I have been disappointed in how noisy my neighbors have been. I don't feel like I have a good option for dealing with the noise other than to move out. The neighbors let their kids run around all day, I'm not saying I blame them, but what can I do. Very frustrating.

So far living here has been a good experience. I love the scenery and the closeness of shopping and dining. My doctor's office is even in walking distance. Just off the interstate. Leasing off and maintenance staff have been great.

The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Office staff is responsive to your needs and seem to care about the your satisfaction to the services provided. Close to multiple shopping needs. I am loving it.

Everything is wonderdul here EXCEPT the water pressure. The water pressure moves my over all satisfaction from a 5 to a 4. Now I'm wondering why my comment needs to be 200 characters. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I had a great experience moving in here. The office staff were super nice and very helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean. The outside is very beautiful and the pool area looks amazing. This is a great place to live.

Great......Nice and spacious....Great pool friendly (if you have kids its a great place)...Staff is laid back and professional at the same upgraded then the bexley rosedale and nicer

Great staff! Willing to help and lend a hand. Very courteous and always have a smile! They made it feel like home away from home! The location is also great with many businesses nearby, it makes it convenient to get things done.

NOT ENOUGH PARKING AND NEED MORE PARKING SPACES AND IS A GREAR PLACE TO LIVE HERE IT WONDERFULE HERE .and manace is great and very helpful and kind people the ladys at the office are great and kind we love living here its a great plce to call home here great for shopping a plublix.......

It is a very nice area, convenient walk to several amenities, but over priced for what is offered in the apartments. Appliances are inefficient and outdated. The $50 cable fee for basic cable is ridiculous.

Extremely satisfied with the overall all process of this experience. Great neighborhood and nice neighbors. The area is clean and the apartment was very clean. The maintenance guy is fast and he responds quickly! All the shopping centers and food places around the area!!

Ever since we moved in the experience has been great. I love the location and anytime I need to contact the front office for anything, they answer right away and are very helpful. Cant wait to see what this place has to offer in the future for myself

I really like this community and the convenience to the shopping area, the staff in the leasing office are very professional to your needs and very nice. Whenever there a service request they come within one business day to fix the problem. Hopefully I will renew my lease and get the same excellent treatment that I got the previous year.

This is a great place to call home. The office and maitence staff are more then accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. We love our apartment! It had been a great experience so far, we are very happy we made the decision to live here. The grounds are pet friendly & a great place to walk your dogs!

The staff here is beyond extraordinary. I have received nothing less if professional, kind and courteous service from Donna, Karen, and Kayleigh. This was such a blessing for us as our first home (outside of NYC) while moving here just under a year ago. Donna is a manager that every MAA property manager can learn and benefit from

Community is great in a great location. This area is quiet and family frienly. The office ladies are so friendly and remember residents by names. I've only needed one maintenance request because my washing machine broke the maintenance team came the next day and the washing machine was replaced in two days. Only down side is the parking mostly parallel and the ones that are not require you to walk further to your apartment or up more stairs. Also though our community is pet friendly and they're are haha sataions around the property people often do not pick up after their dogs so watch your step. Other than those two things living here has been great and would renew the lease

I love it, coming from Atlanta it's been a bit of a culture shock but it honestly couldn't be better. Convenient to everything, quality staff and overall very nice complex. I will more than likely continue to stay here for years to come if I'm able

everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful since we moved in. we have every question answered appropriately. The amenities are great and well kept. The surrounding area is easily accessible and gives the feeling of a true community

All in all the team is outstanding in every way. From the front office to the onsite maintenance team everyone is there to assist you in anything you need. Everyone makes you feel like you are part of their extended family.

Colonial Grand @ Huntersville is a beautiful community. Quiet, close to 77 and shopping area. The apartment we chose has a sunroom and has made a perfect playroom for my kids. My only complaint is that there is not a park onsite, but there are many in the area near the apartments. I love that I can walk to the shopping and restaurants.

It's clean busy the people are very nice I will say thee apparement is very expensive so when my contrack is up in June I will be moving out but it's a nice place to live and the staff are first class

Nice apartments with a great location. A bit pricey but compared to other places it's pretty good. The neighborhood is relatively quiet but there college students who like to party and skateboard. Not a lot of amenities for the price you are paying.

I have only been living here for a week and it's going good so far. For starters, the location is perfect. There is so much to do & the interstate is down the road. The staff is great. I was moving from out of state & they were very helpful with providing details about the complex & area.

Colonial Grand ROCKS, great community, great neighbors, within walking distance of community shopping area. If you're hunting for an apartment and you're considering Colonial Grand at Huntersville, you should definitely come take a closer look, you will not regret it!

Overall- very good experience. New to the area and rented while learning about Charlotte. I am building a house and will no longer need apartment once my home is completed. I will be happy to recommend to others looking for an apartment
