This is a very quiet community. It's kept up, with a neat and tidy appearance. The office staff are super friendly and very helpful. We've never had any issues while living here. The included washer & dryer, and cable was a huge selling point.

The move in to Colonial Grand Huntersville could not have been easier. The staff was great in ensuring that I was able to quickly move into my new apartment. They were swift in answering my questions and I had a lot of questions. I am happy with my new apartment.

Excellent neighborhood nearby 2 grocery stores, 2 malls, and dozens of resturants, apartments are cozy and very well maintained. Location is pet friendly with many trails and open spaces to play with your pets in, as well as a local groomers.

Staff is great, reliable, and professional. Pets welcome. Pool open year round. Lots of sirens from nearby fire station. Apartments well maintained. The remodeled office and clubhouse are very pretty. Nice to have both gas and charcoal BBQs available. Entrance to walking trail nearby.

! They traded one bad staff for a new staff that is just as bad! They never answer or return calls. There are no amenities yet you pay a mortgage! The dogs crap wherever. The neighbors leave trash outside the doors. It's insane to live like this!

Great clean community with good customer service. Quiet community with nice pool. Nicely located near Publix, Harris Teeter, Earth Fare, I77, pharmacies, urgent care and Presbyterian hospital. Very satisfied with our temporary stay here.

I'm really pleased with this community. I enjoy taking morning walks and I have met so many nice people. As a native New Yorker I'm use to diversity. It pleases me to see the diversity in the many different cultures that live here. I feel right at home.

My moving experience has been awesome. Kayleigh made the experience so easy and was able to help me with anything I needed. I love my new apartment and am so glad that I picked Colonial Grand! The staff is extremely helpful and always make me feel welcome when I come into the office. They are always there to answer my questions and always get back to me right away. Kayleigh was awesome, and was very helpful when there was an issue with the apartment that I was supposed to move into and they had me move into a different one. They worked with me and made it very easy to transition and figure everything out. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend!

Previous management never solved any problems. The new management is still too new, but they don't seem yet to be addressing/solving my new noisy neighbors. If the situation doesn't change soon we most likely will move. It's sad because this place is perfect (with the exception of being a tad expensive) for my family as it's close to everything. But with half the maintenance crew being ineffective and management not addressing tenant problems, it's hard to justify tolerating the aggravation with the amount of money I pay. I could pay 20% less for an older apartment complex, and I know from personal references those competitors do not have the issues this higher priced community has. You would expect that paying what we pay here, which I consider on the high side, you would not have to deal with some of the things we deal with. I know that management is busy and I'd like to give the new people a chance, but it seems like they are overwhelmed. Sadly, all the "decent" people as I call them have moved out or in the process of moving out. It also appears that in an effort to fill their roughly 20% vacancy rate that they currently have the complex is putting anyone that can write a check in the place. I truly do hope things change for the better because I don't want to move again, but if they don't change I will move to avoid the BS.

It's a beautiful place to live and very safety and the amenities are great and it's close to all stores with nice restaurants around and maintenance response it's been the best compare to others places I had leave before thanks for being so nice

I like the community and being able to walk to the store as needed. I'm not too happy about having to pay for basic cable when most places include cable. The rent can be better priced. The residents are nice. There could be a better wifi system or included in the apartments.

The view is decent, but apartment was in awful condition when I moved in. Maintenance staff is usually prompt with repairs, but they also sometimes promise things that are never completed. Management leaves a lot to be desired. I stay because moving is a pain, but I wouldn't recommend this property to a friend.

Love the gym and pool. Nice Newly painted apartments, makes it feel more like a home. Clean grounds. Needs a playground with a basketball goal. Not enough grounds for kids. Love the area, can walk to grocery stores, pharmacy, or restaurants.

Thus far everyone has been great to work with. This is a very nice community with a nice group of people living there as residents. Apartment suites my needs well for being a home away from home. When maintenance is required staff has always been prompt and are excellent to work with.

We have had a very positive experience while living here. Maintenance has been terrific. The grounds are kept clean and plants are beautiful. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs. It is a very convenient place to live. It will be especially good when the Publix store opens.

My heater stopped working during a snowstorm and after hours. Despite these issues, they called me back promptly after I left a message and came to fix the issue quickly, shortly after they returned my call. The problem was resolved in a very timely and professional manner.

This community has been a wonderful home for me for over the last year. It's central location offers easy access to anything your may need in the Charlotte region. Beautiful grounds and wonderful amenities in apartments are hard to beat in this area.

The apartment its self is very nice, clean and cozy. The maintance men are extremely nice and very helpful. As far as the office staff, what I have expereinced has not been very good. Just pray that if you do choose to live here that you will never have to deal with the manager. She doesn't have the characteristics I would expect from a manager. I always dread having to deal with office staff because it seems SO unorganized. And can be very disrepectful.

I moved into Colonial Grand at Huntersville about 2 months ago. I am really enjoying my apartment. My best friend and I rent a 2 bedroom unit. The apartments are nicely laid out with granite looking countertops, tall cherry cabinets and a build in desk. The closets are spacious and we have additional outside storage near our front door. Plus they come with a washer/dryer and free basic cable. We live on the 2nd floor and so far have no noise complaints and the staff seems very friendly. The location is awesome near rstaurants and retail. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
