Been here going in 3 years. I like it here. Maintenance usually responds quickly. It's a pertty quite community. I would recommend to others. Some pet owners don't pick up after their pets, and the pools are closed often.

So far so good. But I have only been here for a week. Maintenence has been efficiently and the staff are very friendly. Im a quiet person and stick to myself, so maybe this is a different experience than others. But for myself, perfect.

Good complex, great maintenance staff, friendly as well. No issues and staff is prompt and responsive to issues. They have food trucks as well which is nice and its a variety. No complaints so far. Nice place

The AC is still leaking water. The water that it's leaking is orange and it's staining the door that encloses the heater. It's clearly not a clogged drain. This is now the third time that it's going to have to be put in for a maintenance request.

Kinda pricy on this side of town,Quiet community, close to shopping areas, close to parks and restaurants. Freeway isn't far, no major crimes, kid friendly, pet friendly, all the qualities you would want in decent area

I really don't need to use 200 words.The maintenance person who came to do the repair was awesome. He looked at the appliance. Then he informed me what I needed to do to get the disposal working in the future.

You are really going to require that I make a complete comment on an OPTIONAL survey about the community when the request was for maintenance? I have to just keep adding in order to say the maitence people did fine. You really shouldn't make that a requirement if you want an actual submission.

quiet and peaceful. lots of dog poop which very seldom gets picked up. laundry room is a little expensive, but clean and all machines work great. trash bins are maintained and rarely overflowing. good place to live

Very helpful staff and maintenance staff is very quick and its a safe and clean environment and we are here for almost 1 and a half year. So far no complaints and neighbors are also very respectful and helpful.

So far so good. Pools close a lot though. Also the pool water is sometimes dirty; they should turn on the filters at a higher speed. Maintenance is always prompt and good. Very clean land. I appreciate the dog parks.

Maintenance

The Maintenance here are awesome! I called the office to fix my toilet. They came within about an hour. They fixed it and cleaned up afterwards and everything! Very good service. Really love living here!

Family oriented atmosphere. The staff makes it fun they recently did floats for the pool very awesome. The maintenance guys are very professional knowledgeable. Love the gym and definitely enjoy the amenities they provide.

Nice apartments in a nice area. The maintenance team is good but the management isn't. You can never get a solid answer from them and the staff is constantly changing which is a red flag in my opinion.

So far, it's been lovely! I'm really happy here. The apartment is really nice. Moved in clean. Staff has been great, including the leasing agent and the maintenance staff. The amenities are also excellent especially considering the cost of rent. It's a great deal.

Absolutely love my property staff Management since 2020 has been absolutely astonishing Property always clean, respectful people I have no problem with the tenant is quiet and I love living here so I would totally recommend villas at Green Valley to anyone

So far so good! I've only been here for a few days but it's quiet (very important to me) and clean (also important. I enjoy the fitness center, I was able to cancel my gym membership because they have a lot of equipment here. Haven't been to the pool yet but it looks nice!

I'm having a great first impression of the community! The maintenance man Guillermo was timely and very quick to respond to my call about the smoke alarm going off and fixed it very quickly. He was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable requesting help and was very courteous of my space
