I've been in these apartments for 4 years and the first two years were great. But people don't clean up after their dogs and there's been bugs and roaches lately. I've done 4 or 5 maintenance tickets to have them come check it out and possibly spray. The tickets are always marked complete but there's still bugs & roaches and I was home 2 of those times and no one showed up.

it's been great so far. it's been quiet and i feel safe. my neighbors aren't loud even when they are out late walking their dogs. everyone is nice including the staff. it's been a great experience so far

Change in management has gone down hill

If you love disco lights, you'll be right at home with the nightly police calls responding to situations frequently. Red lights and Blue...live entertainment. The newer residents tend to hang out side their apartments more than inside. Bringing the feeling of New York Bronx right to Vegas. Kids skating and riding their ebikes on sidewalks and through the gravel ...throwing gravel rocks all over the sidewalks only to find another clean up job added to lawn/property maintenance team. The property has moved just one step closer to Section 8 housing. I'm sure by 2025 it will be offered. Community Manager has the name Community in the title. But no communication as we move into June 100 degree weather and Pools still out of service. Hear it's due to city conflict of out-dated filters, but is management or property owners resolving the issue in a timing manner? At month 5 with Out-Of-Order signs on pool gates. But you can look at it..you just can't use it. You'll like living here! Always parking available, trash areas are cleaned up frequently by property team, because the residents can't reach the inside of the cans so it's easier to just leave it on the ground area. And if you love dog chit, fresh piles will be left on grounds each morning ..big thank you to your resident pet owners.

It's always quiet, clean, except for the dog poop is everywhere. The residents don't clean up behind their dogs. I actually enjoy living here. Wish they had a little more security though. Sometimes I feel unsafe.

Parking is always available. Shaded for resident and unshaded for guest. Amazon drop box for your Amazon deliveries. Renovated with washer and dryer in unit. Lots of local stores. Also very quiet community

So far everything has gone very smooth with moving in here. The apartments are nice and amenities are great! The one bedroom I rented is way bigger than the pictures make it seem. Highly recommend this complex.

Very good as of now no problems love living here super clean and very quiet at night, which I love only problem I have is living next to the trash and hearing them in the morning lol Other than that, it has been a pleasure staying in this community

The mgt team is so good at this time I can't imagine anything better. The response time is so the job completion, always pinpoint the problem and fixes it quickly and accurately because of this, I really don't want to consider moving because I know I'll be disappointed elsewhere because I know I'll have to wait to get things done and maybe be so unhappy so I would suggest anybody looking for a good property with good management isn't so easy to find

This community is safe, I really like the area and how it is distributed, my only suggestion is that before moving , you have value several aspects such as the size and space of the property, but in general I am very happy, I have not yet had time to explore the enclosure but everything seems very organized, the girls from the lease office are very nice

I absolutely adore my property. The staff management are absolutely amazing. I've been here for five years is clean. I have beautiful cabana, Jacuzzi, pool everything you need a gym without smoking you want a beautiful area. I love it.

Maintenance workers Gio, Memo and Johnny act quickly to my request.

The three young men (Gio, Memo and Johnny) responded fast and repaired my dishwasher. I would highly recommend them at any time. !!!!!¡!!!!!!!¡!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!¡!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've stayed through four managers! I had to move on 1 May 2023, and I was slapped with a 53% rent increase as well as $525.00 in pet fees (I've had a cat here since May 2013). The VGV complex did not make moving cheap or easy, but I stayed for the location and access to public transportation routes.

Relatively quiet, modern amenities, standard apartment life, close to everything, staff is friendly. Some of the neighbors are special, but that's what we all live with, but some go overboard and it seems to be acceptable which is a negative.
