My experience at MAA Huntersville has been 10000% HORRIBLE! From the top (corporate) down needs to be gutted. My apartment was NEVER cleaned in between tenants and full of mold. Instead of moving me to a much better unit, they only wanted to clean around me. DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS! This is what you want your legacy as a human to be? Karma is real and will catch up to all involved. This fight IS NOT OVER! Check your HVAC units, duct work, windows, linings of doors, carpets, dishwashers, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, pipes, very top of your showers for grout closings. Take my word for it..don't let them scam you into just seeing the model apartment. Treat these clowns like a car salesman..bring three people with you to inspect these apartments before you give up your money. Again, this fight isn't over! WORST place I have EVER lived and I'm 50!

Very dissatisfied. Rent increases are exorbitant. Management refuses to communicate. Emails and voicemail are not answered. Property is not kept up. Breezeways never cleaned. Trash compactor area always filthy.

I have no complaints. They have answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The office people and the maintenance team are efficient and professional. The only thing I would change is the location of trash disposal.

Overall its alright I like that jobs are close by and don't really need a car, wish the gym was better then what this one offers. The internet is trash I'd rather use a a personal WiFi, maintenance Just seems like a small clean up still looks dirty most of the time. And I don't like carpets.

MAA Huntersville has been a great community to live in so far. It is fairly quiet and everyone living in my building are respectful and friendly. The management team replies to emails and messages quickly. Everyone is very respectful and helpful in the office. Common spaces are very well kept. MAA Huntersville is walking distance to so many stores and restaurants.

The front office is so disorganized. One person will tell you they'll follow up, a week will go by with nothing, a separate person will promise to follow up, and repeat. Buildings are old so a lot of bugs get in and maintenance won't treat the interior of an apartment. Mandatory connection fee of $85 per month. Maintenance doesn't notify you when there's an update to your request so you have to check manually.

Very luxury, well kept, clean, nice staff. Apartment complex. Beautiful pool, and scenery around the complex. Never had any issues staying here, the place has been very warm, and welcoming. Very up to date inside the apartment. 10/10!

It's a great neighborhood! It's quiet, safe, and walkable. The grounds and units are generally well maintained, they offer fairly decent amenities, and the staff are friendly. It's a nice community overall. Flaws, but not dealbreakers, the building construction seems low grade and the drains are slow. Some of the maintenance fixes are temporary but they do respond in a timely manner.

The experience used to be great here, but has since went downhill in my opinion. We used to have people come out and spray for bugs/pests every single month and had people clean up outside of the apartments for spiderwebs and such but no one does this anymore. We have to request for our apartment to be sprayed around now and it is not the most ideal thing to remember each month. We also used to have great experiences with maintence but don't have that anymore, our AC went out one time on the weekend and it was 79 degrees in our place, when we called emergency maintenance they tried to give us solutions to fix it ourselves rather than coming out to fix it and we then waited until 10 PM before it got it fixed. It has not been a good experience and due to this, we may not be renewing our lease again.

Sorry to say but I have experienced difficulties. My apartment was not cleaned and prepared for the new renter (me), I moved in May 3,2024 and it is now 10/8/2024 and the problem has not been resolved. The persons that run our facility have assured me that this condition is not acceptable but nothing is being done to correct it. I am disappointed that this was not a more amiable experience. The website announces, "luxury living" and I do not find that to be true.

Love the place . 2nd community we looked at moving from NY and signed lease that day moved 5 weeks later . The only thing I believe like other tenants say is the clean up around and in pool needs more attention. Many times the pool is full of leaves and dirt . The sitting areas should be hosed everyday . And the stairwells to apartments need power washing . Other than that place is amazing!

Overall, pretty decent. Nice community, good location, alright amenities. Only problem I have is that they haven't dealt with the "thing" living in my ceiling for the past month and a half. It's been really hard to sleep for the past couple weeks as, whatever it is (squirrel is my bet) has moved its winter meals around in preparation for winter. Again, I'd absolutely suggest it for anyone, they're just slow on response for pest control if that's a problem for anyone.

Overall, I feel very safe in this community which is nice and my neighbors seem like kind people. I will say that it feels as though I always have plumbing problems, whether it's the kitchen sink, toilet, bathroom sink, dishwasher, or bathtub, something is always wrong. This could be due to the age of the building but either way it's very inconvenient. Maintenance is always quick to correct the problem though! Additionally, the paint job in the apartment is not fantastic but I do love the cozy feel of the space.

The MAA is in a great location, close to grocery stores restaurants and other retailers. This is a great community, very friendly and safe. It's also very quiet at night. I would highly recommend it.

Love the community...it's pretty, quiet, walkable, and safe. If I could change anything it would be to upgrade the cheap quality dishwasher and countertops. It would be nice to have a little outdoor space and a bigger bedroom. But overall I am very satisfied. The view from my office is a gorgeous tree and park-like setting.

I can't recommend this community enough - from touring to move-in to maintenance requests, everything has been a breeze. I was a little hesitant to relocate to a community with outdoor access as opposed to controlled indoor access, but this community feels so safe and I've been so impressed. Inside the apartment is very quiet and well-insulated, and while it can be a little loud outdoors at time, it is never for prolonged periods and only a result of the (ample) parking close to the buildings. Maintenance requests have not taken longer than 24 (business) hours, and the community itself is very well maintained. The pool furniture and fitness center have both been recently updated, and management does a great job communicating with residents. I've lived in several apartment communities, and this one so far has by and far away been the top one.

In general, everything is good. Our family likes to live in this complex. There is an excellent team of craftsmen who will quickly and efficiently eliminate all problems and repair your equipment. Recently updated gym and pool furniture. But the work of the office is frustrating. The new employees seemed to me not friendly and not competent in their work. There are also many children in the complex. I would like the owner to think about creating a playground for children in the future. And a penalty system was introduced for dog owners for not cleaning up after their animals. You can often see dog feces on the grass.

I have been here for 2 years and it has been really good. I don't have any complaints about maintenance or staff, and the property is well maintained. Walkable to food and the grocery is a huge plus, and when we finally move we will miss that! Greenway is accessible as well, but we are the terminus so there isn't anywhere to go on it other than out for exercise.

I would say our experience has been great overall. For the most part the office staff has been very attentive and responsive. The maintenance team has been great too. The only complaint I have is with our upstairs neighbor's kid running around and stomping but that's difficult to control. The office really helped us out with the neighbor's bird feeder situation and maintenance even found our dog when she escaped. All in, I'd say it's been a pleasant stay here.

MAA Huntersville Apartments has a nice landscape. I have spacious room in my two bedroom apt. We have easy access to stores and restaurants. The staff is always generous and kind with helping us. We have not had any serious issues with maintenance. Everything seems to be maintenance free. We love the fire pit and the sunroom with the fireplace. The pool and grill areas are always fun to be at. The maintenance staff is always on time. Ben and Scott are very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend family and friends to live here.

We have moved buildings since our time here. No complaints in the first building. In our second/current building we have had some issues. Loud stomping constantly from upstairs neighbors, they have banged on our door and shook the handle once because they forgot which apartment was theirs, we've had kids screaming at all hours of the day running though our concourse and up and down the stairs playing. Beer cans and trash have been left on the stairs. It's been a bit chaotic some days over here, for someone who works at home these distractions add up. We also constantly get jahovah witnesses knocking on our door aggressively at least once every other week. It can be quite annoying when trying to work, and I thought no soliciting was allowed here? Anyways I hope the new reminders about quiet hours,etc. help but so far it's been a bit rough in our new building.
