The apartment I wanted wasn't ready by the move in date. MAA ended up giving me an upgraded one that was available! When they are doing renovations or repairs the times they give for them are never right. Either they didn't do it or they are still working way past when they said they would.

Is a great place to have your own apartment. It has a pool and a gym which makes it great because it's close but also it is pet friendly so you will be able to see a lot of animals and dogs out here. Recommend moving in this community.

Has a smart lock, be cautious who is on the lease. If you want it changed have to pay a $350 fee to get it charged and reapply for everyone on the lease.No playground for kids. Maintenance fixes problems within 24 hours during business hours.

So far, my experience at this community has been a positive one. The neighbors are nice and the leasing office is nice. When I moved in, everything was not communicated the best to me which would be my only complaint so far.

Great area especially being in a gated community. I wish price was a little cheaper but it ok. Having a lake on property is a plus for my daughters and I. I really think this will be a good place for us.

Everything I have requested to be done inside my apartment which was not much; was all done the next day. So my experience as a new resident is going great. The area is kept clean and it is quiet. Also it is easy access to stores. The staff is great and very informative

Young lady that gave me a tour on Saturday the 18th was very nice and gave me lots of information. I can not remember her name but she was very professional and made sure all I had all the information I needed to apply

So far staff is super nice and community is clean. Moving process and application was fast and staff was very helpful the whole time. Maya was there to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Great place to live.

I went in not knowing what I would get. I read reviews before I arrived to the leasing Office. But, I had an opened mind when I arrived because sometimes people write bad reviews when they don't get what they want. Maya was great and very helpful and patient. Overall I had a good experience

I haven't lived here for a month yet. So I don't have much to contribute to the exemption that they should expedite the speed at which claims are made with the maintenance department since I made a request and it took 2 demands for the problem to be resolved.

Moved from out of state and was able to still access apartment even though wasn't able to make it before the leasing office closed. Met with manager next day to get access card and keys. Great communication throughout the whole process, nice friendly staff, and great community to live in!

This is a good place to live, with great maintenance , they help out and go the extra mile. Also most of staff are friendly and willing to help but you have a few staff who act unprofessional. But very good out comes.

The office called to inform me I wouldn't need to fill out a form but I never received it. I called to ask about it and left 3 voicemails. Nobody answered or called me back. I then saw my application for as denied but I didn't see an email, receive a call back or voicemail, etc. very unprofessional and disrespectful.

So far so good. Just moved in. Nice staff. The location is in a great place. The security around the facility as far as door locks and fence is a big plus.The car ports they offer was a big selling point.

I've been here for 9 years and have always had clear communication by the office staff and maintenance team. Any time my husband and I have needed anything they are always prompt in responding and correcting any issue. Overall a great place to live!

When we first moved to this complex it really felt like a community, in the last few years it has really fell downhill. We used to feel like we could really communicate with the office about real concerns, now if we go to them they treat us like we are beneath them if we don't shell out thousands of dollars.

Good. Work was done promptly. Good location close to 40 and 540. Only put work request in this morning. Maintenance Did come after hours last week when new lock did not open. Like being on first floor. Like patio.

Good, prompt maintenance response, clean grounds, helpful front office staff. The gates could be working better however, and the gym would benefit from more machines. Overall, nice but slightly overpriced place to live.

Apartments are OK. Residents are OK. Pool and amenities are sufficient. Area is sufficiently clean. No problems with insects. Staff is helpful. Rent keeps going up. Good stores and restaurants nearby.

I give this complex 2 1/2 stars. The gym is so so so dirty still after three months of moving in. After one month I had to get rid of a mouse myself. So many bugs!! Maintenance gets 0 stars. Upon move in I was showed a showroom home, beautiful!! However when moving in my apartment was nothing like it, and a big thing is the ribs/ showers were yellow and dirty and chipping. Maintenance and the front office is notified by online request and in person for all of my issues but not much is resolved. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move!!

There was an issue with maintenance but it looks as if the new maintenance team is going to make things much better. The back area I am in has a nice area to sit. Everything is within 10 minutes. All types of shopping areas around. Good walking areas.
