The community is very welcoming and friendly. All areas are kept neat and well-maintenced, making it very enjoyable to walk around. Great location! Many shops and restaurants within walking distance and parking is abundant as well. Very comfortable here!

It has been an overall positive living experience with a friendly staff and great proximity to restaurants, shopping, and walking trails. It is fairly quiet and I feel safe living in the community overall.

Love the close distance the stores are available community very nice glad I choose Huntersville for home hope to be here a long time one problem being trying to open my account on line for a week now and the problem still there .... I bit frustrating!!!!

So far so good, but clearly appliances and fixtures are aging and need a lot of repairs. Overhead noise bothers me, but they have a small chikd, so what can you do? I was very disappointed I could not bring my own washer and dryer. The dryer is very inefficient. I am waiting to see how much my first electric bill is! Also, the microwave is not high-wattage, so using a lot of electricity there, too.

pet friendly and grounds are well picked staff well trained. Nice pool and gym facility. Very well police of safe of grocery stores , drug stores, restaurants within walking distance.

I really enjoy living here! The staff is amazing. The community is beautiful and close to almost everything Huntersville has to offer. We love having the ability to walk to school and access the green way.

Rental office staff are friendly and personable! Service requests are addressed immediately. Quiet, safe and friendly community. Available parking is adequate. Grounds and landscaping are neat and clean.

The staff are consistently outstanding. From maintenance to the office people. Unfortunately the demographic has changed and by that I mean people who are noisier and bring extra guests to use the already small pool

Overall its good till today, we joined recently - all the staff is very friendly and any issues are addressed in very minimal time. I would definitely recommend and already recommended to my friends and colleagues.

I love living in this development it is close to everything I need. People are friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. Parking is never a problem, pets are welcomed and there are doggy bags around the area to keep it clean

Just moved in a couple of weeks ago. The staff has been very helpful and the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. So far, I'm happy with the community and the location. I would recommend to a friend.

We like the location. The pool could be cleaned better. They have some rules that they do not seam to enforce sometimes. The party room by the pool is very nice and there is no charge for its use. There are two gas grills and two charcoal grill for our use and they supply the gas.

Very clean and well kept community. Very nice and updated apartment. I would recommend this apartment community to family and friends. Apartments are very spacious. Complex is very close to schools and shops.

These apartments are very nice and in a great location. Been here for a month now and I'm pretty sure 90% of the people here are either old or have kids. I literally never hear anybody being loud or doing anything besides walking their dog.

the tap in the kitchen sink fell off in my hand as i moved in. i lost papers, photos and furniture as well as a new laptop, The emergency number didn't get me help for four hours and there has been no communication about the flood since,

Excellent staff. A great choice in a great location. Walk to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Reasonable and competitive rates. Adequate parking. Attractive, well maintained setting near greenway.

Clean apartments, beautifully landscaped, friendly office staff, good cable (Required to pay with rent). Office staff knows your name. Maintenance staff is quick and reliable. Everything in the apartment works well.

Wonderful community to live in - quiet and friendly resisdents, nice common areas including the pool and the gym. My unit had brand new carpet and updated fixtures upon moving in. Reliable small group of maintenance staff who you get to know and trust in your apartment. Only complaint is hours the office is open, it can be difficult to get packages for people who work during the day.

It's been good overall, the maintenance has been the best. The only issue is the children outside of my apartment are incredibly loud when playing outside and it's very easy to hear them from my apartment.

Noise level in apartments above is horrible, and the higher up staff will not address the issue because of the "law". How is it that we pay good money to live here, but we have no rights, by law, to have respect and quiet from our neighbors. There is a horrible problem with snakes here (Garter/Copperheads). The higher up staff doesn't seem to care. They just say "Oh, it's probably just a garden snake." They might offer to have maintenance put out Snake Away. Perhaps, when someone's child or pet gets bitten by a Copperhead, then maybe they will take more notice of the problem. There is a horrible air duct problem. I have never seen a place get so dusty and moldy. When asked about air duct cleaning, basically, I was blown off, because I'm sure the apartment complex doesn't want to spend the money to have the process done. The lawn company does a horrible job. They don't mow the lawn short enough, and they only come every other week. In the summer, they need to come every week, especially because of the snakes. The lawn company doesn't keep the shrubs and ----- Willows trimmed; they are hanging over the sidewalks.

The staff is friendly and the community feels safe and inviting. I have never had an issue getting feedback. The property is well maintained and clean. The maintenance does a great job maintaining the community.

I chose these apartment homes because of the area. I enjoy having easy access to various shopping malls/stores. It's very nice and quiet here and Most important is that I feel safe. Colonial Grand Apartments are Home for me.
