I love living here. In March, I will have been here two years. The grounds are well maintained and apartment maintenance is done in a timely manner. The location is so convenient to so many of the things that I use.

Out of all the apartment in Huntersville, I would recommend at least touring MAA Huntersville. The Leasing Agent; Bryan was phenomenal. He answered all my questions and was kind and respectful of the fact I was touring other apartments. I didn't get the typical "sales man talk" while on the tour. For the apartments they are clean and spacious. I toured both the 1 and 2 bedrooms and think they both had plenty of space. Appliances were updated. Smart home technology is used at this property. Plenty of parking and truly gives off a suburban neighborhood feel.

It has been ok. Expected to be able to use more of the facilities when needed example the computers. I work till 6 my printer is malfunctioning and the computers are lock at 6 so I had to get off early to use them.

Price is high but the apartments are cute and what I need. Hopefully next year the cost will start to go down and we can get a better monthly rate. Also not a huge fan of valet trash. I would rather save my $20/5 a month?

Great community! I loved the layouts of the apartment and I love that the community is surrounded by nature. I love that there are benches to sit on around the community as well and it is close to a lot of stores.

It has been wonderful. I have lived here since 2019, and whenever any issues come up (which was rare), it was fixed within forty-eight hours max. The property is always nice and well maintained. The gym could use improvements but that is a different story. It is perfect for an apartment gym, but could use some more free weights and less ab machines.

so far everyone is very friendly and I have only been here a week. Everything is very clean and neat, everything is within a 7 minute drive, The only issue at this current moment is there is someone with a really loud car that drives through here at 1 AM

Getting better. Just received a paint face lift for the buildings. Still a few trashy folks ruin the pool experience but complaining does nothing. Wish there were more resident activities after work hours.

This has been the WORST place we have lived. We transferred from MAA Southpark hoping it would be just as pleasant as southpark. That was the biggest mistake. MAA Huntersville would have been decent if we did not live underneath neighbors who have 2 huge Doberman dogs! My husband and I have complained since we moved into this apartment about the dogs and the noise level but it always fell on deaf ears ln the leasing office. We also had to deal with waterbugs on and off throughout the lease and most likely it's because of the trees surrounding the apartment but?..this should still be addressed. To all potential tenants looking at MAA Huntersville, RUN and save your money. I would recommend MAA southpark. They are the best! We are planning to move back there once this lease ends.

The MAA Community in Huntersville is pretty nice for the most part, I love the area. The management Team is great, This property is well maintained. This property is close to everything they don't except foolishness and i'm happy about that and we have a walk to trash compactor which is great this can keep the property clean from trash and roaches! Not really close to public transportation which is actully a good thing! Sorry folks but it is what it is!

The location is great with grocery, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. It is well maintained and any issues you have are taken care of by the exceptional maintenance staff. The pool is a real nice facility and is an enjoyable place to go. We have not had any issues while living here.

Choose another complex!

My wife and I moved into an apartment in this complex in April 2023 from across the country only to find out it was infested with German cockroaches. We had to jump through hoops to be relocated and have fought for 2 months to get reimbursed for all of the expenses we have incurred (which they still refuse to do). For the cost of this complex, there are many other choices in the area and would highly suggest to choose elsewhere!

The office staff only has a couple exceptional people that would go the extra mile. Mostly my requests are not met, with the exception of the office staff that goes the extra mile. Rent is increased ever year even though my apt is not updated. My maintenance requests are met with contempt and non compliance even though I am very thorough and detailed even leaving my phone number. If I leave a maintenance request it will not be attended to until next week.

MAA/Huntersville is PERFECT, you have ALL you need in walking distances/ amenities. Its worth it!!! OOH!! I almost forgot, the Hospital and Emergency room and STARBUCKS :) are across the street. :) :)

It was just ok, compared to others. Apt that we were shown was ready for move in. We'll It needed some attention before not just us, anyone to move in. The kitchen light had to be taken down & cleaned you could see the dirt when you turned on the light. We know due the fact. We own same light. Also we don't have animal's due to my breathing so I did expect the carpets to be throughly spampooed, not just vacuumed. This apt had animal hair in all the corners of carpets in bedrooms. This I'm sorry was not a good showing. I was told anything not right just give a list and & it would be done. No, If I'm paying x amount of $$$ to move in here. It should be spotless. It should have been spotless the day I looked at it, if it was ready to move in. Yikes!

-Great staff who take time to listen to you and help you to the best. - They respond to the maintenance issues ticket so fast - Moreover, the place is gorgeous with spacious and beautiful apartments; the outside areas are clean with flowers and trees around to enjoy your personal walks and your dog's walk. - The complex is close to all sorts of shops; groceries, salons, restaurants, public services, you name it. - If you have kids, the best playground you will ever see is within five walking distance. - If you like parties or having small gatherings with your friends like me, the pool house is at your disposal; My sister's bridal shower pictures are just phenomenal.
