This is a very quiet community. Even though this is an older apartment complex the grounds are maintained to a degree. I am not sure of the security at this complex. I have seen City Police officers visit on two different occasions.

Property is clean, and well maintained. The leasing office staff are helpful. I have had a good experience living here and would recommend the complex to others . If anything, I wish they would have valet trash for the residents.

I moved into this complex when I was at a low point in my life and it has been my home since 2018. I've never had any issues and love the proximity to multiple grocery store, restaurants and a greenway, all within a few minutes walk. Aside from rent going up every year, which just seems to be what every property does whether it's needed or not, I would definitely recommend MAAC Huntersville.

I moved to my current address at MAA Huntersville in the fall of 2007 (18 years). It remains a great place to live as Huntersville has continued to grow over the years. The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, schools, medical, and is in close proximity to nearby towns including Charlotte. The MAA team (management and maintenance personnel) always do their best to ensure that your stay here will be a pleasant and memorable one. Great Place to live!

Great location, near many amenities, quiet and secluded. Apartment readiness could have been better. Whether or not the apartment complex is older a new resident should feel that there apartment is new. a resident should feel the need to do or request renovations after moving in.

Biggest concern is attitude of the company that owns the complex is ultra cheap. They spend all their money on maintenance and treat their tenants like cattle. all about profit and not keeping their tenants- take them for granted

Great people maintenance and office. Landscape is very nice. Property is at a great location between stores and restaurants. Nice pool and nice fire pit. Very nice sunroom. Everything I need is in walking distance.

Site management are excellent at responding to needs. The landscaping and surroundings are pristine. It's been almost a year and I don't remember seeing any garbage or trash laying around. The location is so conveniently located to three different grocery stores, banks, haircuts, and health appointments.

I have been very satisfied with living in this community. It is conveniently located to shopping, dining, hair salons, banks, etc. The office staff and maintenance personnel are helpful and friendly and I trust the security of the apartment grounds. The property itself is well maintained and in a good location. The staff is friendly and will answer any question, no matter how difficult. The neighbors are quiet and kind. The main downside is how MAA handles resigning a lease. Every time I have received an offer from MAA, it was double-digit percent increase over my previous rent, with the last one being a 30% increase. I moved from a single-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom and saw my rent decrease by $250 due to this. It feels like they are putting low rents on first-signing leases, and then hiking it for the resigning leases and banking on tenants not wanting to move. My suggestion: If you are only planning to be here for one lease, then it's perfect. If you are looking to stay for longer in the area, get ready to move around the apartments in the area to get the best rent.

My experience living here has been good. The people in the office are helpful, maintenance is on top of things and get problems solved quickly. The pool area is always kept in good condition. The grounds are well kept and the dog poop cleaners have been very busy the last few weeks. It's unfortunate not everyone picks up after their dogs and it's very inconsiderate of them. I love all breeds are welcome, I think it's horrible that anyone would have to give up a dog because of ignorance. I do enjoy it here . Hopefully I can continue renting, it's expensive when you're on a budget ,

The location is key here. This complex is close to everything. If you don't have a car or just don't drive everything you would need on a daily basis is within walking distance. The maintenance team is the best part of this community. Always available, always friendly, always thorough and things are always fixed or handled. The grounds could use some work. The trees desperately need to be trimmed and thinned out and certain areas of the complex are a bit neglected. When a lot of people look for apartments over the weekends, it is very surprising that this complex is closed on Sundays. To my knowledge there are no security cameras anywhere on the property but I may be wrong. I believe there should be.

Overall, the experience has been good. I think because it is a large corporation, there are a lot of things that slip through the cracks. Inability to enforce policy (our garage being blocked by cars multiple times), trash & dog poop, the gym equipment, after hours maintenance being outsourced, etc. -- if we did not like the location of the apartment, we would likely have moved out after a year.

It has been a great experience living here, the amenities are great, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hospital 1 block away, Urgent care 5 minute walk. Parking is very flexible on the street. Walking trail is great for those who enjoy leisure walks.

This community is very conveniently located to the grocery stores, highways and the Charlotte area. It is very well maintained and relatively quiet. Pets are allowed and welcomed- so expect to hear barking at various times during the day. The pool deck is beautiful, clean and does have bbq grills for the resident use. The maintenance team is very responsive to any issues. There is a nice trail located behind the complex that people walk, run and bike on. My experience has been positive.

It's very clean Just so happens that yesterday I received a delivery from Amazon. I have the pic of it on my welcome mat. It wasn't there. I've received many deliveries without incident. This is upsetting to me.

I recently moved here from Tampa, FL. The community staff and residents I've met have been very friendly and welcoming. Any issues I've had with my apartment, the maintenance staff have worked quickly to resolve it. The community is fairly quiet. My favorite part is the convenience this community offers to grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses.
