I moved into these apartments three months ago , we have a lovely one bedroom fully renovated, we are on the second floor of a third floor complex . If you are considering moving here don't not get the second floor as the noise above from residents walking around is unbearable, they are inconsiderate , don't care what time of day or night it is and still they make lots of noise . We have told the staff and they don't care , so my advise is do not get a place here unless you are on the top floor

Living here has been a very bad experience. I was called 5 days before my lease started to sign early to have everything in order. I wasn't able to get there until the day before and the lady gave me keys that day stating I wouldn't have pay extra. I was charged 50 dollars for a 'vacant energy fee' and 50 dollars for getting my keys early. After 40 minutes in the office explaining the situation, one charge was taken off so I still had to pay 50 dollars. The manager didn't even come out to speak to me. I recommend not signing or coming in early. When I got to the apartment, there were dead bugs in the sink, broken handles, pin holes throughout all of the walls, broken counter top, pieces of the wall missing, and missing pieces of applicances. I find more messed up things in the apartment as time goes and won't be surprised if they try to charge me for them when I move out. I filled out a request and was told more than once a work order was created but never was fixed. I believe the ventilation is bad because I can smell smoke in my bathroom and I do not smoke. Each time I have been in the office, I have witnessed the staff being extremely rude to people over the phone, in person, and to each other. I felt very uncomfortable speaking with anyone because they are so unwelcoming and unfriendly, so much so I can't recall ever being smiled at by a worker. The apartments are relatively quiet where I am located and thankfully I haven't had issues with air the conditioner or other appliances. The only good experience I have had living here is one of the ladies in the office named Pam. She is extremely helpful and nice and follows through. I hope she doesn't leave because the other workers are extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. I would move out immediately if it wasn't so expensive to break the lease. I was looking for somewhere afforadable in Henderson but this was the only place I could even though I got a bad vibe immediately. They charge 350 for a pet deposit plus 25 or 35 for pet rent which is ridiculous. Paying a little more somewhere nicer is worth it.

Managers avoid talking to residents when there's a problem. Outrageous late fee charges they scam you out of your money every month the price of rent is different. This is the worst apartment complex of the block of green valley pkwy . Don't recommend anyone moving in these apartments every time I go in the office someone is always complaining having a problem with something they did. Worst customer service ever they lure you in, in the beginning and once you become a resident they treat you any kind of way and won't fix any of your problems!

I had such high hopes when I found these apartments. I was promised a fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment at $820 a month, and they had sent me the paperwork for move in and everything, when I got a call and they told me I could not have a fully renovated apartment at that price. They redid the paperwork for a "partially renovated" apartment at the same price, and promised me I could move in on the date we had already discussed. However, on my drive into the State to move in, they called and said that the apartment wasn't ready and I couldn't move in. They wouldn't pay for a hotel despite the fact that they were the reason I had no lodging. Furthermore, when I got to move in, they were doing construction in the apartment while I was getting boxes in, and it was not move in ready. The place was filthy, and it took days to clean to proper living conditions. They didn't even apologize or try to help. The refrigerator broke within two hours of being there, the air conditioner didn't work, and the oven wouldn't get warm. The sliding screen door was broken, and the toilet wouldn't stop running. All of this within 24 hours of move in. I put in work orders, and it was only when I got family down there to yell at management that they took care of anything. Still, I had to fix my own toilet because it was three months in and they never managed the order. So much for a "partially renovated" apartment. Then, when I was out of town, people came in to replace the fire alarm sprinklers, and they punched a hole in my ceiling and threw all my clothing and towels out of the closets and left them there, and put footprints all over my furniture. It was six months before anyone came to fix the hole in my ceiling. Finally, when I went in to the office tell them I had bought a home and would be moving out, they didn't tell me I had to fill out a 60 day notice form even though it was required, and then called me in August to tell me that I would have to come in and I would have to pay prorated rent. I went in before! And when I went in to formally give notice AGAIN-as if my coming in to give notice two months previous hadn't counted-they wouldn't look me in the eye and are forcing me to pay rent into October because of their mistake. I had to sign because the longer I waited the more rent they would force me to pay. This is a fraudulent business, and I do not recommend that anyone live here.

Horrible customer service!!! The staff will put you on hold and never pick back up the phone. The drains have a bad odor when you turn on the water and other tenants have complained as well. They never came to my house to fix the things that was supposed to be fixed prior to moving in. The staff is rude and mean, so you can't contact them regarding anything, I've only seen the pools cleaned twice, garbage is always left everywhere around the building, and they charge all these fees so whatever they tell you the rent will be initially before you move definitely a lie. Your rent will be 300 or so dollars more!!! Lies lies lies!!!

This place is honestly the WORST management I've ever dealt with. Entirely new staff does not know what they are doing and give FALSE PROMISES. When I applied to live here the woman who helped me waved all of my fees and gave me a concession to lower my rent, and even gave me a "deal" and gave me a fully renovated apartment for the cost of a standard, a renovated apartment I NEVER ASKED FOR. Too good to be true! Few days later they increase my rent by $150 and say it's because I'm in a renovated, WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR. Had to fight to reduce the increase to $60. I got my bill and my rent was WRONG AGAIN and I had to fight them over the numbers THEY PROMISED ME because they tried to up-charge me by $12 on my rent, and CONTINUOUSLY kept telling me to just "move to the standard apartment" even though they GAVE ME A RENOVATED WITHOUT ME REQUESTING ONE!! The ENTIRE TIME the staff there has been RUDE and UNHELPFUL in ALL OF MY REQUESTS. This first month has truly been the most stressful month of my life because of this management and their inability to honor their prices and agreements. They rushed me through the contracting and conveniently "forgot" to mention that they can RAISE YOUR RENT AT ANY TIME. READ THROUGH THE PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!!! I made that mistake here and was blinded by how "nice" they are! The actual "renovated" apartment has a ton of broken appliances. Moved in and my washing machine, dryer, and shower did not work along with a broken kitchen drawer that I have requested to be fixed TWICE and they have IGNORED IT. Took them 3 DAYS to fix my SHOWER!!! They've been in my apartment TWICE to fix my washing machine as well and it's still broken. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HOW NICE IT LOOKS! The staff will be friendly and helpful when you're coming to look at their apartments and will promise you "great deals" but they WILL screw you over!! When I'm waiting to be helped in their waiting (among 6 other tenants) I've seen at least 3 other people IN ONE DAY have complaints about their rent pricing. This place is a mess and nobody knows what they're doing. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Find somewhere BETTER than this place! You can't even leave your contract without paying 4 MONTHS WORTH OF RENT

Worst apartment complex ive lived at on my own !! My mailbox has recently been broken into , i dont know who took my mail and when i ask the manager to look on the camera , she said it doesn't even work, she just kept looking at me like I had piece of cheese on my face , didn't know if she could eat it or die from eating it (wtf) LIKE HELLO , are you kidding me?! Wake UP?! WHAT A JOKEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! EVEN the police officer who came to document really had no words , their was number of mailboxes who were "scratched" trying to be opened! Sad and ridiculous , save yourself and don't move here!! Save yourself . 850 FOR A 1BD piece of crap , the location is becoming ------ ! Apartments are old, you can hear everything ! I have lived here for 2 years. When I first moved , I was in a old apartment, then I got switched to a newer one last July, unfortunately I had to resign the lease ! My least is up and July and boy am I happy ! Cops are all thru out of here , when I was downstairs , I could NEVER go a day without quietness ! The new management made ridiculous fees , I pay about 100-120 extra then my actual rent. My rent is 778 I pay 850 ish... This place should be at least for 660-740 TOPS!! Its not that deep into Henderson! I'm in a ONE BEDROOM and I'm looking at a townhouse 1bd for 794!! Across the street ,Go to Crystal Creek , 794 for a 1bd :) Lol still cheaper then what I'm actually paying here. Tf !!! And let's not forgot the screen door doesn't fit so flys can come in my house so I can never open my beautiful patio , the fridge is like a 2000 piece of ish, one time it leaked all over my food !Nasty maitence men come and dirty my home. So much for luxury. I can go deeper into Henderson and find something nicer and I bet you a few bucks cheaper or the exact amount. But nice , more new , granit tops , dark wood cabinets.. I'm just glad I made to the end of the yellow brick road. Can't wait to be free from this hell hole !!

These apartments have changed ownership and they are now referred to as the Villas at Green Valley in Henderson. These apartments are the worst ever and I would strongly recommending against renting them. This apt. complex is like renting a hotel. The gardners blow the grass, rocks, and pine needles towards your car and then they blow off your car with their blowers. The kids that are here torture the adults because they seem to think that they are in charge. They have thrown rocks at me. They have also threatened by vehicle by banging on the car, throwing rocks, and throwing soda. The parent's, police, or the office isn't doing anything about the destruction of property or the abuse of the handicapped people. I don't know what to do because I just want to stay by myself. I am on government housing and I have to stay another year. Please do no rent from this place because I am trying to prevent you from making a big mistake that you will regret. I hope that you will listen to me and spread the news. I have called the police 3 times and reported these things to the main office. However, the only thing that this office cares about is the money. You also have to pay for renter's insurance, water, garbage, and sewage. This place is not worth the money. People also do drugs and other things. I could tell you some stories because I have lived here for 13 years. They want you to pay for renters insurance, but your property is not protected by them. Conatact me for more information at ddflower1@cox.net. Thank you.

These apartments are the WORST EVER!! We have complained so much that the apartment manager avoids us because they do absolutely nothing to help!! We had a neighbor who played her music so loud. We complained they claimed they talked to her, we called the cops over 5 times in a week and got a report like they asked so they could write her up. When we turned in again they said oh she's leaving in a few weeks. They never wrote her up or did anything. They let her stay. Then we have a pot smoking neighbor that we get to get high with bc of the filtering in the vents. The apartments refused to do anything. A maintanence request is a huge joke! Turn it in and maybe 2 weeks later it will be dealt with. Went without a dishwasher for 5 days until we threatened a complaint with the BBB. Corporate does nothing to defend their residents. We also had a crack in the building and sprinklers on in the winter 3 times a day. Soaked it and the people just covered it up and repainted. Whoo hoo for mold. Management and office staff are very rude and act as though they care but don't do a thing to help out!! Also the parents pay no attention to kids at night and not well lit so have to watch for them at night!! They lie about how water is billed and price gauge double then the lease said!

worst apartment I have ever rented, bar none. The maintenance was horrific and the response time was terrible. I had neighbors who really were noisy and when I called the office they did nothing. I finally moved. After leaving and giving a 60+ day notice they sent me a bill for not complying with the 60 day notice. I spent days cleaning this dump and then they wanted to charge me for cleaning. If they read this I am not paying them anything, for one of the worst experiences in renting I have ever had.

Don't move here!! I just moved here in June and we've had ants in our closets while moving in, the A/C has not been working since then, the management office is a joke, the microwave broke. Our main problem is the A/C! It's triple digits out and we have called and called but no one is answering in the office. I found the maintenance guy and told him the problem again but he just said call it in, then he'll check it out. It's been 2 days no one has came by. I have kids and pets. It's way too hot to have them in the apartment. It's bad when we have to get a hotel when we need someone who knows what they're doing.

Five years after moving out of this place (which had crickets and cockroaches and horrible neighbors and never felt safe), we were trying to move into a new apartment complex, which called this one to find out if we had any overdue payments. Wildhorse claimed we owed them $65 for something - a charge they never once informed us of. They had our phone numbers and our new address, but for 5 years they never bothered to tell us about the charge until it was to screw up our new rental. I would not recommend this place.

This place is a joke and who ever owns this place should be ashamed for allowing this wish they could come and talk with some of the people who live here. The people that work in the office should be fired and never and I mean never be able to work in any place that has to do with apartments again. I will never ever recommended this place to anyone not even if I don't like them. Please and I am begging if you read this do not rent from this place ever. Spend the extra money and move very very far away from this place. I would rate this place a -10,000

Where do I begin? Every time someone new moved into the neighborhood, they assumed that my assigned parking space was theirs. Someone even went so far as to have one of the towing companies place a violation sticker on my car WHILE IT WAS IN MY ASSIGNED SPACE. When I made note of this to the office, all I got was Sorry. When I moved in in 2008, you needed to pass a background check to be approved. Now? If you have a pulse, they rent to you. The people downstairs from me had a dog with separation anxiety that they locked in the bathroom when they left home. This poor dog cried from the second they left until the second they returned. (16 hours once) I said something to the guy who owned the dog, nothing changed. I complained to the office and it took them three months to do anything. (Animal control was not helpful either.) The people they rented to upstairs from me? I don't know if they threw their couch or each other every night, but the noise level was unbearable. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. I was also paying $150 a month more than anyone who came in off the street, so when my lease came up for renewal, I filed a request for rent reduction. After jerking me around for more than a week, they offered $70 less a month. And said they were doing me a favor! Way to keep good tenants! And, let us not even discuss my car being vandalized at night. Twice. (Two different cars) You can do WAY better than this ------ hole.

I have lived here for two years and yes like any neighborhood it has its ups and downs. If I have any problems with anything there pretty quick to respond and I haven't had any complaints. I think that people who have made negative comments should think twice because this happens everywhere. I have lived in different parts of Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and California and you always deal with the same situations. Its pretty calm here, our neighbors are quiet and seem to enjoy it here.

Smelly; trash in halls; bug infested (roaches, waterbugs, spiders, ants, tiny black bugs in cabinets that were getting into our food); mold; water leaking into walls from roof and from high landscaping walls; a 2nd city zoo with too many dogs and cats, too many huge dogs, multiple dogs in one unit, stray abandoned cats, animal waste all over premises; old, used appliances; rude staff, rude maintenance personnel who blame non-functioning appliances and leaky toilets, etc. on the tenant; maintenance workers who have no idea what they are doing; loud music at all hours; constant domestic disturbances; kids and teenagers running rampant through apartment units that they do not reside in; vandalism of property by these unsupervised kids/vandals/thugs in the making; drugs being sold and made on the premises; a rape of an older woman on the 3rd floor when a rapist scaled the outside balconies; a murder a few months ago; a shooting a few months ago; non-responsive, apathetic management and office personnel and paper thin walls and floors. Shall I go on or are you all getting the picture. It is ------ with drug dealers openly dealing in the halls and parking lots. Best thing they could do is: 1. raise the rents back up to get the inner city ------ trash out of there by taking away the affordability; 2. get the old Denver owners back who took care of that place and made it a wonderful place to live before selling it to LA based losers; and 3. replace all of the staff, management and maintenance workers and have the new personnel take civility training to learn to deal with the public and have them take anger management because I believe many of the current personnel have severe mental problems and take their home/domestic problems problems to work with them. Oh, and if that hoochie still works in the office who always has her breasts on display, tell her that it's a functioning office that should be filled with professional office workers - that it's not a brothel for professionals.

Management is horrible, especially -------- the finance lady, rude!
My husband, --- and I went out of town, admit we forgot to paid rent on time, we brought a check in including late fees, we handed to -------, she snapped, "we don't accept checks"; --- "how can we pay?" --------"money order or credit" --- walked away, -------- "btw, this is the new balance (written on a sticky note and smirk), $100 more! for being 2 days late!" No grace and snappy! Rude and not helpful at all. The ground is dirty with terrible oil stains everywhere Nothing works in the fitness center and most of the time, the AC is off. They showed you the fitness center, at first it looks pretty nice but REALLY, nothing works!!! Check out the washer/dyer before moving in, mine wouldn't get my clothes clean. My toilet leaks and makes noise all day. I had mold on ceiling, called twice, nobody came. Please reconsider before moving here!!

Not Safe Here
It's hard for me to know where to start about how much this place sucks. First off, there's a lot of drugs and drug dealers. Almost every night and nearly every building I walk by, I smell strange substances that I can't identify (pot included). There's a lot of vandalism in this area as well, such as graffiti, the fitness room is destroyed, small concrete walls to the stair way have been knocked off and rusty rebar is sticking out, and the railing between floors on the stairway is very loose, someone could easily fall over and get serouisly hurt. The pools are disgusting and they literaly let ducks live in one of them. Nobody seems to enforce the rules about animal droppings either. There is poop everywhere! On top of this, I don't feel safe living here because of all the robberies going on here much less murders. I tried to express my opinions to management but they have a huge attitude problem and they don't do anything about everything that I described above.

The people who worked there were horrible especially the manager and assistant manager of the property. The other associates are just plain dumb they dont care about you.

This place is awful
I have lived in Wildhorse Estates for a year and that's enough. More recently there has been a decline in the atmosphere of the complex more unsupervised teenagers and children. There seem to be more drug addicts, dealers and sex offenders in the complex which is perplexing because they are suppose to be doing back ground checks. When I first rented my apartment the unit they showed me was very nice. The unit I was finally given was rundown with old piss stained carpets and a dilapidated kitchen with a broke down stove. The walls have multiple patch-overs. It looks as though someone was punching the walls. The maintinance was not that bad considering they only pay them 8$ an hour. The manager has been letting go these maintenance workers and hiring home depot guys as in the illegals who hang out in front of home depot to do major repairs like plumbing. THEY ARE NOT LICENCED plumbers. The office women are very nice and courteous they seem to understand the tenants. As for the manager or ------ in charge, that's a whole nother matter. He is rude. Just the other day I saw him with his home depot help emptying out an evicted tenants apartment and loading the peoples personal possessions in his personal vehicle and the personal vehicles of his "wokers." They now are trying to raise my rent to renue my lease. I just laughed. No way in hell. Avoid this place the area is nice but this apartment complex has managed to create a ------ in the middle of the green valley suburb. Henderson police should investigate this place and the manager and clean it up. Oh and P.S. just the other night one of those unsupervised teenagers shot another unserpervised teenager and created a standoff with herderson swat team in his apartment. Other tenants were evacuated Im sure they were not compensated for the hassle by the ------ bag that runs this property.

Bad to the Bone.
The words "luxury" and "Wildhorse Estates" should never sit within the same sentence. They should be ashamed to even advertise this place. I resided here from October 2009 to October 2011. The last year and a half in particular was a joke. Where do I begin: The neighbors - Lowest group of people you can find. Obviously, management is desperate for occupants, or they flat-out don't care. I'm embarrassed to have lived by such creepy, disrespectful folks. Witnessed on several occasions, kids throwing basketballs at cars...IF the parents were paying any sort of attention, they didn't even blink an eye. It must have been "normal" to them...practically smashing out someone's car window. I filed more than 10 complaints on these kids...not a day went by that they weren't running up and down my steps, screaming as loud as they can(which echoed everywhere), littering their garbage in the hallway...none of them even lived in my building. You wouldn't have known. I myself have told them to stay by their own building if they wanted to act out that kind of behavior...went in one ear & out the other...similar to that of the office staff. Complain all you want, they'll hear you for 5 seconds. People let their dogs bark at all hours of the day and night. The place is overrun with noisy dogs, among plenty of stray cats. Just in my time of living there, I had 4 different residents live above me. The last one being the worst. He/She walked around like they weighed a metric ton...really unnatural footsteps. Always sounded like they were rolling bowling balls at 2 a.m., moving furniture, etc...I have NO idea what was going on up there, nor would I have wanted to know. The neighbor next door to me liked to blast their music loud enough to shake decor off my walls. All hours. I didn't realize how much sleep I was lacking until I moved out. If you have guests visiting you...(I wouldn't recommend that)...forget about them parking there. Over half the cars parked, which aren't even legally registered in the state, sit there without ever being moved. I'm not sure how that's allowed, but hey, ANYTHING is allowed at this apartment complex. Even drug dealers and meth cookers. I know a few other reviews covered this subject, and they are all legit. Henderson police should just camp out here on a daily basis. I came home from grocery shopping one afternoon, to a cop pointing a rifle at someone's apartment window. It was the building next to me. No one would tell me what was going on. Probably better off not knowing. Though I do know, drugs and drinking are the most popular types of recreation at Wildhorse Estates. As for feeling safe living here, sure, the cops are always present. The grounds - covered in feces. No clue how the health department isn't condemning. Garbage left and right, wherever you walk. I can't help but laugh...when you call their office and you're put on hold, you hear about their "luscious landscaping." The maintenance men: I would never let them in my apartment. Anyways, all they know how to do is ride around in their carts all day and pretend they're working. Good luck if you need something fixed. Been infested with ants, had my toilet over flow, and then a few months later was infested with ants again. Crickets, roaches, whatever else, you'll see it all. No matter how much you clean. Bottom line, your neighbors like to live in filth, so you'll pay the price. The office staff, as previously mentioned, put the "i" in incompetent. For example, I asked for a copy of my lease. They gave me another tenant's lease. I asked for keys to the laundry room, they told me they were "too busy" to get them. Filed complaints, "sure we'll take care of it", nothing was ever done. There will never be enough negative adjectives in the English language to describe my experience living in this ------ dump. And they call these places "Estates" ? More like "a state" of insanity. If I could rate this complex into the negatives, believe me, I would.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
Everyone seems really nice in the front office....until you sign your lease. Everything in our apartment breaks on a regular basis (i.e. fridge, dryer, air conditioner etc...) and maintenance doesn't ever "fix" anything. They rig it so its good enough for a few weeks. The manager has yelled at tenents like they were children and doesn't seem to take anyones complaints seriously. I have talked to 3 different people that say they can't even use one of their bathroom because maintenance won't fix them. My neighbors ceiling is caving in their house and this place doesn't even care!! I was walking my dog the other day and saw caution tape all over someones apartment. They happened to be outside and I got to talking with them....Oh my Gosh!!! They have some kind of sewer release valve on their balcony (which doesn't make sense in the first place) and it keeps backing up and releasing feces all over thier house! They showed me a video of them actually kicking poop around the 2 inched of standing water in their kitchen! Disgusting! And what did Wildhorse Estates do???? Suck it up with a shop vac! Thats it! This poor girls mom is disabled and was very concerned about her moms health so asked the front office to please have to health department come out to see if its safe for her mom. They lied and said they did but when someone else called the health department a week later, they sent someone out and said this place had a matter of a few hours to correct the problem. Maintenance came and didn't even know what they were doing and dug a buch of holes, broke sprinkler lines, and what ever was on these peoples patios that didn't have poop in it, was now soaking wet from a broken sprinkler shooting water up 2 feet and directley into the patio. I couldn't believe this story when i heard it and I really have no idea how this place is even in business!! Parking is terrible, Grounds are filthy, noisy all hours of the night and the police are here every single day/night! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them 0!

Wildhorse Estates. A critical review.
We actually rented this apartment from out of state. Paid deposits, the whole deal. When we moved in, a noticeable dip in a portion of the floor told me the underlament was crushed. Most likely by someone dropping something heavy. It also told me that the carpet had not been changed out from the previous tenants, as they surely would have noticed the damage. Additionally, the door handles fell off the utility closet. shower and fan failed in Master bath. Broken pipes spew water when the sprinkler system is on... and who do you think pays the water bill? We have lived there nearly two years. We actually shifted from a yearly lease to a monthly lease, which costs more, because Mom is 73 years old and living in North Carolina. We wanted the option. I personally hand deliver every rent check to the drop box. I watched my wife pen a note explaining that we may have to vacate as soon as September. I watched her fold it and place it in the envelope with the Aug 1st 2011 rent check. Then she took a trip to North Carolina to check on Mom. We notified the Office of our intent to depart and they not only were rude, but claimed to have never recieved "notice". We immediately checked our bank records to find that the rent check had cleared, as expected. So much for the never having gotten it. Of course, the comeback was, well it wasn't on company letterhead, or some other such nonsense. We paid a premium price to avoid a yearly lease, then when we leave, exercising our right, under that month to month arrangement, we're told we're wrong? As if that were not enough. I had the misfortune of dealing with the "new" manager here. What a complete waste of humanity. I'm sorry. I watched him harass a woman, demean and attempt to humiliate her, to the point that everyone in the area departed. This man was aggressive beyond belief. I actually saw spittle fly off his mouth and hit the woman in the face making her flinch. I'm sorry... personal space is personal space... and he was clearly encroaching upon hers. That was my view. I asked to confirm a rule he cited and he looked at me like I was somehow a threat. A very uncomfortable feeling. When I asked days later, for his name and his supervisors information so I could contact them. I was given a webpage to go to. The man was rude and kept trying to have the last word. I finally told him. that he was wrong, I wasn't he only one who witnessed it and he needed to shut up. Frankly, I'm glad I'm leaving. My car was broken into, people are disrespectful and the management couldn't care less. Consider yourself lucky that they LET you pay them rent. I guess... Good Luck.
