I love how Tracy was very knowledgeable and professional she answered all my questions without hesitation. She made me and my daughter feel comfortable and made sure she explained everything to us. I am feeling quite frustrated at this point in time with the quality of move-in. I am a week into being at our new apartment and have had multiple emails sent with things I have noticed with quality of the apartment. Appliances not fully working, cabinets with mold, fans spraying dust everywhere, dirty move-in conditions, and much more.

I have been living in Ashley Park Apartments now going on 9 years and it was the best decision we made after touring many other complexes in Brier Creek. Ashley Park has the feel that we're living in our own little neighborhood. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are more spacious, and the entire staff are so welcoming and feel like family. I have no intentions of moving until I retire to head to the beach!

Convenient area overpriced property. Front office staff are very nice and courteous. Frequently change in maintenance workers it feel unsafe with them having to enter your home. They take anyone so the standards have dropped

I have had several maintenance issues lately, and cannot write a review for each one, but I will say that I have always had good results with the maintenance team here. They are friendly, efficient, and typically get the job done quickly. Some things are still 'on order' and will be completed when possible. But we are satisfied and appreciate everything that the staff has done overall.

I moved into the community in 2025. Amenities are a little out of date, but everything's worked fine. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Floorplan is spacious. The community is also in a very convenient location, which adds major points for me.

Overall, I love the floor plan of my apartment. I have not had an issue with the office staff as they have always been pleasant. Maintenance has always been great when handling work orders and very professional. No complaints. With that being said, upkeep of the community could be a lot better. The breezeways are filthy. The gate is often broken, and residents should have appliances switched out every few years. I've had the same washer and dryer for 12 years. I guess if it's not broken, they don't fix it.

Ashley Park is an amazing complex to live in. They lead with professional. The location is peak! Everything you would need is near by so not owning a car isn't much of a problem. The staff acts quick if u have any request for things to be fixed.

The community is clean and location is great. Maintenance could be a lot better. Property staff is nice and polite. They maintain the outside grounds better than the apartments and the common areas, we always have to ask then to clean the foyers and hallways.

Community is nice and very nice staff, quality of work wasnt the best for some of my requests so they had to be redone. My sprinkler was leaking and took them a week to return with help. They then turned the leak off and now still stuck with a hole in my ceiling.
