So far so good I just wish we could be given two parking passes as there are plenty of covered spaces and renting a two bedroom. Overall It seems quite dumpster aren't so bad either. Grounds seem well kept

So far the only issue is parking. So many out of state and expired tags. Also no permit to park under the awning. One car hasn't been moved in over 6 months. The back gravel pit collects garbage when it's windy. Also lots of doggie doo never picked up.

Maintenance staff such as Gio and Memo were a big help. I was having troubles with the alarm in the dryer and they helped me fast and with patience. Leasing staff: Ashton Pye is always available when I need assistance and made sure to tell me everything I needed to know so I feel confident moving in!

MAXX properties has really done a fabulous job taking over, the other management companies. They keep the residents informed through email/text. They really care. They have added activities, food trucks and social functions, so we come together as residents. Pictures with Santa? just to name a few.

Nice quiet area, although there are many smokers here so the cigarette smell lingers throughout the community and apartments. The community is located close enough to the Vegas area without being in the center of the action, it's a great place for a young professional looking for a nice area that's not directly in the high traffic areas of Henderson/Las Vegas.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT THIS COMMUNITY VERY CLEAN AND QUIET. tThe apartment I just moved in is vey clean all the appliances are working very well. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful especially helping me using computer regarding filing applications nd renters insurance matter.

I've been here since April 2017, I have seen many different faces fill the shoes of office staff and maintenance over the years. Dissatisfied is the most polite and mature adjective I can find that summarizes my experience at VGV. They've increased our rent by a few hundred recently but they're forcing us to move out in the fall so they can renovate the unit regardless. Communication is this properties weakness and if improved could improve the quality of life on the property for everyone. The maintenance people shouldn't be on their phones driving golf karts on property and the water for the building gets shut off entirely too much.

When I was looking for a apt home back in 2020 is when the pandemic and I loss my baby son due to Covid-19 I was looking for an apartment home when I came to the villas the staff his name Chip was so helpful not knowing l was hurting he made my decision not to look no further that you are welcome here at the villas this is why I made my home at the villas my experience was a good one.

I have enjoyed living here except for the past two years excessive rent increases a shorter lease for this year and told to re apply for an apartment even though I have never been late on a rent payment in 23 years

I have to remember that the pictures are ALWAYS nicer then the real thing. The pictures I received looks NOTHING like what we ended up with. There's half way done things all over the apt and we pay a lot for the place. The unit feels like they have ABSOLUTELY NO pride in the complex and NO shame renting it out.

Before maxx properties took over it was great since things have gone down around the complex. Rates are to high and work orders don't get completed on just one ask. The gardeners are here 5 times a week there's is never a quiet time.

This was the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with in a leasing office. The parking lot is always clean and my neighbors are very respectful. My apartment doesn't have the best natural lighting but it is very cozy.

I moved in April of 2020 the first night me and my kids moved all the way in we started seeing roaches I kept calling them to me it seemed they didn't care or hear me out it's January 2023 and I still have them I'm moving!!

Great location to restaurants and shopping, it's accessible to all highways, it has an excellent workout area, pools and parking is great, I love it because during Covid when other properties raised the rent to their loyal tenants V@G didn't. Thank you.
