Very nice and quiet community. Friendly staff. It has been a nice experience since moving in, the inside and outside of the apartments are nice. Alot of schools nearby if you have kids. Alot of stores and shops and salons that you can easily walk to.

The staff is great & community is beautiful. Shopping & restaurants very convenient. Great parking spaces. The grounds are very well-kept. Two local hospitals close by. It is safe to walk at night. Their is a car port for washing & vacuuming your car.

The immediate neighbors are crazy, insane, jail prospects, actors that appear sane, nuts. Just because someone passes a background check does not make them good neighbors. Management and maintenance are the best.

The stay here is awesome no complaints all...would love to stay here for another year but income forbidden. I have had a wonderful experience here no problems. The community is close to everything such has restaurants, grocery shops, my doctors building. I love it here

Community very convenient to food shopping, restaurants, other amenities. Office and maintenance staff are always pleasant and helpful. Outside areas are well maintained and pool and gym ( although closed do to Covid-19) are clean and inviting.

MAA Huntersville is nestled in a prime area filled with shops and local attractions. The apartment sizes are spacious. I've only experienced two negatives. One being the carpet/ flooring which is horrible. There is no noise reduction at all. Walls are thin. Second is the enforcement of pet owners and their dog poo. You often run into cases where you are stepping in poop. The site may need to look into a dog park.

The staff is awesome the community is quite. I would love if the ground back here where I live was taking care of like the front of the community. Residents need to use the wash bay and not leave until they are completely done

Wonderful experience living here! The office staff is amazing! The grounds are immaculate. I feel safe here. The atmosphere is great. Mike and Curtis in the office went above and beyond to assist me at move in.

This is a very nice community. It's pretty quiet for the most part. My family and I moved here in 2015 and we like how close we are to shopping, major highway, and restaurants. It's nice to take a stroll to the store or just around the community.

So far, so good. It's been a good experience except for roaches we left where we were before because of them (roaches) we've had th apartment fumigated once now they are coming back again, I think they are coming from under the door, from other apartments, I could be wrong, but that's what I think. We are as clean as we can possibly be, especially with the COVID-19 virus going around.

The location is probably my favorite part. The apartment is in the Rosedale area so I can walk to both Publix and Harris Teeter. Plenty of food in walking distance. The community staff is excellent and prompt! I was slightly disappointed with the apartment's appearance on move-in but I did get a refurbished unit with new appliances so that was nice. Unfortunately, there is a community fee that you must pay for that includes a Spectrum cable and internet package. I don't really watch cable so it's kind of a waste. I just needed the internet. The cleanliness of the community could be better. Some residents do not pick up after their pets. I'd like to walk around the community more but there is a Parks & Rec trail behind the complex which is nice. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the value but it could be much better with a few changes.

Overall great community. Very happy to be apart of it. Love the pool the most and it's walking distance to just about everything. Definitely recommend! Apartments are in great condition and management is very helpful!

They clean up never know they came in unless until I saw the letter that was left that the work was done. They was very clean and did not leave a mess at all. The problem was fix in a good time frame with no issues

While the overall apartment is good, upgrades can be done to help with noise. Squeaking floors boards that come from wear can affect quiet enjoyment, thin walls that you can literally hear water gushing. Thermostats are dated and heating/cooling isn't efficient.

Great until you put in a work order! I have to continue to request for the work to be done. Only to have the work done half way and take weeks to complete. Recently we had a water issue. Had to cut into the wall. Afterwards the wall looked messy and incomplete.

Trouble with neighbors and complex isn't accommodating when it comes to mental disabilities. It's sad. The amount of times I have reached out to leasing office and corporate just to get half off of transferring to a new apartment isn't good enough. Especially for the amount of times I've reached out. Please do better. Mental health disabilities are important

From moving into this apartment and it was noticeably not cleaned well and holes in the screens gave a bad first impression. To the large bugs (I have photos), we've encountered. The upstairs neighbor has been an extreme burden since we moved in, we've tried to communicate with them on numerous occasions, reported them to the office but apparently is associated with office staff so it's nothing that could be done. We've also experienced a hit and run to our car. Lastly, I guess due to covid since the office is no longer accepting packages, we've experienced missing packages or misdelivered packages.

We have been very pleased with the community. The location is great with shopping within walking distance. We moved in before Covid so we walked to stores, restaurants, bank and drug stores. The people here have been very friendly.
