My experience into the last 8 years is that it has go e down tremendously. All kinds of dogs. Vicious ones also. They will fix ur leaks but not come back and fix the looks or if u can't get to it to clean urself with Clorox than u will start having mold within the the walls along wit the looks. One good thing is the location location. Yes I said it twice. Wonderful location. But they went up so much on my lease I could not pay what it was NOT worth. Thanks for letting me have input.

Extremely easy move in process. The staff has been friendly and responsive with all requests. The unit itself is roomy and open, with only a little noise from above. Fitness center is very clean and well kept.

The community itself is nice but has seemed to go downhill the past year. The maintenance crew seems to be better. There have been new charges added to our monthly rent which is a little ridiculous. Apartments themselves a quaint.

Quick easy move in. They informed me how I could easily check online at anytime to see the availability and change in rates. I was able to reserve a specific apartment online in order to keep a certain rate on the unit and they contacted me the next day to complete other paper work. Everything was able to be done online which made it easy and convenient for me due to a very busy schedule. They have been available for any and all questions I've had and very pleasant to speak with. The office staff really seems to care about their tenants and do their best to work with you. I'm very comfortable and confident in their ability to make my living arrangements as best as possible.

The staff here are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious though they do have a few cosmetic faults. The dog run is only big enough for 2 or 3 dogs maximum but it doesn't seem to be an issue often.

Office and maitenance teams are the best. Tiffany and Janet are always happy to help and they really inspire a sense of community. Apartments are spacious and nice . Park like setting and close to many shopping outlets and Crabtree Mall.

It has been a great experience. The apartment is nice and the staff and maintenance team are superb. The staff answered all my questions and assisted in every area. Any repairs needed, the maintenance team responded in a timely manner.

Assistant property manager and facility maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive to repair requests. Repairs were needed in my move in day but it was attended to within a few days of move in. The home is very nice and economical.

Move in process was not satisfactory and our apartment had several issues that needed to be addressed after we moved in and the gate had been broken since we moved in to the community and still isn't fixed. The online payment system has issues processing rental payments. They are quick to fix the issues and the staff is friendly but this overall process has been questionable.

Service was done in timely manner and professionally completed. I just recently moved in the area and upon residing in the area I feel like I really can not ask for a better community for my family to live in and be a part of. Along with the residential community, the surrounding shopping centers are also a plus.

Everyone is really helpful.I've lived here for a few years now and all the issues I had with past Apartment here were always addressed timely. I recently transferred to newly renovated apartment and am very pleased with the new look and cleanliness.

The move-in process was quick and easy. The apartment complex and unit are clean and asthetically pleasing. The front office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and mostly attend to matters quickly. The grounds are maintained nicely.

Moving here has been a rough experience, there were multiple problems the day I moved in. Having issues with entering my banking information each month to pay my rent, then of course being charged for it. Waiting after the 5th of the month to tell someone there payment didn't go through or the account number was entered wrong is very unacceptable, and shows that you're just trying to get money out of your residents, especially if they pay the rent before the 1st to give time if there is any issues.

Excellent community with access to everything!My chidlren and i feel really comfortable here and glad we made the decision to choose Colonial Grande. Staff does an excellent job addressing any concerns and being supportive to new residents.

Everything was good Since I few weeks maintenance is sucks I call for extermination because we pay every month a coat and the main office never answer the phone so this is like we pay a rent and all the services for what if my husband had to fix everything

I am enjoying living in this community. It is convenient to shopping, work and entertainment. The amenities at the complex are nice, there is a pool, gym and dog park. This is a gated community which only allows guests and visitors to enter if they are authorized in by the rebter, this makes is safer than the typical complex.

So far it hasn't been good. There is a storage container in the parking area that limits already limited parking. When it rains water stands and pours off the roof where the entry to the stairs are. There are spider webs all over the steps. Since we've moved in, in June we've had several maintenence issues which I don't feel reflect on the maintenence staff (only 2 men) but the company. I feel like one thing was portrayed of this apartment community and we got something else, that we could have gotten somewhere cheaper.

Not a very pleasant experience living in this community. The community system set up seems to be just to milk out money from residents by all means without a good reason. Making money from residents is chosen over resident's comfort and safety

Love my community. Friendly office staff, excellent maintenance staff. Large apartments, can't find any larger in my price range. Landscaping is lovely and well maintained around the community. Covered parking available.

The value is satisfactory however I am at a loss why the staff continues to ignore the front gate issue. If your bedroom window is located anywhere near the front gate, you will wake up every morning and throughout the night to what sounds like a cap gun going off every time exits or enters over the gate track.
