely helpful with all of my crazy questions, not to mention how friendly everyone was in the clubhouse. My buddy and I love Hidden Lake apartments

I have had a great experience living here. Any time there was a problem they were quick to fix it and fix it right the first time. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place in the area. Extremely close to the shopping center and restaurants also.
