This community is about what you would expect from the price. Not amazing but overall decent. Never had any major issues. There are lots of roaches around the complex but mostly around the dumpsters, i never had any issues inside my apartment

The renting process was quick and Eric was friendly super helpful in answering all my questions. Some of the maintenance staff live on property so you could get minor things fixed the same day. The Amazon hub is also really convenient.

I just moved in and I enjoy living here so far! The staff is also very friendly. I needed maintenance to fix a few things and Jay and Gio were very helpful! Overall I've had a very positive experience so far!

Not as pleasant as I would like, specifically not having access to the pool due to closure. Secondly are the fees to pay and process rent. Rent fluctuates monthly. No consistency, high office turnover

Renovations in the apartment looks amazing and the location is really nice. Overall the apartment itself is great but some residents don't pick up after their pets which makes it really hard to enjoy a walk throughout the complex.

Everything has been good so far, quiet, clean, and have not had any big problems. I tried bringing in an exterminator but have had a hard time reaching the front office due to the fact that they marked my request as complete and no one showed up that day. Otherwise excellent experience

So far I'm really enjoying this location. The maintenance crew are very efficient and professional. The staff in the office are awesome. I enjoy the smiles on everyone's face. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything. Ok like the staff very much ??

Maintenance is taking forever to complete orders. My apartment got broken into and robbed a few months ago. When I got home I found the robber still inside. The office staff changed a few times since I moved there. I don't find the staff there now very friendly .

This apartment community lacks respect, dignity, accountability and quality service. The only two people in the office who actually are of help and care for the tenants are the two wonderful gentleman in there.

I love living here, it's quiet, it's clean and I feel pretty safe here. There are two pools, a gym, a doggie park and a small playground ( great for the little ones). Also there is covered parking, which is great.

Great experience. Would recommend it to anyone in need of lodging. Very few complaints outside of maintenance not solving my reports the first time and local neighbors being a nuisance with noise and the smell of weed.

fair, grounds need up, keep they should stop watering the asphalt, perhaps get all tenants to pick up pet droppings' and town the abandon cars out of the paid for parking stalls as there are 3 in my general parking area

Great location. Good office staff. Grounds need more rocks in rock area. Main pool is closed too often. Great 2 bedroom and 2 bath floor plan. Need to have trash pick up more often. Would like recycled bins.

I think I just googled apartments in Henderson? We got 30 days notice on having to leave a house that we were renting so I did a lot of online looking because I was out of town. This place we are at was definitely the nicest and most professional- we really like it!

The complex is honestly okay. They definitely sell you when you come to view the complex. For the price and area the apartments could also look a little nicer. We moved in to a newly renovated unit but there were so many things that you could tell they cut corners on. The paint on the cabinets in the kitchen where just slapped on there and its look really bad. But the new appliances definitely helped. The only other thing is the overall color scheme of the new units. Apartments are still thinking the gray/blue color schemes are still 'in style' but i disagree. It makes the over all vibe feel depressing with grey floors and blue gray walls. If the walls were a warmer tan or the vinyl floors were the warmer toner wood then it would've been way better. The complex's neighborhood is also very interesting. People drive through extremely fast with no hesitation, which is scary. It reminds me a lot of California living.

Staff was amazing, shout out to Marisol ??? she obviously loves her job and when interacting with me and the things I needed, she was patient and kind. The community is quiet, parking is always available and the grass and trees bring birds and calm. Love it

I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. The maintenance people are fast and pleasant to deal with. The only downfall is that residents need to put the trash in the trash units not outside of them. Beside that, I love living hear.
