ASPIRE 349 is a nice place. The staff is friendly and maintenance does their job. The fire alarms go off pretty frequently, whether being checked or not. You will most likely see some kind of incident just with the community. Great, affordable, place to live overall.

Maintenance came in quickly after I put in the work order so I did not have to wait long. They came in quietly and were very polite. They got the issue fixed super fast and kept the space clean as it was before.

I have had an overall positive experience living at Aspire349 particularly in Wilmington it is hard to find reasonably priced living. The maintenance staff was on site and able to help with the leak that occurred at night which was very helpful. They responded promptly to my voicemail alerting them to the issue. However they can definitely improve on their communication with residents.

Aspire is a really good apartment place. The place is kept clean, it is a nice peace and quiet place to stay if it's your first time living in an apartment. I moved in in the fall of 2025 and I absolutely love it here.

The apartment is okay to live. The pool is nice. The staff are friendly. Definitely needs some upkeep to the place. There's dog poop everywhere. It is close to everything. The weekends can get noisy due to college students.

It's a nice apartment, when something is messed up it will get fixed real quick , the workers are nice , the size of the rooms is nice,I like how we have our own washer and dryer, I like how secure and safe the place feels

When I moved in there was a stain on the bed , I've been constantly getting sick, and the dish washer machine takes about 2 or 3 times to clean dishes. Other than that I like the complex but I've had to put in a lot of maintenance requests.

Good apartment, maintenance is helpful they come within the week or earlier. Plenty of space with nice amenities. Rent prices change depending on when you sign, they give good deals to current residents.

Fix my ------- internet you useless ----s. This is an unacceptable experience so far and I can't believe I'm dealing with internet issues in 2025. It really isn't that hard to fix the service you provide from one of the biggest internet providers in America.

Everything is good so far but the gate leading to the right side of buildings has not been fixed for around a month so that is very irritating, other than that the front desk is affective and work orders are done in a quick fashion. Just wish we were open on sundays since i was locked from my bedroom and unable to get in due to night staff being unable to do anything but front door lock outs.

Aspire is a pretty decent and cheap apartment complex. if you have any issues maintenance is always quickly able to solve them. Look into the area and make sure you are educated on the surrounding area.

You suck so much. Y'all come in and "fix" things and then I end up having to put in a second work order. Maybe stop being so cheap and lazy and do your job for once. I am so tired of my appliances never working

Everything is fine just my own issue so far with the property is the hot water. And it's not even like I shower 3 times a day I can't even shower most days here because there is no hot water. We have the boil water for stuff because we don't have hot water

This is an excellent apartment complex that is well designed, well run and well maintained. When I had an issue with an appliance, they promptly responded and repaired it. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the Wilmington area.

I love it here but I'm bugged by the fact that 2 people came by to check a wasps nest before anyone cared about the mold on my ceiling. I had called 3 times almost in tears once because of how sick I got. I am very sensitive to mold and no one cared basically except for the nice service man who I begged to come look at it when he came for the wasps, he had no idea! I will not be renewing a lease here due to this issue

It has been really good! I love all of the people that I have met so far and the staff have never been unsupportive or unwilling to help me with issues in the apartment. There are a lot of opportunities to interact and meet people through the events held at Aspire, which is refreshing

Overall fine experience. Maintence has been slow, there are still several issues left unresolved and I have not heard from anyone. Planes fly over frequently so its quiet loud. The security gate is left open, so the gates are pointless and an inconvenience at that point.

It is off campus housing so you can expect some of the rowdiness over the weekends. One complaint I have is that the public areas aren't very well maintained, but the amenities are definitely a perk of renting here. My apartment wasn't very clean when I moved in, but it is a simple fix if you have access to a vacuum and a magic eraser. Overall a good place to rent for the price and location.

This is a great space overall, the closet is very nice, as the room is great size as well. All the amenities definitely give you the opportunity to stay busy and connect with the community. One thing I've enjoyed the most has been the pool!
