I love the community. It's very clean and well maintained! Never had any noise issues or complaints from others. Great place for dogs and kids. They have events for family gatherings every Friday! This place is very active in its community and it's a safe environment for all.

Management tends to forget to tell you about certain fees, when maintenance is going to come and inspect. And is very strick. It almost feels as though it's some sort of punishment living here as I'm constantly being reminded about new rules and when any rule is broken im treated as thought I can simply leave if I'm not satisfied. One one occasion when Management forgot to tell me about fees that prevented me from moving in to my transfer unit on the scheduled date they charged me the late fee for moving in late. And when I pointed out how it wad they're fault for not telling me about the fees (and they even accepted my deposit and insurance payments at this point as well) they simply said "in company's, mistakes happen" and blamed it on the staff being new.

I love living here. The pool is my favorite amenity. I also love the cafe. I would love it if you had a library since I love reading books. I would love it if I could wash my car in the parking because then I can clean my car whenever I want.

it's been nice and relatively peaceful. the other tenants have been friendly and helpful when i come across them. the maintenance staff is supper helpful and friendly. they get the work done quick. i just wish rent was cheaper. the half of the complex i am on does sit next to the busy road, so lots of traffic noise makes it hard for my roommate to work. the side closer to 23twelve also has issues with the neighboring complex's tenants letting their dogs poop in our complex, and not cleaning up after their dogs at all. but that is the fault of the other complex, just be careful where you step in areas closer to that side of the complex if you're walking.

Worst Apartments

Management is horrible, cops are called often for domestic violence. My neighbor is violent and has a warrant for his arrest and management doesn’t care at all. Don’t live here! it’s not safe at all. there’s roaches and nobody picks up there dog poop so it smells like feces outside all the time.

Great experience. Office staff is available and helpful. The Property Management constantly offers community engagement activities. Maintenance staff are professional, courteous, and quick. Most of my service requests have been taken care of same day and with care and concern. Gio and Guillermo particularly are great maintenance staff. Neighborhood itself is generally quiet. Amenities like the pool, gym, and parks are clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be that our pet owning neighbors don't clean up after their pets. Lot of landmines around. The office takes steps to address it and dog poop around my apartment gets cleaned quickly when I make the service request. All in all, no regrets and a great value.

I am happy with just about everything. I feel safe with my neighbors. Parking adequate. The only thing that bothers me is when I call for a Lyft or Uber they can not locate my building, only the office, (not that it's the community's problem).

Clean and well maintained. Safe and lit up at night. Neighbors are nice. Landscape is easy on the eyes with flowering bushes, agave and palms. The only drawback is the fluctuating CAM charges. Usually low, got hit one time with almost 200$

The whole staff is very polite & helpful. I am very pleased in renting here. Very nice & remodeled Apt. & very clean community. No problems with any of renters in same complex. Very peaceful & quiet. Apts. seem pretty sound proof!

Overall okay place to live, quiet for the most part. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly and efficiently. Amenities are nice. Fitness Center could use an upgrade in equipment, treadmills need to be replaced.

Please ask whichever leasing agent you are working with to show you the apartment you are applying for (if possible) before you sign any papers. I was shown another apartment with the same layout and thought it would be okay. However, upon moving into my apartment, I found it was infested, unclean, and damaged in multiple places.
