The apartment complex itself is great. Its very well kept. The only negitive I have is they allow families of 4 live in a one bedroom apartment. Which causes noise issues which unfortunately is very hard to control

My experience at MAA Huntersville started off great, it's always great to love the environment you call home. Unfortunately we had some changes which kicked out our elderly residence and then staff slowly started to move out. Sadly it hasn't been the same, but as long as things were comfortable in-home I thought it wouldn't affect my household. That was until people started to come in making changes on accounts without communicating and just doing things to people like we don't live here. When you work over 10 hours a day you always want to look at home as a peace of mind, it is uncomfortable to know I see my home as a stressor. When people start to do things because of their role not caring how it affects you or who it affects, that's when it becomes hard to call home. It's bad enough things are slowly falling or wearing out in the apartment, and my four-year-old has to come out to pit bulls, I just wish people were considerate.

Everything has been great. Friendly community. Quiet nice place to live. I have made many great friends here too. Maintenance team is prompt for requests. They have dinners served occasionally for residents which is a nice plus.

I love living at MAA Huntersville, the apartment is spacious, and if I ever need anything repaired, the staff and maintenance are always ready to help. I also feel very safe and that's important to me.

It's a nice affordable community with an awesome office staff. The apartment is nice. Upon getting it ready for us. It would have been nice if it had been professionally cleaned. Also I think the painters should do a more professional job. Alot of paint splatter on the floor in many areas. Also it would have been nice to be able to use our own washer and dryer. Obviously the hook ups were all there. Take out the provided washer and dryer and let us use our own. I don't understand why that isn't an option.

I have loved living here. The community feels safe and secure. I've never had any problem with the neighbors. The office staff are friendly. I like that I'm surrounded by different stores and restaurants.

I love my apartment and this community. The grounds and buildings are very well kept which I appreciate. I also feel safe here but perhaps a little more lighting would be helpful. I like having keyless entry and the parking is close and very accessible.

Management Team Leader was very warm, welcoming & informative! Although the rent is more than I was planning to spend, after touring the grounds it is actually a contender for me. I feel like I would be happy living here!

Living here has been great! The community is beautiful and is around so many local stores and restaurants. My roommate and I have made so many friends with our neighbors and the residents and the staff are so friendly.

A few issues that need to be addressed but overall good community to live. Great that they allow all breeds of dogs, this is a big issue we faced. Location is great, very convenient for shopping, grocery, and food

Outside of parking which I realize it's first come first serve. My wife and I love the community and office staff. Especially Curtis which we know has gone. Our neighbors below us can be a little noisy at times but otherwise we're enjoying our home and neighborhood. Especially of the shopping so close by within walking distance and gives us the opportunity to exercise the legs.

The location is convenient, close to everything you might need (Supermarkets, eateries, Starbucks, beauty salon). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and spacious. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

We recently moved into this unit and the office staff was very helpful and accommodating. Amanda and Amber were great. They were very knowledgeable about the unit and benefits of living here. We highly recommend this place

Very nice apartment community - "most" of the staff is friendly and helpful - location is great - apartment is too expensive, but very nice - the main manager should work on tenant communication AFTER the lease is signed

Well for the most part decent but they lack the compassion necessary when dealing with humans and circumstances. These apartments need upgrades especially for the pricing. Plus It's ridiculous how much it cost to renew a lease here. The bathroom tiles in most apartments need redoing and my bathroom I'm particularly walls were painted not cleaned, showing hair particles painted over. That's disgusting. I will be making a video. I'm addition the staff here lies and for anyone especially me that's a problem.

We are refugees from another country and have never rented an apartment before. Therefore, we were very worried about how we will live in the new conditions. However, our fears were unfounded. Great place to live. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We found new friends here and are very glad that we chose MAA Huntersville.

Great. Some neighbors are loud. Very. But it's dealt with. Had to call the police a few times. Just loud music at midnight+ on weeknights. They've calmed down. Wish the management could give them complaint notices. Not my notes...and cops.

I have been here for two weeks and I love the community thus far. Neighbors and staff are very friendly. I love how close I am to everything. Most businesses are within walking distance. I also love the layout of the apartment

Quite; pleasant; friendly; availability of trash area is good; feel very secure in the mailbox area; utility bill is reasonable; shopping availability is great along with places of entertainment; the streets in complex are smooth.

It's a quiet and relaxed community, it's well maintained and kept best and orderly. The office staff is always able to provide an answer or bring someone to the front who is. The community responds quickly and efficiently to emails and provides full answers. I've renewed my lease twice now as I intend on staying for some time, and I enjoy the level of comfort and general feel of it all.

Community is located at a convenient place where everything is available at a walking distance. Couple of things need to be taken care of: 1. Community pool should be cleaned up more frequently. 2. Apartment homes should be cleaned thoroughly before handing over. I faced these issues while moving to ghis community. However, I would definitely recommend to live here as it gives good vibe.

MAA huntersville is a great place to live due to location. Rent is just like everywhere else. It is pet friendly, no breed restrictions, the gym is open 24/7 which is nice. I feel safe living here for once too.

I have absolutely loved my experience living here so far! The apartment community is very safe as well as the surrounding area. The apartment location is very close to many different restaurants and retail stores. The staff are very friendly and responsive! (:

I am very happy with the community, quite surroundings people are very kind and helpful lots of trees gives very peaceful feeling all shopping areas very close and some are walking distance like grocery store, auto service and friendly leasing staff

The experience was great from start to move-in. The office staff and maintenance are welcoming and friendly. They even call you by name!!! The neighborhood is quiet and clean, the neighbors are friendly. Long story short, you will not be disappointed!
