    First and foremost Mrs. Moore is the best. She is very professional and at the same time she makes you feel like family. Most places have pretty much the same things, but the people that manage the property is where the difference comes into play. Mrs. Moore and her staff are the best in the business.

          Management team is works expeditiously. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. A lot of big dogs in the community. However they are well behaved and maintained. Children play safely outside which is lovely to see.

            This location is very close and accessible to restaurants and shopping areas. The square footage and layout of the unit is great. Units in need of renovations to compete with sister properties such as appliances and flooring. Quiet area

              I love this apartment complex, It's very quiet. Maintennce Always gets things done, they have an exterminator come out weekly and you're local to virtually everything you would need. My only complaints would be that I do see roaches a bit to often in my apartment, And not everyone picks up after their dog but that happens anywhere I feel like. Other than that its a decent place to live.

                Great staff, the people that actually work here are awesome. Very kind professional and courteous. However, I had an issue with the online payment website on maa. tried to get assistance multiple times and did not receive proper customer service. This is very disappointing. Unfortunately for the manager and assistant manager here they were stuck in the middle of trying to assist me with my issue since the RVP would not call me even though I called multiple times to the corporate phone number for assistance. I specified that I wanted to receive a call back but the RVP would not return any calls. Instead they continued to relay messages to the staff here to speak with me when the staff here are not decision makers on that matter. This practice was very unprofessional and not Impersonal at all. Again the staff here is awesome and I understand that their hand are tied with with certain decisions. I would think that as a paying customer and tenant that I would at least receive a call as requested for understanding rather than a decision maker relaying messages and not even attempted to get on the phone to understand an issue. I want to thank the manager and assistant manager for trying to help me and being responsive. You can not resolve all issues with texts and hiding behind emails. I simply wanted to talk with someone that makes decisions so I could ensure my request was understood. Each response that I received proved that the rVP has no intentions of reading or understanding my issue. Very disappointing

                  I would not live here. They take advantage of their renters and charge astronomical fees when you move out. I was told one thing when I moved in two years ago and when I moved out I got hit with a $500 fee for a carpet that was 4 years old. I only lived there for 2 years.

                    Friendly and knowledgable staff. Always willing to help where they can with any issues or concerns. Would appreciate if the got stricter on the policy for dog poops, as it is disgusting to walk most places and in dog park and too much poop laying around not picked up. Overall, amazing management

                            So far my experience at Colonial Grand at Crabtree has been great. I recently moved so I am still getting use to things and figuring our the community. So far, I have noticed that it is clean, quiet, and a nice area to live.

                              this is probably the worst apartment complex I ever lived in and being that I've only lived here for two years and it's my first experience living in apartment complex they've given me such a hard time living here . people don't clean up after their selves, There is always complaints about someway minding someone else's business yet when you put out there is always complaints about some reminding someone else's business yet when you put out an eclectic A complaint it goes unheard they don't do a good job with cooperating with any problems that you have in the leasing office and they've been through at least like for leasing manager is already nobody knows what to say and what they're doing

                                  For the most part my experience here has been great. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly as well as the maintenance staff. I have enjoyed living here. The only real problem I have seemed to have is pest/bug problem. I've sprayed myself and I know you guys have pest control services, but I still feel like I see bugs more frequently than I'd like to. Other than that my experience has been very good.

                                    I have had a really good experience with the entire staffe at this complex. I have mostly enjoyed my stay here. I would give them five stars but the parking is maddening. In my area there is one unit that two people reside in and they take up four parking spaces. It has really been annoying having to park so far away and walk in the snow. The staff does an excellent job with ensuring that the community are aware of everything that occurs in the complex.

                                        Overall a good experience, but one of the selling points is that this is a gated community. The gates are frequently broken or inoperable, cars frequently tailgate through without proper ID. There is also a pedestrian gate with a key code that I have never received and that I have never seen actually locked, always held open. Anyone can get onto the property this way. There are no security cameras on the community, I found this out after having two motorcycles stolen from a parking space on the property. The apartment itself is great, the community is good, the office and maintenance staff are great. It's a good place to live unless security is a large concern of yours.

                                          I like how property is kept clean. The windows and doors have air leaks. Perhaps have weather stripping replaced on the doors. Heat can come (summer) in and heat can go out (winter). Community feels safe.

                                                Maintenance has always been responsive. I chose to leave the community for a more convenient apartment on a lower floor. Additionally, I prefer a community with a more well-maintained exterior regarding sweeping of breezeways, cleanliness of trash/recycling area. I also want neighbors who follow community rules and pick up after their dogs. The pool was also closed for a month during the summer which was rather inconvenient. The lease renewal process was complicated and only one form of communication was provided as I was used to correspondence via postal mail and email, I missed notification regarding the process for not renewing my lease and of course have to pay for additional time on my lease although I desire to leave.
