So far so good. Quiet and clean. Just wish residents were not allow to smoke inside of apartments. Staff is very friendly and professional. Water pressure is awesome. Problems rarely happen bu are taken care of very quickly. Overall great place to be at in the crabtree area.

Terrible thats why I left. Cold air that comes through windows will double your electric bill. Nothing but issue but they were kind enough to let me break lease with no problem.hvac broke, hot water heater broke, centerpede issues, they bite!

Questionable. Not really fond of the internal apartment problems experienced while living here. It is not one of the best apartments I've lived in. Would caution against recommending to friends. Need to confer with management to discuss.

I love it. Noisy top neighbors and SUPER thin windows, but outside of that I am happy. Wish the gate would open faster but I believe it is probably a hazard but I just hate waiting for the slow exit gate. (I don't have much more to say just using 200)

I like the community, just have had more than my share of problems with the heating/cooling system since moving here. There have been some people whom are inconsiderate of others playing loud music as well as not driving the speed limit in the apartment complex. Overall it's a nice place to live.

It's be a smooth transition. The location is great and for apartment living it's extremely quiet...just the way I like it. The only things I don't like is the goose poop, the neighbors that let their dogs poop and don't clean it up, and the narrow parking spaces.

There still remains to be a mold problem. The kitchen is old and needs up dates so it stops falling apart and the bathrooms also need a complete update. cucking over the old mold does not fix the problems. The windows are so old that cold air comes threw very badly. The mold in the windows is so bad it makes us sick.

If you like living in the city & a little traffic noise doesn't bother you, this is the perfect area for you! Great location, awesome friendly staff, safe community, & kind neighbors. Easy access to uptown Raleigh, I-540, I-440, & I-40, a plethora of restaurants, shopping mall is minutes away, airport is 20 minutes away. You will not ever have a dull moment living in the area!

I am very satisfied with the community. I rated the grounds with a 4 because some residents leave trash in the breeze way and don't pick up after their pets. Other than that, we love it here so far. Management should enforce the trash and pets rules more frequently.

Customer service highly based on who works in the office. Same with maintenance - great currently. Price does not equal what is provided. Can get higher quality elsewhere (upgraded countertops, features, looks, community benefits, etc).

The pros: the neighborhood is safe and the residents are friendly as is the staff! The maintenance staff is efficient and supportive to your needs.there us plenty of parking and the club house base coffee and tea and snacks! And smells very nice! There us a welcome home sign that always makes my heart leap when I drive into the driveway! Con's: office staff is friendly, but not good at communicating good information regarding getting all paperwork completed for moving in, I was told the day before I traveled 8hrs and over 500 mls All paperwork was in and completed, when I arrived I was told there was still outstanding paperwork and charges! Which was not accurate and delayed me in getting my keys to my apt! Another incident that troubled me was when I asked could a tractor trailer navigate the premises, initially I was told yes unequivocally. Then the following week after my belongings were in transit And I proctively tried to have space reserved for the truck,I was told by the same person they didn't know if the truck would be able to reach my apt. I was confused and upset by this responded and wondered what had changed from last week? And if the tractor could not get into the complex I would face additional charges,and this incident left me feeling I cannot trust the information that I receive from the office staff!bbbbbbbbnbbbbmm jjjjnnn hhhhhhbbbbbbbbbb vggvbvvvvvvb bbbbbbbbb bhhhhhbhbvv. Great. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional when fixing problems. The office staff is okay. They are good at work they do. But appear to be absence on occasion. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I would recommend it to a friend.

Great experience. Staff was really helpful. Like the apartment and the gate makes me feel more secured. The community is very clean and well kept. Parking is good and it is quiet. It's nice to have a very friendly and personable staff. They make me feel at home.

It's very calm and quite, but my concern is the cleanliness. I have kids. There is a lot of dog and goose poop and the Kitchen appliances should be changed as to be updated. There was some things I didn't completely like but overall it's fine...

This is one of the only gated apartment complex that I have found in Raleigh. Huge apartments at great rates and in the Crabtree Area! The staff is friendly and the maintainence guys know what they are doing. Just moved here from Florida and I am very with this complex!

The one bed room apartments are pricey, but you get what you pay for with a friendly/helpful office staff, an excellently located (gated) community, and a safe/quiet environment to relax in after a long hard day. Highly recommend Colonial Grande at Crabtree!

We decided to move to Colonial Grand at Crabtree due to their community amenities. We love the gate that needs a keycard to enter and the gyms on site, as well as their pool, car wash port, and doggie bark park. They had great prices for spacious floor plans when we toured the facility. We love our in apartment washer dryer and cable TV. That was an awesome perk!

Shover head, kitchen faucet , Bathroom commode are very old and not working well. I did not put in a request to change them yet but I am going to do it soon, I think there are at least 20 -25 years old. I love the place very nature oriented and staff is very nice. Upper management needs to update these necessities. I moved in about 3 weeks ago and paying $850 per month for one bathroom unit. Please compare price and the upgrades with Cumberland Cove apartments. Several minor changes I sugessted above will really improve my overall satisfaction. Thanks

My family and I moved to this complex in 2014. Overall, I am satisfied of living here but I believe that the level of the service that they provide is not comparable to the rent we pay. Their maintenance service speed and quality is not satisfactory and they had some mistakes, never accept their faults. They sent 2 alarm notices for all residents of our block regarding drug abuse. I had not a good feeling after understanding that some neighbors are engaged in such activities.
