There are special events for the kids it's dog friendly work orders are done within 24 hours emergencies are done within a few hours management is friendly and helpful when out in the community residents are friendly it's quite 24 hour security and monitoring

I love this community and My apartment. The Office is great and the maintenance team is wonderfu?! Big shoutout to Jorge always there to help in a times of need. I plan on staying here for a long times. Beautiful community .

My experience hasn't always been the best. The two people that are always trying to help is Ashton from the leasing office and Memo from maintenance. The apartments are overpriced, you definitely don't get what you pay for here. I've had a lot of issues (flooding w/ & w/o sewer water), we pay $40/month for the maintenance of the surrounding area and it's honestly always trashed. The concrete is disgusting & I've emailed about it, I was told it will get scheduled to clean and it never happened. Would I renew my lease after this one is up?? nope.

For the most part, I have really enjoyed living at this community. There are going to be issues at any complex but they have always handled them quickly. I would love to stay here as long as I live in Henderson.

We are very happy with Villas at Green Valley. It is a very safe and secure community with some great neighbors! We got to meet most of the people in our building and must say they do a good job of screening! Everyone seems to be pretty cool and collected!

Moved in on the 19th. While i was moving thing in, my car was broken into and stolen. They wrecked it into a gate nearby, and stole everything i have left in there. Including a quilt my grandmother made. Really awesome first day for sure.

Been here for 10 years and had to move because they were refurbishing the units. It was a "no brainer" to stay in the complex. Have had a great experience here and didn't want to leave. Great location and great schools

First I wasn't too sure about Renting a home from Villas at Green Valley. But had a change of heart when I kept receiving emails. Something told me to just go for it. Sarah helps us out and she did amazing! There was a little bumps in the road, but thankfully, we got where we needed to be at the end. Once we signed the Lease, we heard on all the fun stuff that community is doing and I APPRECIATE AND LOVE the idea of being involved within the community. So it already shows me that I did make the right choice. I have 3 children and I'm hoping they will be able to feel comfortable around the neighborhood.

The community is clean and quite, I have enjoyed living here and it is conveniently located to areas around Henderson. The maintenance here is incredible and all the workers are professional and efficient, can not rave about them enough! Having a emergency line for after hours to reach maintenance gives me peace of mind knowing if something goes wrong I can still get someone on the phone.

The staff at the Villa's is attentive to your needs. Maintenance is awesome at the work they do. This property does extra curriculum to make it family oriented. They always have food trucks, they give out breakfast, they have contests and carnivals. They also do holiday pictures. I love it here.

Amazing layout, love that there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Noticed that the grounds are well kept. My son loves there is a playground and two pools that are able to be used. They also have a fitness room.

I've never lived in an apartment complex that was so community-involved. They host events and send out email tips/reminders/offers for every holiday and it's really pleasant and fun. I'm not a very social person, but my son is and these kinds of things are great for us to feel a little more involved in the neighborhood. The staff are always very kind and helpful when we converse; and when there's a maintenance issue it's handled that same day. It's a great community, even with the thin exterior walls/noisy neighbors.

I love the staff. I love how the maintenance is right on time after you put in your order. I love how they communicate from the office to the maintenance about the things that are going on in your unit. I highly recommend these apartments. They're quiet kept up really nice. A worker named Tara helped me out. Hit it off the bat. She was very kind, nice, and welcoming with open arms. Community looked quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking space, packages are dropped in an Amazon Hub for safe keeping and maintenance is always ready to fix the problem.

I was in the process of moving back to Henderson, and needed to find a place quickly. I searched on and I came across this complex. Everything lined up with my needs for the apartment I was looking for. Tara was such a great help and made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped into the office. She made my move in process very smooth and was very thorough with all the information she provided me. Thankfully they had units available and only took a few days to get the keys to my new apartment!

To much dog feces around the apartment complex. Cars are always speeding in the parking lot. Both my neighbors are loud late night. Lots of issues in my apartment when I first moved in. Other than that everything is good.

I chose VGV because it is extremely affordable, and I love the location. Management and maintenance are so attentive and helpful. I love the community events they hold each month. My favorite part has been the food trucks. Overall, I've had a great experience living here.
