So Far so good. The leasing office is very nice. They are prompt to notify me when I receive packages. Maintenance man is very prompt with repairs and pleasant. The grounds seem to be kept up, everything seems good living here

    The apartment is very homey. appliances are all updated and really pretty. The grounds are very well kept. The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull the the gardens are beautiful. The pool and grill area are very well kept and a very relaxing atmosphere.

      I have enjoyed living in Colonial Grand. The apartment is set up tastefully, the neighborhood has side walks, and mature trees which add character to the community. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

            Excellent location but maintenance would have been better for the rent being taken. Maintenance response is not great but work done by them is good. Management and leasing office staff also needs to communicate better with renters.

              From the time I moved in July, the staff was great! The move in was smooth as well as the process. I love the grounds the people who live here. It is a great place to live. It convenient to stores and with the hospital across the street it is truly a nice place to live.i feel very safe living here at the Colonial Grand at Huntersville.

                I needed a quick, short-term option as I sold my home. The apartment community managers understood the urgency and made every effort to accommodate my needs. I am so grateful for their kindness. Every encounter with them is pleasant and courteous, and they know each resident by name. The premises of community are well-maintained and I feel safe moving about the area. I would recommend this community to prospective tenants.

                    Love, love, love this community and apartments. The staff is amazing especially Curtis. He always goes above and beyond your expectations. They whole staff is friendly courteous, and just make you feel like family.

                      The community itself a good, the property manager is not. It's in a great location and has a homey feel. If you rent here talk to Curtis, he's very friendly and goes out his way to find the perfect spot for you.

                        There was problem after problem when I moved it. To me it wasnt clean because ther was cat or dog hair in the carpet when they said it was clean. Just simple things were not done to prepare us for our move in.

                            There's a lot of noise above the apartment and the dog owners let their dogs do their business outside right in front. Im on the first floor where the steps are and instead of the owners bringing their dogs down to the street they do it right on the dirt and bushes outside my window

                              I lived at Colonial Grand for 1 1/2 years and it was a great experience. Everything is well-maintained and clean. The staff - Michael, Curtis, Brian and Donna - are outstanding, and extremely responsive to their residents' questions and needs. Every maintenance request I ever submitted (whether in my apt or in the common spaces) were addressed quickly and done correctly. After each repair, they followed up to ensure my satisfaction. The amenities at this complex are great, and it has a great feel to the place. I gave "Safety" 4 stars because there are some areas at night that could stand a little more light. But they did recently upgrade much of their lighting, which greatly improved nighttime visibility in the corridors and along some of the walkways. All in all, a GREAT experience and - coming from a picky customer - I highly recommend Colonial Grand at Huntersville!

                                  Feels like home from the minute you come into the office to request a tour of the facility. Once you see the beautifully landscaped property as you walk to the model home (which is stunning), you instantly visualize yourself living here in an absolutely welcoming community. The people living here have also been amazingly polite and helpful. This is truly an upscale way of life at a very reasonable rate compared to all the other communities I visited. One other positive I want to add is that it feels very safe and an extremely quiet complex. It is a lovely haven to walk your pets and meet your neighbors. Haven't had a chance to try the lovely pool or the extremely clean fitness center filled with Nautilus equipment! Feels better than just a home! So close to everything!

                                      Initially when I moved in there were some trouble makers in my building that consistently disturb the peace. They have since been removed from the premises and all has been quiet. I have no complaints and enjoy living here

                                        Colonial grand has been the best place I've lived. I feel safe, welcome, and the leasing office staff is so incredibly helpful. The only complaint I have is that my neighbors are very noisy, but of course this is no fault of the complex. Overall, it's been a great experience.

                                            I love the community and the staff are really friendly, but just be prepared to spend at least $100 more than your rent every month for one reason or another. First of all, they don't tell you but they automatically charge $50 a month for Spectrum cable whether you use it or not. We moved from out of state where they don't have Spectrum so I had to set up an account, and the reps at Spectrum had no idea what I was talking about so it took about 2 hours being transferred around to different people to get my account where it would only charge me for internet. Also, this will be my 4th month living here are they are still finding move-in charges to charge me for. And as friendly as the staff is, they never seem to have any idea of what I'm being charged or why. I already think $1,200+ for a very small 2 bedroom (under 1,000 sq ft, I don't remember exactly) is too much to pay every month but add in everything else on top of it, I can live somewhere much bigger for less money! If you can catch it at a good price and it's within your budget it's a very nice community.

                                                  Terrible place to live. Very poor customer service. Don't let the pictures fool you it's not that nice. The lady's in the office are back stabbing. Lots of other options around. Be careful of there hidden fees they don't tell you about.
