They do not fix things. I have had no one fix any of my maintenance issues and they truly act like they don't care and still expect you to pay full rent which is not right at all it's actually shamefull

    Started off great but the staff left and new management came in.No longer personable communication and care for the residents which is what most residents enjoyed when the original staff was there. Maybe its best to treat employees better while they are there rather than losing them and making the residents suffer.

      I would not recommend because you're told one thing by property managers and they change it up on you and will charge you for everything after you move out without a move out inspection while you're there.

        I've only been 8 days, but I am having issues with toilet running, electrical sockets not working, and water running from under the kitchen floor, I will give them a few days to fix and I will revisit with true experience.

            I moved in 10 days ago. In my move-in inspection note I told that 4 of wall outlets in the kitchen are not working, and the toilet in master suite is not flushing. No one show up to take a look or fix it.

              Maintainace aren't very responsive, washer and dryer wasn't in my apartment when I moved in. Toilet was leaking, neighbors have trash outside their doors. Lights are going out and door seal dirty and needs fixing

                Right now I'm really disappointed with the management of the apartments, I know they was in transition so I gave them time to fix my two requests but it take more them 3 weeks and they don't do anything so I have to paid somebody else to fix it, and at this point I don't receive anything from the office at least a sorry for the inconvenience.

                      This is a very quiet community, there isn`t noise, it has a nice landscape. It is located very close to mall, shops, restaurants and schools and is easy to get off the freeway, it feels safe and firefighters are very close.

                        Communication with office staff is poor, first impression didn't last, got you then the neglect begins, have had issues from the beginning and had to constantly visit the office...breezeway is nasty .

                          I wouldn't recommend this neighborhood. The first year I stayed here it was great. However my rent has soared from 1000 to 1570. Not to mention the tenants throw trash everywhere. Maintenance takes months to fix anything. I pay $10 a month for pest control and they never come..

                            Started off a bit rocky with an apartment that truly was not ready for move in. I had to contact the office more times than I ever have in all my years of renting. The neighbors upstairs are obnoxiously loud all day/night, but that's what I get for living on the first floor. The community as a whole is very diverse and everyone has been welcoming. There are older people, younger people, families, lots of dogs (pet friendly property!)- the amenities and location are convenient. The office and maintenance staff seem to actually care about any issues you bring to them. Zack deserves a raise for fixing my sink. Eryn & Tatiana deserve one too for managing to get a major appliance replaced- and quickly. The effort they put in to resolve my original complaints- was much appreciated! Can't say you find that everywhere.

                              My experience overall have been good. But I think That could be better . I am a little concern about the drug use in the complex, too much smelt of weed, and I have been seeing people late in the night when I walk my dog, selling drugs inside the complex. The trash area use, and the illumination could be improve. Also, the landscaping could be better, I see areas taking care and others not.

                                I think the best is the location. The positive thing compared to other places that I have lived is that they have laundry at home, and services such as Internet and television. It has green areas for walking pets, swimming pool, tennis court, gym, area to wash your vehicle. the urbanization is closed and safe. It is worth the experience of living here.

                                  Its spacious but needs updating and better upkeep of complex buildings. This community is nice and located in a great area of Raleigh. I just feel if they did more upkeep with tennis courts, pool, trash compactor, and the actual units it would be perfect.

                                      Great staff and a responsive maintenance team. I've been here a long time and have not had major issues. The gate breaks sometimes and they work quickly to repair it. Fitness center and pool are nice. If anything is wrong the pool gets crowded. They have also implemented procedures due to CoVId and send out regular updates.

                                        The overall apartment is very nice and spacious and with the lake view just tops it off. It's very quiet and clean so far. I really like how they don't have any pet restrictions just as long as they're not vicious. I have a pit and a chihuahua jack russell mix and all the apartments that we looked at prior to this one had pet restrictions and therefore we couldnt move there because of our dogs. Even though our dogs and others are very friendly and playful I feel certain dogs are discriminated against just because of their breed.

                                          Friendly office staff, any questions I've had have been answered for quickly. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues I've had. AC was frozen over and they came over within a few hours of the request, thawed it out and fixed it in under an hour!

                                              Loved the fact everything was right nearby the apartment. Nothing was really done previous tonus moving in only the carpet was shampooed. Any requests to fix or handle things in the apartment we're patched up, rushed or half done. And when it came to the ROACHES pest control would come out once, letting the office know to follow up and continue to spray in the apartment.. someone only came once. I've spent over $100 to keep ROACHES out of my apartment. Lesson learned..For the first place to call home, relocating from NY.

                                                This is a great and quiet community. They keep the grounds clean and the office staff is great. I have never had an issue and they are always on top maintenance calls if needed. I would recommend this complex.
