Last August, I was forced to move very quickly. I stumbled upon Colonial Grand by accident, and I'm happy to say, I've just renewed my lease for another year. I'm extremely pleased with how the office staff and maintenance team has worked with me. From a broken sprinkler pipe in the winter, to a broken AC in the summer, this team has taken care of me and let me know I'm a priority. I recommend this community to anyone and everyone!

Colonia Grand is a great place to live! It's very quiet and the neighborhood is nice and everyone is very friendly. I've been livin here for about four years and it's still the same since I first moved here. It's a great & convenient place to live.

Was not clean when entered the apartment- needed to clean our self, need pesticide spray for frog-insect-snakes around the house. In Apartment office it is good to have games like table tennis, Air hockey, Pool table etc. Office staff are responsive and approachable.

We have been living here for almost two years and we are very satisfied with our apartment. The maintenance crew is very professional and friendly. Nick always greets me and my dog every morning as he is making his rounds. All maintenance issues are always handled fast and efficiently!!

Easy to move into. Having moved from abroad I have no idea how to relate this community to any other as I have not lived in a community like this before. Having to put 200 characters into this box seems pretty arbitrary and difficult to see how this text is going ot be of any value to anyone.

Very well maintained community, neighbors are friendly, convenience to nearby trails and shopping centers. Office staff genuinely tries to get to know the residents and makes sure everyone is happy. Social events are intermittently done to keep the community engaged. Minor downfall to the community are majority of the apartments have a lack of windows in the apartments for natural lights, we would generally prefer more windows for natural lights.

I was looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. This location was great and I know some residents already and they all said great things about the community. After looking at all the different floor plans available I picked the large 2 bedroom because of the location and date available that I needed. So far I am enjoying the extra place in the larger floor plan and everyone seems very friendly.

Nice place to stay. Everything is nearby. Lot of schools are in very near. The premises are always clean except sometimes the pet owners has forgotten to keep the premises. Service requests are responded very quickly & has kind maintenance team.

Everything has been good so far. The leasing office was helpful. move in went smoothly. the apartment looks like I expected and I was satisfied with it. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is having more parking spaces closer to the buildings.

Excellent community. Great location. Awesome staff. Maintenance staff is awesome too! Colonial Grand Huntersville is conveniently located close to I-77. You can walk to shop at three Grocery stores, Starbucks, two drugstores, lots of great restaurants, TCBY yogurt, Shell station the list goes on and on! There is also a walking trail located behind Colonial Grand so you can walk, jog, run or bike. You will love living here!

It's all about location and my location is perfect! I moved from up north (Massachusetts)Besides the weather and food I love it! my family and I love to walk rather then drive and everything is in walking distance, food, beer, drugstore, hospital. We are also right off the highway 77 north/south. We love that.

This is a nice place to live. But with apartment living you cant control you neighbors. The only negative is sometimes the neighbors are way too noisy or unfriendly. But that's not the managements fault. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants convenience of shopping.

The experience was very good. The office staff is very pleasant and very helpful. The apartment appeared to be in very good condition. There were some stains on the inside of the kitchen cabinet shelves that I simply flipped the shelves over so it was on the bottom and couldn't be seen. They seemed to be cup stains so they can probably be cleaned.

I would recommend Colonial Grand at Hunters ville to a friend because of the great location, excellent staff, and overall experience. The apartment are in great condition and any time a problem arises, the maintenance staff is right there for a quick fix.

This is the first apartment I've lived in since I moned to North Carolina and it's been a wonderful experience. I have no complaints. My apartment is very comfortable and the entire staff is very accomodating. I also love the fact that a lot of my shopping is right here and my doctors are very close.

Everytime something happens I can schedule a maintenance request right from my computer. They always show up in a timely manner and not to mention the fast and accurate precision!!! They know what they are doing and besides maybe running out to grab a tool there is never a gap when they fix something. Thanks guys!!

Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. This was the perfect home for us. Unfortunately we had to relocate so we had to vacate the house. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor apartment facing publix. It's location is awesome. Convenience stores, drug store, great restaurants, ice cream parlor are all within walking distance. The staff here was the best we've ever experienced. Rebecca went out of her way to help us out on numerous occasions. Beyond expectations. Maintenance was very prompt and friendly. Since this is a relatively new apartment, there are not much issues.

Neighbors tend to be rude or straight up ignore you when you say hello. Poorly fixed holes in walls. My dog has been attacked by a woman's dog 3 times. Her dog was not on a leash and this really pisses me off and I want something to be done about this.

Excellent response time and friendly attitude from all 4 staff members; office and maintenance. Very helpful in all aspects. I think if there was only one negative - presentation around buildings could be a little better. Litter is in place for long periods of time, especially away from clubhouse.
