Good facilities. Well maintained. Good service. Good neighborhood. Rent does increase the longer you stay so just be aware that your move in price will increase once your initial term is completed. But still affordable.

The maintenance team is the best I have experienced in apartment living in Raleigh, NC. The office staff is friendly and helpful too. There are 3 shopping centers in walking distance. A E Finley YMCA is in walking distance. Two veterinarian hospitals in walking distance. The community is well lit at night with the street lights. The lights at the dog park that you can turn on at night is awesome. We have great events and food trucks through out the year. The pool and gym are nice amenities to have. The only downside is the cost, but other than that, I have enjoyed living here.

I enjoy living here and feel safe. It is quiet and the people are relatively friendly. I like that there is a pool and a fitness center. There are also monthly events for the residents. It's also pet friendly.

Great Complex to live in. Great location. Multiple grocery store locations in the area. Close to North Hills, 540, and 440. Close to Wakemed North Hospital and Capital Blvd. The management team is great. The Maintenance Team is excellent.

I wish I would have picked here to live the first time around when moving out to live with my boyfriend. Rent is affordable. Leasing staff super friendly and on top of residence needs. Maintenance team phenomenal!

The front desk staff are wonderful. They respond to problems very quickly and when my apartment had an issue, it was addressed quickly. The grounds are pretty and nice and people in the community are great as well. Never had any issues with neighbors. Dogs can be a bit loud at night but that's to be expected when so many dog owners live here! Overall a great place to live.

you won't find an apartment complex so convenient to so many things as The Village. People friendly, staff professional, facilities well maintained. I love it so much please don't share this with anyone!

We love it here! The community is beautiful. The maintenance people are prompt in responding and they fix problems the first time. The apartment has been renovated so it looks like new. The apartments were very well built. It is very quiet here.

Nice place to live. Management and maintenance are very responsive to your needs. You're only 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh and the North Raleigh area is an upscale area with plenty of shopping and things to do.

Super quiet, lots of food options and grocery store at walking distance. The only issue I have is the bathtub paint is peeling. I will put in a work order for that. Other than that no complaints. I do have questions about pest control.

I initially moved in because of the location and felt like it was a great fit. A couple years into my lease, the ownership and management changed, as did the clientele and my surrounding neighbors. It felt like they were more interested in occupancy than quality tenants. Since then, the quality of tenants has improved and the staff has done a good job in trying to regain a sense of community with their events.
