Nice place and good schools and all stores are very near by. All service calls will be attended within 1 business day. Convenient place to travel down to airport within 20mins. Hospitals are very nearby within 2miles. In nutshell, whatever we look for, everything is available within 10miles max.

Do not move here unless you can afford $170.00 light bill for one month. The staff is unapproachable and uncaring at times. Sometimes you can't find a parking spot inside the complex and have to park on the streets.

The staff here are really nice, honest, and knowledgeable. The community is very accessible to shops and hospital. There is easy access to the greenway. They are pet friendly. The community has security and is quiet.

The team was friendly, helpful and attentive from the beginning with the tour by Curtis. He, Michael & Amanda are awesome and made the application, as well as the moving process almost seemless. Their willingness to provide any assistance needed no matter how small showed me we picked the right place.

Nice place to live and close to many shopping stores and in a good school district. Rent is too high and some of the neighbors have hit our car and been put of control at pool at times. Staff is nice and maintenance is also good. In all, a nice place to live. Thank you

So far it's been a great experience. But there was one tenant who has since moved who had a loud barking dog. We could hear the dog barking through our apartment and I remember other tenants complaining.

The team was outstanding Curtis and Michael went above and beyond and truly provided a world class experience. I visited many communities but when it came to a final decision the fast and friendly service made all the difference.

The office staff was great to work with and made the transition to a new apartment easy. I would recommend future residents to rent the renovated units. Publix, pharmacies, restaurants, and walking trails are nearby. It is in a good location.

Living here has been enjoyable and quiet. Management staff has been professional and extremely helpful. Neighborhood has so far been quiet and peaceful. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this property to anyone in search of somewhere to stay. Colonial Grand is not an ordinary apartment, it's a home!!!!

We moved 8/29/20 and everyone has been helpful, kind and knowledgeable in the rent office. The community is quiet with a relaxing vibe so far. I hope it stays this way...i rarely see any of my neighbors but the one I met recently is pretty cool

You will absolutely love the team here. Curtis and Kayleigh took care of us and were amazing and super friendly. We had a deadline to find a new place and they made everything happen for us so quickly and easily. I love the community here.

My overall experience has been okay. I have had 3 families with small kinds, multiple animals move above me and you the noise is unbearable. I have been told my neighbors that office staff has told them that If I get upset about the noise, that I would be okay. I was told that if they keep making boisterous noise to call the police to make a paper trail because that is the only way they could do anything about it. This has made living here unbearable at times.

Safe and well kept community, the response to any issues that may come up are taking care immediately. love the office team and staff. Everything is at a walking distance. The access to main roads and highways are a plus to this community

Great team! Extremely helpful! Quiet environment! Love my kitchen! Some of the floor plans are smaller, but perfect for temporary living. The area is super convenient. Curtis did and amazing job keeping us updated throughout the process and made move-in day stress free.

Everything about this community has been great so far! From the moment I met Michael in the leasing office through my move in the team has been very nice. The environment is very pet friendly and there is plenty of parking.

The Rental are very professional, and helpful ad good about helping you with any questions and information.I was very well please with the time I spent with the office personnel and in the time frame it took. They made me feel comfortable while i their presents, Mr Curtis, Mr Micheal annd Ms Kalie.

After nearly five years, and after having lived in NYC in a great apartment, I truly have no complaints. Any issues I have had, have always been taken seriously, and quickly resolved. I have a good relationship with the administration staff, and feel as though I am treated like family. I am very happy that Kayleigh Carlisle is back as Manager, she is competent, professional and with the help of Curtis and Michael, runs a great business. no easy task, as this is a large community, with many people and many different needs. Grounds are well kept and I feel personally secure about myself and personal property. Of course, there have been complaints about noise etc., but I can honestly say that has not been my experience.

The community is clean and feels safe. The amenities are exceptional, great pool and grill for cookouts. The school system is great and top food selections in the area. The movies at Birkdale village is nearby, lots of parking and family entertainment

Everything was so nice. I actually did not get to tour before purchasing my apartment but it was very refreshing to have virtual tours that accurately depicted the space! The only thing was that my toilet was used my the workers and it wasn't clean ( the toilet) but they replaced it and service is always impeccable. The pool is great and they do a great job at keeping it clean. I don't have noise complaints and your in a prime location. The area is always clean and it makes you feel at home. I would advise to remember to lock your vehicles, the McDonalds close the the community encountered a potential robbery. If you're a black male I also feel like there's a lot of eyeballs that can make you feel uncomfortable. I do think there are some people with prejudice in the community but for the most part people mind their business. But it's comfortable and priced great. I think rental rates are increasing everywhere, but they for the most part have good rates( they change daily).

The advertised price for the apartment was misleading. The Required monthly fees were not included. Not having a elevator to the 3rd floor, makes it hard to move in. The building numbers were not readily visible.

From the time that I called to inquire about the apartments I received outstanding customer service from Curtis. Although he was not available for my tour when I arrived in town Michael was also nice and provided great service and a warm and friendly welcome. Initially I was a little turned off by the proximity to the shopping areas, however I was fortunate enough to obtain an apartment in the back buildings and it is not a problem. The staff is always nice and courteous, warm and friendly, and have a pleasant way of making you feel at home.

I love living in colonial grand Huntersville. The location is great, and within walking distance of several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and other businesses. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Charlotte which makes commuting a breeze even with the I-77 traffic. The staff has always been super friendly and is willing to help with anything you need. The community is super clean as well.
