worth it...not at all
i have only lived here for 6 months, but in the time i have been here i have not been pleased with wild horse. the problems inside the apts. are just as big as the problems outside. i recomend you look elsewhere before you have to settle for this place.

WILDHORSE ESTATES BLOWS!!!!!!!!!
THIS PLACE IA A ------!!!! they flooded my hubby and i out of our first apt, threatened to evict us unless we signed a waiver to not pursue legally for losses, then they hired incompitant roofers that burned our home down, all in less than 6 months, and they treated us like total CRAP!! these people dont know the first thing about running an apt complex and i hope that everyone knows that this place dosent give a CRAP about their tenants. we pay good money, and are good people. we dont deserve that, neithor do you friend. take heed when renting!!! i swear that the staff of prime management is a bunch of freaking BOZOS!!!! yes you REBECCA!!! you suck!!!!

disgusting, management is horrible
They call it Wildhorse Estates and that will trick you into thinking it is nice. I got my keys and went to my apartment walkthru, found a broken sliding door, pet odor in the carpet, dirty unpainted walls, busted drawers, roaches in the drains, and mold in the showers. I complained and the idiots replaced my carpet and fixed most of the stuff except the bugs. They are everywhere. They tried to move my apartment and transfer me but I turned it down because I know it's going to be the same. Why waste the time? I am a single working mother of two little girls and they don't care if I live in unsafe conditions. Sherri Simpson is an idiot and an terrible excuse for a human being. She and the others will surely go to hell...

You get what you pay for.
I've been living with Pueblo Verde, now called the Wildhorse, for five months. I live in a quiet section but am glad I do not live in many other sections where I constantly see thugs sitting out front of the buildings, drinking forties in the parking lot, and domestics on balconies. This place is likely the dumpiest apartment complex in Green Valley and the new Wildhorse management seems no better than the last. The first thing they did was spend money to have the palm trees trimmed. There are carports falling apart, grafitti on walls, and almost zero security, and they are worried about making the palm trees pretty.

Before completely slamming this place, I need to say that the price is resonable for this part of town and you get what you pay for.

NICE PLACE TO LIVE
I HAVE LIVED IN PUEBLO VERDE FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS, AND I HAVE NOT ENCOUNTERED ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF KIDS PLAYING OUTSIDE. I THINK THAT PUEBLO VERDE IS WORTH THE COST. IT IS IN A FAIRLY NICE AREA OF GREEN VALLEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND MOVING TO PUEBLO VERDE.

DON'T DO IT
I lived there for 6 months until I broke my lease and dealt with the repercussions. THIS IS the ------ of Green Valley, I lived there when the one apartment in the front burned down...the week that happend the fire alarms went off like once a week LATE AT NIGHT.
The management lies and are rude, they never made the pool or either one of the spas worth going to...most of the time they didn't even work, and they DON'T HAVE TO as per the lease!
MY LIGHT FIXTURE KEPT FALLING OFF, we were on the bottom floor, the people above us were so noisy, the light fixture actually feel off at 3 in the morning, probably wouldn't have happend if the walls and ceilings were made of anything better than paper.
A few people in a building across from us had had their vehicle broken into several times (amongst others in the vacinity). The cops are there ALOT, but there's not much they can do.

I have lived in many, many different apartments in many different states, this was, by far, the worst I have ever lived in.

I like it, but to each their own
I have lived in Pueblo Verde almost a year. I have not had to deal with a lot of the problems the other posters have had. I think it all depends on what part of the complex you live in. The complex has 610 apartments and two different addresses. I live at the 2338 side of Pueblo Verde. I might here my next door neighbor banging on the door when she has left her key inside and her husband is sleep (he works nights). But I don't here music unless it's coming from a passing car and that is not that often. I rarely ever see the police here, I think I've seen them may 2 or 3 times. I would suggest if you move here find out what building you are going to be in and visit that building's area several times a day and night. That's what I did, and I have no complaints.

Don´t move here
I have lived at Pueblo Verde for nearly 5 years, and I am finally able to move out. Although these apartments may be the most affordable in the Green Valley/Henderson area, there is a good reason for that. Alot of section 8 residents, very noisy, and the managemant could care less about the residents. If you can, spend the extra $50 to $60 a month. There a much better apartments within a mile or two.

horrible place to live
I lived here for only 4 months before they let me out of my lease. Here are some of the highlights... It was very loud...people yelling, domestic disturbances, loud car stereos. It seemed the Henderson police were there fairly often as well. I, and several other neighbors, did not feel safe. The lock on my door was pretty flimsy. The apartments were in poor maintenence. They never bothered to paint over a hole in the wall they had patched before I moved in. It looked horrible. The bathroom was dirty when I moved in. There was urine on the outside of the toilet and mold in the shower...I don´t think they even cleaned the bathroom. My washer broke and flooded my apartment. It took several trips to the office to get help to clean up the water in the carpet and behind the washer. My ceiling leaked twice...the second time the mold made me really sick. The office staff seemed to ------- off until I hinted that I was going to explore legal action. Since the day I moved in the office staff was rude to me...and I was pretty patient with them. I now spend $100 more a month in rent and it is worth every penny.

affordable, but only if passing through the area
I lived there for a year. For my situation, it was perfect. But if you plan on settling in the area for a longer period of time, I suggest you spend the extra 100 bucks a month and find a nicer complex.
The apartments, while well kept, are very old for Las Vegas standards. The clientele is a mix, but mainly younger single or married couples.
My girlfriend and I drove by there last week and noticed one of the buildings burned out. Tear that eyesore down, please!!

Very nice place to live, affordable, convenient
They didn´t have the apartment ready when we got there from Pennsylvania, but otherwise it was a very nice living area. Near bus routes and two main roads (Sunset and Warm Springs) everything needed was nearby and on the bus route.
