The renovations team does horrible work but the maintenance team is great. I don't really know about the office staff because I don't go in there much. I have good neighbors so I'm happy. Neighborhood is great.

I have been in this unit less than a month and had a couple of small issues. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. Seems to be a very nice community and I'm sure I will enjoy the time I'm here. Rental office staff is very friendly and professional.

The community is great!! Always clean and staff is great. Everything is close to me for example stores, malls, etc. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking to move from your old property or finding a great deal.

Everything is good so far. Pool at first was closed down for a while but they got that back up. Maintenance is pretty speedy and I really like that I'm able to use flex pay with this community it really helps out alot

I love the community, however, there is too much dog poop around my building. Also, lots of Pitbulls not on leashes. Office staff are not friendly. I always feel unwelcomed whenever I have something I need help with.

I've really liked living here. The area is pretty quiet for an apartment complex and the maintenance staff always does a great job. The only thing is that I wish the mailroom had better security. Seems like it gets broken into once a week.

The move in process was super easy! I really enjoyed the staff and their patience with me when looking at multiple options within the community. I look forward to living here. The ability to also have pets, was a really big sell!

Moved in to this community, and its super quiet. Gives you the feeling of security. Great staff in front office as well as the Maintenace staff. Community always clean, good parking in the area as well as good amenities

Do not move her, the manager Erika Fernandez is very disrespectful, she hung up on me and won't return any calls. They towed my car costing me over $400 because I lost a parking permit that gave me over 4 years ago and refuse to give me another one. I pay over $1400 for rent and can't even park there.

The apartment complex is in a very safe and beautiful area. The units and amenities are wonderful and the leasing office is very accommodating. There are always resident events going on to keep the members of the community happy

It's quiet and clean. I live in a garden level apartment and hardly ever hear my upstairs neighbors. Facilities keeps the property really clean. I love the covered parking. I moved from the Midwest, this heat without the coverage would make my life miserable each day

I am extremely new here - less than a month. Found what I thought were more issues than one should have to deal with when first taking over an apartment - things I thought should have been addressed in the period between tenants - All have been addressed within the first 2 days except for one which is being worked on. I also thought that the cleanliness of the tiled floor portions was very poor. And I am hoping that the maintenancee in the breezeways will be improved !

For the short amount of time I've been living here so far I love it! Management was extremely helpful guiding me through the rental process. Maintenance has been amazing as well when I called with a concern about something needing fixed they were on top of it right away and always fixed the issue within an hour! It really feels like everyone here cares about you and wants you to have the best experience while living here.

I have only lived here for about a month, but so far my stay has been very welcoming. The office staff is very nice, and professional. They have been more than helpful to any questions or concerns I may have. The maintenance staff is also very professional, and quick to respond to any service requests. The neighborhood is clean, and quiet.

It's clean and helpful when something breaks. Sometimes I see a roach every few months but other than that it's been pleasant living here. It's very quiet and has good neighbors. I enjoy our apartment here.

A quiet, will kept apartment, that's next to a golf course. It also has an Amazon locker, so you never a miss a package or have it stolen. The neighbors are friendly and everybody mind their business.

so far so good, it's much better than the home life i was dealing with. finally happy with my bf and it's a nice area. it's my first time moving out and it's been all smooth. everyone has been extremely helpful.

The apartment complex is really neat and well cleaned. It's a very quiet place to live in, the leasing office is very friendly and the Maintenance crew are very kind and are able to get everything fix in a timely manner

The maintenance team here at villas at green valley respond quickly to work order requests and can have them completed the same day. The upkeep is very well maintained here. I'm grateful that my fire alarm batteries and also my air filter were able to be changed the same day, no issues. Thanks again Geo!!

VGV is a Great place to live. Very clean and maintained well. Staff is really nice and friendly. Work orders are handled in a timely manner. Overall it's a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you to the staff for being on top of things.
