Been dealing with an ant problem since we moved in. They were here before we even had food brought into the apartment. The apartment itself did not look like it had been cleaned for us before we moved in.

Maintenance response is usually very quick, community is calm, the family events are appreciated even if we miss them. Flying golf balls are a negative though the back fence needs to be extended. We have renewed a few times and are fairly happy here.

Good place to live. Been here for almost 3 years. Quiet and love that we can have large dogs with no restrictions. Maintenence and apartment staff are friendly and take care of things quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I've always liked Green Valley. I've lived in this part of town since I was 14 years old and I'm 45 now both my children graduated from the same high school. I did which I found pretty cool. It's always felt safe and I've never felt like I have to worry about any kind of criminal activity although I do know it goes around, but I just always felt safe and that's a big part of why I continue to live here. The department itself is a prime area for being in the middle of where ever it is that you need to go make an easy accessible for a commute.

Very peaceful community and maintenance is always on time, and the office employees are very helpful at anytime during business hours. I've been living here within the community for four years now and I would recommend renting a unit to family and friends.

Apartment needs a lot of updating! People there especially this one young man don't pick up after his pet dodos! People always needs reminding about picking up after their pet! My new neighbor upstairs makes a lot of movement upstairs so it's annoying because the ceiling is low!

Great place to live. Great office staff, and excellent maintenance crew. No problems with vehicle security, which is a true blessing. The office staff is helpful and a dog park on property! Also a gym on site. Just a nice place to live

Fairly quiet community, issues with maintenance are usually resolved quickly, the water pressure isn't the greatest but it works. It is an older complex so there are some issues because of that. Not the worst, nor the best but good value for what you get.

Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The community is clean and feels safe. The apartment smelled like cat and the manager quickly had the carpets professionally cleaned. Still working on getting other items fixed/corrected but the staff and manager are very responsive and helpful

The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. I use RentCafe to make my requests and they reply within a couple of hours notifying when the request will be attended to. Gio is always professional and friendly. He cleans up after himself and confirms with you that all needs are met to your satisfaction.

The staff is nice and very helpful. Do a slow and detailed walk through of your unit. Check to see if the switches work for the lights, doors and cabinets open and close properly, the garbage disposal works, there's tuning hot water and there are no leaks. I know it's easy to miss things when you scan over the unit but take your time. It helps when you get settled in.

He is responsive, friendly, and consistently goes above and beyond?showing up quickly, explaining what he's doing, and fixing things right the first time. Angel clearly takes pride in his work and treats residents with respect. Knowing he's here gives me real peace of mind about living in this community.

Very nice and quite complex! Allison and Tara made sure we felt welcomed! The fitness center and the swimming pools are a plus. The move in was easy and we can't wait to use more of the facilities. I definitely recommend this place
