The other residents are nice, but not to happy with management. The appliances I've requested to be fixed don't get fixed and there is a real bug problem. We pay for pest control but there are literally bugs everywhere. Had to do my own maintainance and pest control in and around my apartment to stop the ants from coming in. No bugs in the apartment anymore but watch out when you walk anywhere outside. My appliances are old and most of them are broken and when I requested them to be fixed, I was told sorry your in a classic apartment there is nothing we can do. For example, you can't tell whether the oven is on or off which just seems like a huge safety hazard to me. The front of the microwave is cracked, went out and got a microwave to put on my counter so I don't have to use the one that came with the apartment. The refrigerator is broken in several different spots and constantly leaks water into the bottom drawers. My toilet was cracked in the back and leaking and no one ever came to fix it so I had to go out and buy a brand new toilet to replace the broken one that wasn't getting fixed. This apartment is so old and needs so many repairs, when I moved in I was in a hurry to get into a place because I moved from another state. I definitely should have paid closer attention. I very much regret moving into this place. My dishwasher I reported leaking still hasn't been fixed. Oh and when I removed the old toilet there was black mold underneath along with some kind of plant life growing up through the floor. I had to clean all the mold and plant growth up in order to put in the new toilet, which if I hadn't done who knows how sick that black mold would have made me. And if management says they'll call you back, don't hold your breath because they don't ever call you back.

Very good no issues whatsoever. I am very satisfied with the community and the professionalism of the staff. There have been no problems. My residency here has been exceptional and I don't plan to move any time soon. I love it here!

Have a cleaning staff clean apartments for walk throughs to avoid disappointment. Walked through apartment and still appeared to be worked on, i asked how long ago previous tenants moved out and was told couple weeks ago. Didn't understand why they wanted to prep our space the day of move in since we showed up 20 minutes after office opened. Previous tenants left items in kitchen cupboards and bathrooms were dirty.

Everything has been good so far but I think the maintenance has to do a better job in the cleanliness of the grounds or pest control had to come at night there's a lot of cockroaches outside. I think I pest control should come more often

Move in experience to Villas at GV was mediocre at best. Front office lady, Sandra, made it seem as if the unit I'd be moving in to was top of the line and brand new, and upon move in, several non-ideal things (eg. loose/faulty oven door, rusted/discolored bathroom mirror, missing items throughout kitchen) were present. She was adamant that those issues would be resolved ASAP, but after a couple weeks of no further communication, the issues weren't addressed until I submitted a maintenance request. Overall experience w/ the front desk is wack. Rent prices are great, but seems like they make a lot of false promises.

I like my 3bed/2bath layout. I like that it's a bottom unit because when it came to moving in, it was really easy. What I don't like about the bottom unit are the loud neighbors upstairs and the cigarette smell thru the unit. I have to have AC on pretty much 24/7 to mask cigarette smell. Also, messy neighbors bring unwanted guests which are NOT allowed in my unit.

Apt Openly engages in discrimination. Maintenance was called to the apt to fix and issue and ended up accusing me of being a drug dealer. Maintenance also laughed at the fact I am living with disabilities.

Good prices for rent. They've gotten better in the admin area lately. They've answered my calls and took care of them the same day, this place has came a long way. Everyone has been a big help. There are issues, but they have been assertive with handling them as of late.

Helped my gf move in here. No cold water, no gas appliances, heat pump pancake AC systems, esthetics and attention to detail severely lacking, turned on the shower and the shower faucet FLEW OFF THE WALL, anyone can just walk up to your door after taking public transit to get here. Genuinely concerned for her safety as the first neighbor she talked to mentioned grand theft auto happenings. What in the holy hell. Will be going over the rental agreement underwriting in the morning to see if she can get the hell outta here before it’s too late come Monday morning.

I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn people away from this place. First off, the maintenance staff comes maybe a month after you put in a service request (if at all). Second, the neighbors are horribly loud at all hours. I've had to call the cops numerous times due to domestic violence concerns. Finally, HORRIBLE customer service from the people in the office. When my AC went out in the middle of July, I went to the office to express my concerns. I have two little ones and extreme heat is a health hazard. The man I was talking to was eating POPCORN and staring at his computer the whole time and said "maintenance is busy you gotta just tough it out." I reminded him that technically, apartments have to fix AC within two business days after receiving a written request (which I provided). He honestly was more interested in eating his popcorn than my apartment having no AC with temperatures of 110 degrees. This is not a good place for anyone with children. It is unsafe, uncaring, and unkept.

So far so good. Under new management. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. They have a lot of upgrades and renovations. My apartment is a little outdated and needs some work but most people get fully renovated. You can tell this place is gentrified but It's coming along nicely. Overall it's been a good experience.

The application process was a little difficult due to the office staff not calling back or emailing on time. Other than that we love the apartment as it is updated and clean. The grounds are cleaner towards the office than the outside of the building and there are some loud neighbors but we love the apartment and the location. Office staff worked to get us qualified aaa well.
