We found it an excellent community apartment to live. All amenities like glossary stores, restaurants, school and hospitals are on walking distance. Zero level of noise from highways. Speedy and quality level of maintenance we received

Colonial Grand of Huntersville, is very well kepted up inside and out. Professional staff member in the office and the maintenance crew just wonderful. Ground crew lawn service by I s awesome. The waiting time on anything that I need to have done had been almost instantly.

I was looking for a place that rented to owners of pit bulls. Not only was this the only community that I found, but we were welcomed with open arms/paws. Great move-in experience. Love living in the MAA @ Huntersville community. The staff here are wonderful!! Close to everything!

The complex I live in is across the pool? Sometimes it's frustrating when there's no parking? Management is nice and easy to work with? I do suggest that some upgrades are made like granite countertops and possibly no carpeting?

Great community. Love the central location. Very safe and convenient to everything. Maintenance is very good with quick turnaround times. Property Manager Donna is amazing. However, my experience with other staff members was not so great. They were kind of rude

Since I've moved here 2 years ago I've had nothing but great experiences. Very clean. Pet friendly. Amazing staff who are friendly and helpful. Area is convenient to highway, grocery, restaurants, car repair, elementary school.

Very enjoyable and safe place to live. The pool is decent sized with grills to use also on complex. Both gas grills and charcoal grills available. The neighbors I have met are very friendly and sociable. The washer and dryer included also is a nice extra.

Great community! Staff is friendly and helpful. Friendly community. Lots of places to walk the dogs and very close to the greenway. Close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and all your other needs.

I love my new apartment so grateful to the whole colonial grand team for their hospitality ESPECAILLY Curtis and Donna me and my family look forward to making memories hear. This is truly a great accomplishment for me and already looking into.staying longer than my lease

The office personnel are not professional and do no take care of the people. Multiple times I have had issues with ants, centipedes, electrical amenities and they snub their nose and do not care. In addition their have been instances where I have found bees nest, HUGE ant hills, plugged drains in the wash bay, lights out in the building halls and they have done nothing. I ended up taking care of it by calling maintenance and leaving them a message. Even though the office claims they will tell the appropriate people to take care of the job they do not.

Overall this is a great community to live in. The apartments are well updated, clean and the patios are a great addition. It's a family community for sure, so you have to deal with a little bit of noise from kids, animals etc. But it's nothing that I would say has bothered me much at all. Colonial Grand is a great community, I would highly recommend it.

My experience here has been really great.My family and I been here almost 2 years and we really enjoy all the amenities they offer. I also love the fact that we have so much around supermarket,restaurants and great schools. It's a really good community to raise a family!

New to the community but I'm loving it so far!!! Very well maintained apartments. Kid and pet friendly. Everything is walking distance from grocery stores to food places!! Great schools as well. Glad I found this place at such a great deal!

Stay far away! There are many other apartments in the area that are much nicer. ------------ is absolutely horrendous to deal with. She completely screwed up important paperwork MULTIPLE times. She talks very poorly of residents to other staff members. She has ZERO customer service skills and clearly is unable to perform the tasks required of her position. If you have a complaint, don't expect them to care. --------------- will act as if they care, but will not document anything (always looking to protect themselves.) They ignore any issues brought to their attention. Emails go unanswered or conveniently "overlooked." We made noise complaints twice and nothing was ever documented. The walls/ceilings are paper thin so don't expect peace. The pool was green with chunks of hair floating around. The fire pit went broken for the entire summer. The "car care" vacuum was broken for 10 months. The whole complex is shady and looking to screw you any way possible. The man in the office is the only honest person there (forgot his name, but he's a sweetheart). Either buy a home or rent elsewhere- even if you have to pay more, you'll be saving yourself MAJOR headaches!

I have seen a poisonous snake near the door of my unit, when o said about this to nick he came immediately and checked there but we didn't find the snake, kept some snake away things finally we satisfied his service. Thank you

Great amenities including pool, office, resident lounge, gym and access to greenway. The staff and maintenance team were very helpful and respond quickly to questions and services needed. Overall I would definitely live here again!

I love this place and everything around it, friendly staff and neighbors, you have restaurants, hospitals, stores ... many things around here no need to move far for anything . I will highly recommend anyone who is looking for appartement, this is the best place ??very clean.

The community is safe and it is at a walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. The sttaff is friendly and requests are taken care immediately. The community is always clean and noise free

The community is well located with good schools. But the front desk as well as the property manager are very rude, ill behaved. They don't want to listen to any of the resident's concern. Overall customer service is the worst of any of the apartments that I've lived in the past 10 years.

So far the community has been very welcoming. Not only is the staff a great resource for new residents but the residents themselves are wonderful. The community is kept clean and is attended too with care.

Once I seen how stunning & spacious Colonial Grand of Huntersville was it quickly became a easy decision to make this home. All appliances & cable(free HBO) are included in rent; which is a plus. There's many restaurants, grocery stores, & a hospital that's within walking distance. Everything you need & more is super close to these apartments so you can't go wrong with signing your name(s) on a lease here.

The office is AMAZING. They are so nice and helpful. Curtis is probably the main reason we moved in here. Great location, surrounded by great people. Again, I can not stress how great Curtis and Donna were in the office. Thank you!!!!!

I love it here! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! It is a quiet neighborhood for being so close to three shopping centers. When my lease renewal was due I didn't think twice and renewed. Very convenient location too!

We've been here a week now & couldn't be happier. The location is so convenient. I love being able to walk to different restaurants & stores! The Interstate is super close too. The residents & staff have all been very pleasant. I visited the apartment for the first time & left with the keys the same day.

In the beginning it was rough, we had a neighbor above us that was loud. But the complex did their best to handle the situation. We moved to a top level apartment and haven't had issues with that since. The manager of the apartment gets a little rude with tenants and not "following" certain rules, but people deal with her in their own ways. She makes it to where tenants don't feel like they are actually living in a "home" it's just a house. Other than that the location and price are great and we enjoy living here.
