It was an easy process to get into the apartment. The lady's up front was helpful when moving in. My only thought would be that I have a walk thru of the apartment with someone instead of given a piece a paper to fill out on my own.

Not a total bad experience at all dont get me wrong just seems it takes a long time to get things fixed as far as maintenance but when it does get done they do a great job. Grounds around our building are awful weeds never trimmed lighting outside is never working right outside is never kept up spider webs and bugs bird poo at the doors so so sad sorry to say. Otherwise we do like our apartment just need more tender care of the building itself.

Within the last two years, it's not good. Ongoing maintenance issues that are not being properly addressed, high probability that the subcontractors hired for the maintenance stole one of my possessions, and minimal and ineffectual communication with the front office.

I lived at the Biltmore for 6 years and I chose it because of the central location. I often used the amenities and they were always well maintained. Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. Office staff was always friendly and cheerful!

The worst ever! I lived here years ago and I loved it. It has gone to crap now. Building is run down and not taken care of. Things are broken and don't get fixed. Nobody in office to ever answer the phone. Corporate doesn't reply to emails or phone calls.

In general this is a good place to live. I do not like the fact that, before you move in, you are not allowed to see the apartment you are moving into; they only show you a model. The maintenance people are pleasant and efficient, but slow. I've been without a functioning washing machine for 6 weeks.

At face value, these seem nice. I like the layout and the in-unit laundry is nice. The maintenance team completes projects well and are knowledgeable. My issues with maintenance lie more within the management side and ability to create service requests on the portal. Now the downsides: The pools seem to always be under repair. The amenity fee is high for the quality and availability of pools, movie night (cancelled), not to mention that the lap pool is shorter than 25 yards and the lines on the bottom are painted so the Ts are right at the wall? this is confusing if you are a frequent lap swimmer. When looking at quality, my apartment is like a flipped house: visually it is fine, but looking closer there are issues. Windows provide no insulation so my heat and ac is high. I've seen other units buy window units (which is ridiculous that it's necessary for a place with AC). The sink is oddly shallow, which is something I never thought to consider. The parking lot is messy (potholes, dirt, etc) and hard to navigate. After any storm (bad or not) there are always TONS of missing shingles so I don't think management pays for the roof to be fixed correctly. Overall, I am not in love with where I live, but it works for the time being.

Everything so far has been great. The staff is always helpful and accessible and other patrons of the complex are polite and friendly. The only issue that I have is with the gym. There is no air conditioning on the top floor cardio area and with temperatures in the 90s often it makes it unsafe to use one of the spaces that we are charged a mandatory monthly fee for.

For the most part it has been a good experience. I would recommend it to others. I am supposed to be in a no smoking apartment but often smell cigarette smoke that aggravated my allergies. The movies need to be restarted. We pay for them & haven't had them since the pandemic. Make masks mandatory & move chairs to allow 6 feet separation. Show them 2 nights a week to allow everyone who wants to see them You don't have to make popcorn. Everyone can bring their own snacks

I had a hard time with the financial office and the manager is nice but I don't think I'm taken seriously as I am younger than them. I was never told a lot of information that I found out later on, and I'm still fighting for my money back

At first appearance, everything looked great. Property was well maintained, had nice amenities. The apartments we were shown were nice looking. Few minor issues that they said would get taken care of. Once we moved in, we were happy with everything until we started running into some maintenance issues. The washer leaked. We had someone come twice, and the issue was never resolved. Any major rain, it would flood our garage. I reached out to the apartment, and they said when season came around for the concrete ppl to fix the driveway around us, it would help the issue. Nothing ever happened, and we still have the issue to this day with a heavy rain. Whenever I had to put in a maintenance request, and followed up about it with the office, the office ladies here are literally the rudest I've ever dealt with. And I've lived in many apartment complexes throughout my life as I've spent most my life renting and have moved alot with my job. And I'm as nice as can be & always polite, so I'd have nothing negative to say if they were nice on the phone because I get they may have no control over the timeline on maintenance issues. But unfortunately, like I said, the worst attitudes I've ever had to deal with from apartment office staff. And more issues also, including a storm causing leaking in multiple rooms of our apt. They had to have ppl come in & fix the ceilings & lay down tape & stuff all over the floors. And never gave us any type of heads up exactly when they were coming, so my girlfriend just walks in from work one day with our baby to a bunch of guys working throughout our apartment. Because that makes me feel really comfortable when we have valuables around & no heads up notice to maybe put they away. So as much as I love how the property looks, the decent pricing, and nice amenities (pools, work out area), I would definitely tell ppl about the horrible office staff & the maintenance issues if they ever asked me what I thought of this place. And I would definitely have chosen to live elsewhere in hindsight. Breaking our 2nd year lease now to move on somewhere else.

Seems like everything is a big hastle. From moving in, I was not shown where my apartment was, my key fob never worked at the pool, had to replace it, the new one doesn't work at the pool closest to my apartment. I've never found an emergency contact phone number when I needed something done. My walls are flimsy and the drywall has moisture damage. I was charged a ridiculous amount of late fees my first two months here because I was trying to figure out the richdale website in my phone. The car washing station I was initially sold on is an absolute joke. And the roof of this place leaked terribly BEFORE the big storm that knocked out the power. Overall, I give this place a C but it's a bit pricey for what you get.

Easy location, no struggle for parking and access to various shops nearby. The apartment is nice too. I chose a 1Bed apartment and the layout is good along with the rent. The administrative people are nice and friendly and are ready to help with all the questions.

The Biltmore feels very high end for a really reasonable price. Most apartments are not set up nearly as well as these. If you are looking for security the doors do have double locks. I really love the big mirrors in the apartment I have. It helps open up the room and make it feel homey. The amenities are nice if you are somebody that will take advantage of them. If not it's a waste of money. The gym is better than any ive seen. However management really struggles. I have not been impressed with how The Biltmore handles maintenance. I have been waiting 2 months for somebody to fix the drain in my sink and shower. The entry door to the apartment building is constantly broken and will not lock. At the end of the day you are getting what you pay for: a very nice apartment for a low cost but very poorly managed.

When I first moved to the Biltmore in 2011, I loved the property and everything about it. It has certainly gone downhill; this is my 5th apartment (I moved in with my son) and will not remain when this lease is up.

I like the place, since covid it seems like they don't worry as much about cleaning the place though? in our building alone the hall ways get very messy and 3 of the 4 outdoor doors do not lock anymore! Also one of the bottom level doors is completely off the hinge! So you can hear it slam throughout the building! They do have nice people working in the office so we do appreciate that

I really enjoy living here! I've lived in three different apartment complexes and Biltmore is by far my favorite. The apartment itself has a cozy, warm feel to it. I loved that it has big windows in the bedroom, a mirrored wall in the dining area, a fireplace in the living room, and a big tub in the bathroom. The community itself is nice too in the sense that there is three different outside pools, a fitness center, indoor pool, and a movie theatre area. You can't complain about the price either for everything that you get and for the location. The only down falls have been in regards to weeds not being taken care in the area near my patio. It caused really bad bugs and HUGE spiders. After having a company come in twice, there was nothing for a few weeks and then it started again. After going to Walmart and getting indoor and outdoor bug spray, I haven't had much of a problem.

At first it was great. They really worked with us when we were deciding between two floor plans and then different floors. However, we did not get to tour the pools or fitness center. Once we moved in all I had were issues. The dishwasher didn't work right, the fan didn't spin, there were ants that had to be treated multiple times. I've asked for the furnace filter to be changed and I never got any type of response. I also had changed my apartment and the lease length changed but no one mentioned anything. I purposely had the same lease length as my parents so we could move at the same time, now I have an 11 month lease!? What do I even do with that? I feel like I just moved in. We didn't know how to get packages or get into the pools, we were told by other residents. The windows and doors all leak air so it lets the cold or hot air in. We had to weather strip ourselves. I also had a note on my garage to call the office but no one could tell me why. Turns out they supposedly gave me the wrong garage. There is no communication amongst the office people. I've been very unhappy since I moved in and can't wait to be able to move out.

I moved in to a unit that was not ready for move in. It was not deep cleaned, had windows caulked shut, the tub didn't drain, among other things. I like the location and certain amenities of this complex but overall, I have not had a great experience with my apartment as far as maintenance goes. I was out of AC for approximately 42 days at one point. Currently, I have sent in 3 maintenance requests over the course of 2 weeks to have my fridge fixed and nothing has come of it. The apartment building hallways are always a mess - cob webs, trash leakage, unvacuumed carpets, balconies need power washed bc they are coated in dirt and dust, etc.

Frustrating. The back of the complex does not get the same care the front does. I'm not the only one who thinks that. Is it because we don't have street appeal ? We also pay rent like the front of the complex. We would like to have the same care. Our grounds should look just as nice.

The Biltmore is a good fit for my life right now for the area of town, and the size is good for my needs. I wouldn't recommend the complex to anyone though. Maintenance requests take forever, it's rundown in appearance, and overall just not as good as advertised.

The gutters and roof need work? badly. Our building has contacted the office for ceiling/leak maintenance multiple times and have received no call backs or fix since moving in. On our first day moving in, we discovered our dishwasher was inoperable. We notified the office multiple times over the coming weeks. Finally, one month later we received a dishwasher. Not the best but happy to save a buck.

Buildings in disrepair, Poor insulation, incompetent management. Needs major updating, hallways have green carpet. gym is super outdated looks like it was very nice in the 90s . I have regretted moving here since day one.

Apartments look nice from looking at the models, but beware. The apartments are rundown, not well-maintained, and getting your packages is a nightmare.Maintenance can take weeks and several reminders before they actually send someone to fix anything.

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment which is good enough and neat when I moved in almost six years back. The maintenance service's has been quick when a request is submitted. The folks in the leasing office are friendly they do listen to issues if reported and get it fixed as soon as they possibly can.
