Hilltop is a great apartment/community that is located in a perfect spot in Nashua where you're right here restaurants, and shopping plazas you would want to live near. I've had a couple issues with my apartment and they sent the maintenance team out the same day and got it fixed immediately. I highly recommend hilltop.

It's nice to be close to things, but away from the road just enough to not hear the traffic. The heat being included was a huge selling point for me. It's great to not have to worry about having extra bills during the winter.

This is a great community if you're looking to live in Southern NH. The apartments are clean, neighbors are considerate, the value is great for the area, and any maintenance needs have been thorough and prompt.

The community is very helpful and a nice quiet place to live, the facilities are clean and have top end maintenance for any problems you might encounter. we have nice out door spaces that are well kept up with and overall the hole community is a great place to live .

Hilltop is a nice place, crowded but no one bothers you. Maintenance is excellent, apartments are in good condition, and located right next to the highway and shopping while still being set back enough to feel space.

We are very happy here. It's private and peaceful. Plenty of parking and neighbors are nice. The monthly activities are fun. I really like how they help the community at this time of severe need. The apartment is very nice.

Great community to live in. Quiet location, but close to everything. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Could use some updates in the apartment however.

Great community here, lots of friendly people and very dog friendly. The front office people have been great to work with, the maintenance team here are extremely professional and easy to work with as well. Feels like home on day one with a nice welcome packet!

I just recent moved and we are loving our 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment has brand new carpets and it's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood!! The apartments are closed to the highway and a lot of stores, restaurants and supermarkets. We can walk to places and staff are super friendly.

Good an very safety place, almost all the neighbors are friendly, a lot of space for kids to play outside, the apartments in very good condition, the laundry areas are always clean and I like grill areas.

Since moving in this year we've really enjoyed our time at Hilltop. Staff are responsive, the community is kept clean, it is quiet (other than the highway, but that can't be helped). Near everything you could need, although a car is needed.

Princeton Properties refused to reimburse me for my reasonable lodging expense when I suddenly had bedbugs in my apartment. I pay pet rent so I can have somewhere for my cat to be safe, and the pesticide the exterminator used to fumigate my apartment required my pet to be outside the home for an extended period of time. Having that undue burden placed on me leads me to conclude that Princeton Properties does not care about its tenants.

Living here has been great. The management is great and easy to contact as well as maintenance as needed. The park is very nice. The neighbors are very friendly and kind. The property just started a community garden which is nice.

We just moved in, but so far it's been great! Management has been helpful, kind and considerate every time we've dealt with them. The one time we needed maintenance they practically beat me to my apartment. When They(Jeremy) got there he was great start to finish in every way.

I have been living in this community for 14 years I believe. It's peaceful, clean, great staff and lots of social events. There's a free membership to a gym with a swimming pool, a bonus for living here!
