Good value for the product and location. The asset is showing its age a little bit but generally the community is nice. There are some nice amenities included. The entire staff is very nice, though sometime the communication on work orders is lacking.

Very thins. You will be able to hear your neighbors outside walking down the stairs and those on the 2nd floor being intimate. This is a lot to adjust to. Especially with a new baby arriving soon. I'm afraid the footsteps and the people above or those outside will wake him.

I think these apartments are bigger than most. I like having ceiling fans in most rooms. I like having a storage unit beside your apartment. I like the location. I really like the clubhouse,2 pools,& the gym. The maintenance and staff are very helpful. I do like having lockers for your packages. I have some very nice neighbors.

Very nice place to call home Wonderful office and maintenance staff I love living here . I wished that could have storm doors. It can be a little scary when someone knocks and you open your door and the person is right in your face. Just a thought.

It's a good complex with friendly staff. It is a quiet complex, the maintenance team is efficient in fixing problems, neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. I don't think anyone will have a problem at the complex.

I haven't been here to long, but everyone has been very helpful. Every once in a while they will have a special event in the main office. They are very welcoming to pets. They even have dog and cat treats in the office. The only thing I would say is a problem is people parking in the handicap spots that are not handicapped. And they need a few more spots.

Great location. Rent seems decent. I've been here 10 years and ownership of the complex has changed at least 3 times. Each time with changes to how service needs and rent payments are handled. So get used to changes if you move here.

Clean, landscaped well, convenient mail and package pick up. Quiet and not much noise at all. Pet waste is non-exsistant. Security ride thrus throughout day/night. Convenient in and out of complex daily.

When I tried to tour, I booked an online tour through the website, and the day of the online tour came, and they said that they thought the tour was cancelled, so I waited like 30 minutes to talk to them. Before that, I tried to call for up to a week, and no one would answer my calls at all. I called in the morning, and like an hour before they closed and my calls were never answered. After the virtual tour, they promised that if I came in person the following week, they would have a one-bed one bath available for me to tour. I drove over 3 hours one trip to the apartment complex, and the one-bed one-bath was not available to tour. So I wasted my time and my gas to come view an apartment that wasn't even available, and I was lied to. Then, the week I was supposed to move in, I called to make sure everything was fine. And they told me that they were washing the carpet, and I wouldn't be able to move in on the date they promised. So I had to change my plans even though they didn't have the courtesy to call me. And when the water went out because someone stole a car and crashed it into a fire hydrant, they didn't tell any of us until hours later. When I was sure I found black mold in my apartment, they cleaned only one vent and said, "That's not black mold". Even though half of my shoes have collected mold. The lady in the office constantly gives me attitude and is unhelpful, and they never answer their phones. Water has leaked into my apartment twice in one year since I've moved in, and they have taken forever to come and fix it.

The apartment building and the community itself is very nice. My only complaint is in regard to the price. The rent is quite excessive and the removal of the all-inclusive payment (at least for some residents?) was very disappointing.

This is a wonderful community to live in. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The office staff are professional, courteous and always helpful. Any maintenance issues are addressed and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

New management has had difficulty filling maintenance requests. Bug issues consistently every few months. Units need upgrading, especially appliances. Community is quiet and mostly respectful, but surrounding area has caused some uneasiness. Some instances of cars being broken into.

I love living at The Reserve at Forest Hill. It's so local & convenient to everything. The office staff is amazing. They help you with whatever the need. The maintenance crew is so helpful, knowledgeable & efficient. The landscaping & amenities are awesome. This place is top notch. I highly recommend for anyone to live here. Everyone is so kind & helpful. It definitely feels like home.

I loved this community for the first year IW as there. Then willow bridges came in. Took away the all inclusive plans. Made it incredibly hard to cancel the insurance added to the apartments even when we didn't ask for it. And changed the app to pay bills making it so hard to use, figure out, and split rent payments. Not to mention all the problems lately with maintenance. There's no emergency maintenance number so I can't get anything fixed after hours if it's urgent.

If I could give this business a 0 star rating I would. They are absolutely horrible. They lose your paperwork, can never find it, can never recall conversations that are RECORDED and refuse to pull up any recordings. The staff hangs up on you and then refuses to answer your calls back when asking to speak to a manager from how badly they treat you. I do not recommend this complex. While they do have updated apartments and cheap rates, you will get screwed!!! Don’t waste your time or money.

Really dangerous area. Car break ins, apartment break ins, and stabbings. I did not feel safe as a young woman living here. Overall, disappointed with our experience. Staff genuinely does not care, and it shows.
