I've experienced a significant increase in the rent and other costs living here. I've just stayed because I feel as though everywhere in this Raleigh area is expensive to rent. The neighbors can be hit and miss as respecting noise levels or making sure they place trash and dog poop in designated areas.

    Dear MAA Team, I would like to share some feedback based on my recent experiences. Overall, I appreciate the work being done and the effort to support members and keep communication going. There are many positives, especially the dedication shown by staff and the commitment to improving conditions. At the same time, there are areas that could use improvement. Clearer communication, more consistent follow-through, and stronger support at the ground level would make a big difference. Some processes feel disorganized at times, and it can be challenging to get timely responses or updates. I share this feedback with the intention of helping things move in a more positive direction.       Apartments develope mold issues during winter. Constantly battling cockroachs. Entire property is infested. Appliances are outdated. Counters and cabinets are made from very vheap materials and are verfy fragile.

        Nice apartment complex with two swimming pools. Good gym facilities and clean hospitable environment. Repair orders are speedy. Neighborhood are polite, quiet, and generally keep to themselves. Plenty of parking spots.

            This community has a wide range of benefits, from affordable costs to a nice collection of amenities. The facilities team does a great job of upkeep to maintain the cleanliness of the community and responses to maintenance requests are very prompt. The apartments do not have the newest or nicest appliances and windows/doors don't have the best seals, but they are well worth the price of rent. The gym often has equipment that is out of service or broken, but there is often enough to meet basic exercise needs. Neighbors are friendly and there is never an issue with noise. This is a great location for the nearby entertainment venues, but the traffic can be intense on event days (particularly NC State football).

              The leasing office staff is kind. However, there is not a lot that they will do to help you with bad neighbors. Smoking indoors is apparently allowed even after four complaints. I am frustrated with the lack of response.

                  I was happy living here up until a month ago went after being at the complex for almost 2 years. I was charged a $50 trash fee for a bag I left outside my door for Goodwill donations pick up. It was clearly not trash. Because of that I'm no longer renewing my lease when it's up. They didn't even try to work with me. I was doing something good for the community, especially with the government shut down, and I was punished. Plus, the roach issue has never been under control but now that I know that I'm dealing with a "machine" rather than a community of people with compassion, I'm moving on. I've never been late on my rent in two years. By the way, I've never been a nuisance in the community either. So I felt a level of grace should've been shown. Very disappointed.

                      Ridiculous fees added on to my rent, breezeway leading to my apartment is always cluttered and dirty, loud tenants that seem to do whatever they want, maintenance takes forever. more than likely will be moving at the end of my lease

                        The apartment & amenities are set to match the pricing. There's a couple of activities that happen to get the community together which is nice. Office staff isn't that friendly, especially when trying to do a roommate release and add a new roommate. Documents have gone missing from them and they don't call or email back unless you reach out multiple times. Work quests get done on a timely matter and they are friendly and responsible when coming into apartments.

                          The apartments are very spacious The community is very friendly and the support from the team is awesome especially the mantainance team Very prompt whenever you need help However am so disappointed by the internet services where an being charged twice from both the provider and yet the agreement is you pay with the rent a constant fee This is so frustrating!

                            Roaches roaches roaches. When I reported the pest problem, the terminator came in and did whatever, and I didn't even know he had been there! I found a waded up business card on my counter and roaches still are numerous. I treat them myself and keep a clean apartment, but they come in from the balcony patio.

                              Need to update the apartments and take carpet out and replace with hardwood floors and spray for bugs . Other than that everything else is good.                                 Very responsive maintenance and pest control service staff and management. I have a less than nice upstairs neighbor who sometimes throws trash right in front of my patio. Maintenance staff does a good job promptly cleaning up upon request. I wish they had a better system to enforce good neighborliness.

                                    For the most part this community is pretty good. I will say there is an odd echo experience where you can somehow hear someone from across apartments and hear someone from afar drop something. Also I have begun to notice the improvement with dog poop not being left all over the complex these days.

                                          It's been horrible honestly. From the very beginning I have had issues, from the wrong apartment, to being completely unmovable and switching apartments to that needing to be cleaned. To harassment from neighbors, uncleanliness and upkeep of our apartments and properties, including safety hazards. Have had continuous issues with bugs and ants FOR MONTHS, and yet I'm still paying full price on my apartment. This has to be the worst complex I've ever moved into and I hope to God when I move out I don't get charged since I had to clean the ENTIRE place top to bottom before I could even move in my things.

                                            I felt lied to by staff. The property manager appears self serving. Property is laden with trash, and the selling and use of drugs. Unit was in horrible condition when moved in, including a ton of mold; the property manager was informed, though she did not seem to care.

                                              My recommendation is to find somewhere else to live. The cost of rent, the borderline useless amenities, the uncleanliness of the property, and the lack of care from the office staff makes MAA Trinity not worth it. You'll move into a dirty, unappealing apartment (fingernail clippings found in drawers, dirty cupboards, zero effort paint job, etc) and only given 24 hours until any concerns are considered your responsibility and then you will be required to pay to have your carpets cleaned out of your own pocket. My smart home system app has not worked since moving in and maintenance/office staff just kind of gave up on it. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE and they won't do anything about it except send emails. Rarely will you find both pools open and they are both dirty/buggy/unkept. It's embarrassing to bring friends/family around and I would NOT recommend living here.

                                              Overall a great place to live. I love going for walks around the complex it feels so secluded from the city. Close to everything you need. Sometimes amenities are not available or up to standard. Recently it seems like there has been more issues with neighbors and fights. Definitely better than some places in the area and more affordable.

                                                Diverse, people throw trash on the property and let their dogs poop without cleaning up, some neighbors are louder than others, office is unhelpful but maintanance is outstanding. I have had several attempts to get issues resolved, they are dismissive, rude, deflecting and disrespectful with no care or concern or compassion with a tenant who follows the rules and guidelines but needed help.
