So far it's been dope, it's peaceful, quiet. And that's the main reason I liked this place a lot because of the sense of security and peace around here. There's a lot of stores close by that allow easy access. I love nature as well so that's also a plus at the simple fact there is so much green around.

The employees are nice and helpful, but I try to call to get help with something I called 10 times and not a single answer, the pool and jacuzzi are dirty the pool is cleaner then the jacuzzi it's super foggy and green, have no way of entering the fitness center at all I've called and been ignored was never told a code to get in and there's no way for a key to open it, and again no one will answer the phone to help me

The staff at the leasing office is very helpful and polite. Ashton has done a very good job representing Maxx Properties. He follows through on things he says he will take care of. The community itself is very quiet, and clean. If the gym had dumbells or kettle bell weights that would be perfect. The pools are great and so are the community grills. So far, so good ????

Armis helped me get comfortable with right information, not once did he ever make me feel like I was being rushed or pushy with the process of things. Armis is the only staff I got comfortable asking questions, he was the most honest and blunt man in that office. Now I no longer get my answers I want and it takes forever for staffs to get my answers. Staffs only care about leasing at the moment then forget all about us residents. Not Aramis, he always kept on checking on the residents. I know because I have 4 family members that lives here too and they tell me the same thing :( so bad

The complex is in a very convenient location to stores and library and banks. Basic rent, as with most apartments now, does not include Common Area Maintenance, trash, water, sewer. Yet, this complex is more affordable than others nearby. Current owners seem to be responsive and courteous.

Management was very quick to send maintenance on the same day of my request and corrected the issue as promised. Maintenance also showed me how to correct issue if it happened again. Maintenance asked if I had other issues he could fix and directed him to the closet door that came off of track. He put it back on with no issue. I was very satisfied.

This has been a wonderful community to live in. The staff have always been friendly, and helpful when any issues arise. Maintenance issues are always responded to promptly, and the maintenance team really take pride in their work. Every one of them that I've met have always been friendly, professional, and make sure to get the job done right. The units, and the property itself is always clean and well kept, and overall is pretty quiet and peaceful. The location is very convenient as it's central between Henderson and Las Vegas, and the price for the rent is very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who is searching for an apartment.

So far, the community is fine. The management office is less than consistent at times and aren't always on the same page. Missing/not working appliances and utilities upon move in. Stove, oven, dryer, and refrigerator did not work upon move in. No internet modem available upon move in. No hot water.

What a nice, peaceful community. I am not super active in the community, but I don't find anyone to be too loud when the community gets together and has fun. I feel this place is good for both the person who keeps to themselves and the person who wants to be friends with their neighbors. A good mix of everyone.

Have experienced multiple staffing changes and a change in ownership, leading to an inconsistency in policy upholding, communication and documentation. Moved into the "Classic" (read "old") apartment style after being shown the "Updated" style, because of a price break. Later I understood that to mean that I accepted some minor damages within the apartment (including semi-functioning appliances, carpet/woodwork damages and painted "repairs"). Communication with management has been hot and cold, with delays between responses and sometimes having to restart the process due to poor documentation. Overall, I am lukewarm to the overall living arrangements but beggars can't be choosers.

It's terrible. The units are trashed, and the rent is way too high. There is constant turnover in the office. Parking is limited. The neighbors are loud and rude. Crime is out of control here. All the amenities are always closed.

Military please read!!! When I first moved in, they told me I had an apartment ready then called me and said the person didn’t want to move out so they put me in a more expensive apartment. The apartment they rented to me smelled like the person before smoked a carton of cigarettes a day and after a month of being there nicotine streaks started coming down the walls. The whole complex I was in smelled of marijuana. If you are military, I would not recommend you staying here. I moved out in August and am still fighting with staff for my full refund back. They were trying to penalize me for getting orders. And they have a military clause in their contract. Unprofessional in all aspects. And forget trying to contact anyone by phone, it’s impossible when you have a complaint. And they take 2 weeks to get back by email. The only person I recommend there is Sandra. She’s really the only good thing I have to say about that place. Listen to reviews…I wish I had. Feel free to contact me for any questions!!

Great communication with office. Staff is very friendly, they follow safety protocols when it comes to coronavirus. They answer any requests right away, sometimes the same day. The pool is nice and a decent little gym. Good rent price for the area as well.
