It's been okay. There are too many water bugs (palmetto roaches) due to the pond in the back and maintenance can be a little better. They send the same person to fix toilets, AC, water pressure, appliances, so they don't do a great job fixing the issue and you sometimes have to submit multiple work orders for the same issue.

Pretty good place to live. It's quiet. The office has been working hard to get things in order. And they are responsive. They also keep the community informed. They've greatly improved in upkeep of the grounds as well. Overall, I'm happy here.

This is a fantastic property to live in. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and the other residents are very nice and not too loud. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and gets things done quickly. You owe it to yourself to check out the environment around here, you will not be disappointed.

Overall a great community to live in. Front office is friendly, responds to issues quickly. The last maintanace guy was great. Recently moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and the transition was made easy by office. A little overpriced but understandable based on location. Would recommend a park area or something for the kids in the neighborhood where the hammock and -------- is.

The staffs in the management office are very patient and always take the time to listen whenever an issue comes up in my apartment. The maintenance team is efficient and consistently resolves problems on the first visit. I also appreciate the security gates - outsiders cannot enter or walk onto the property, which make me fee much safer.

Well run community where residents are not just tenants/numbers. Big plus is that there are no breed restrictions on dogs and a decent dog park area part of the community-near my building. Been here nine years, they must be doing something rgiht.

It was considered luxury apartments but there's not really anything luxury it's just basic. The rent is a bit high. There should be a dumpster on both sides of the complex. The gates should be easier to get into.

I was referred to this apartment complex by a co-worker who spoke highly of the community and apartments. After scheduling a tour with Maya, I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the apartment space including the option to have an extended living or balcony. The customer service I received at that time was exceptional!

The apartments are quite adequate but the maintenance team is severely understaffed and mistreated so things are broken all over the place. The rent also continues to rise yearly without warning. They are advertised as a gated community but the gate breaks every other week and remains open most of the time. Lastly, doesn't feel like the safest community. Multiple police calls on our building alone and some vehicles have even had their tires stolen.

They call it a "luxury" apartment complex, but the walls and floors are super thin, the carpet isn't even padded, seems like an email is sent out once a week because something is broken in the community. There are some good ones, but too many inconsiderate people living there. It's okay to live there, but the price is too high and it's certainly not what they make it out to be.

The management has the sales part down. Signing the lease was very easy and they are very accommodating of requests. The location is great. Quiet enough as long as you aren't next to the pool. Unfortunately, this is not a clean, safe, and well-functioning property. A short list: - I wasn't going to fill this out, but I got home today to find my apartment unlocked and open after some mandatory water valve maintenance. NOT OK AT ALL. - mosquito corpses stuck painted to the wall - trash overflowing 24/7 - stolen vehicle in parking lot for 3+ months (police confirmed!) - trash bedframe left in backyard 6+ months - forced into a contract with Spectrum and the internet service is terrible, constant connection issues - SO. MUCH. DOG. POOP. - little things like refusing to install a towel bar that can be reached from the shower - back security gate inoperable for over half a year, and my car has been broken into - And my favorite: they close the front gate even though the back gate is always open....this just makes it more difficult for residents and provides 0 security benefits. I've never seen an apartment complex intentionally make things worse for their residents before lol. Unintentionally, sure, but not a pre-meditated decision like that.

Moved here in January. I love the neighborhood?I chose this neighborhood because it was advertised as a gated community, which provided a different level of safety to me. The Staff is some of the BEST that I have dealt with. Unfortunately, the gates are ALWAYS opened, broken or whatever. Which allows any and EVERYONE access to the property. My car was broken into a couple of weeks ago?Window busted completely out. Had to pay an unnecessary $260 to have my window replaced. That was so disappointing because I have actually loved living here up until that point.

Going downhill and the prices are only going up. Gate is never working and exercise room is not very up to date. It's also really small good luck getting anything done when there's more than one person. Do not recommend

Excellent customer service, every time we need something to be addressed in the apartment the maintenance guys show up with a good attitude and the problem gets fixed in a matter of minutes. Leasing office personnel is very professional and communication with the community is great. We are happy to choose this property.

MAA Crabtree is one of the few non-luxury apartments in a decent area. The two bedroom units are spacious and the neighborhood itself is attractive and private. We never got our stainless steel refrigerator, but otherwise our living experience here has been positive.

very nice except i feel like management and staff would changed alot, when i went to renew lease it went up like 200$ and they only let you sign on for a maximum of 1 year, high fees. Pet friendly and nice neighbors. Around a good area

This community is just ok for the following reasons: although the rent is not cheap, there seems to be a lower class of people here. I say this because this is the only place I've ever lived where there is regularly mattresses/furniture/refuse left out in the common areas & trash & litter all over the place. The maintenance staff does what they can to help keep it cleaned up but it's a constant struggle. Also, one of the residents' leashed dog was attacked by a loose pit bull causing him to need surgery & the management did NOTHING about it. It was terrible & my whole building was fearful of walking their dogs over near the dog park for a long time. So imo, not great management if they don't even care about resident safety. Also, at least one of the gates is typically broken so it's left open.

The community is friendly and the staff are nice. It is easy to communicate with staff via email and phone. There are also a few events that take place within the community which are enjoyable. The process of applying was also quick and easy. My only complaint is the thin walls.

Overall it has been a good experience. The community is clean, quiet and has a good amount of green space. As long as rent prices stay somewhat decent i could see myself living here for a couple years. I love living in a gated community, however it is pretty frustrating that the only way my guests can come in is if I (the resident) have a 919 number. I don't have guests often but it would make things easier if they didn't have to wait outside the gate for other cars to let them in.

It could be better, I was here for an entire year before I could get a light installed in my bedroom and I still don't have a light in the living room. I've had to put in a maintenance order quite a few times regarding my dryer and washing machine. When they came into repair, I've had to call them back because it's not fixed. My dyer was working fine before they came into replace the heating element on my dyer and replace a knob. Now my dyer won't turn off properly. For money charged for rent all units should be upgraded with vinyl flooring in the common areas, stainless appliances, and updated appliances

Pretty good experience. The worst parts seem to be how far the trash compactors are which isn't even a big deal. There also isn't much of a connection between the community and the residents. Other than that it is great
