Rent somewhere else

Jamie is the current property manager, I’ve been dealing with ongoing roof leak since my first night over 14 months ago and they still have no ETA on a fix. The bedroom has taken so much water is smells wet in there and even though I’ve submitted an emergency work order no one has come to the unit to even see the damage, let alone to repair it. Beware !

This is the cleanest, nicest, and we'll maintained apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The office staff is focused, professional, and friendly. The grounds are kept so clean. I would still be living here if I was not moving out of the country.

Friendly staff, however sometimes it's hard to get a hold of the office unless you walk in. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. The most disappointing thing is that all but one summer the main pool has been closed all summer.

Professional and friendly staff. All interactions were warming and welcoming. All staff worked together as a team to help minimize obstacles. Staff made sure we were educated in the property amenities. Community is quiet and clean. Community is equipped with proper security lighting. Feels safe. Overall experience from start to finish has been wonderful. Highly recommend this property.

Clean, polite, courteous, and well run. They have a staff that cleans up after the more slovenly tenants. The group of residents are all very nice, no grumpy ones. I love living here. It is the best large complex I have ever lived at.

So far my experience has not been great. When I moved in, the washing machine was not functioning properly and some of my clothing was ruined, I found roaches in the washing machine, the refrigerator is filling with condensation and I have been stepping on screws in the carpeting. I've only been there 2 days and just alerted the management office of these issues today so I will wait and see how they are handled but so far I'm not impressed or very happy with my experience there.

Too much Marajuana smell around me and it does come in the unit. I know it's hard to determine exactly who, but a lot of dog poop on the sidewalks. It does eventually get cleaned up. A lot of cars with no parking permit in the covered parking.

I love it here! It's a beautiful property with an awesome office and maintenance staff. It's close to a lot of stores and shops. Perfect for me and my fur baby. Even in the short time that I've lived here, I see the evidence of their hard work.

This a very good "COMPLEX" to live in do to the Grocery Stores, Gas Stations and many other stores nearby. There is a movie theater within five minutes. Stores like Target, Home Depot, Walmart and their is a Station Casino are within ten minutes of Driving and their is Bus Stop that can to you to or near where you want to go.

Villas at Green Valley has been a great first time community. There isn't a lot of noise and the amenities are well taken care of. The leasing office is friendly and professional. The apartment is in a good location close to a lot of different stores. Great neighborhood.

The washer pipe was broken and leaked water the first day I moved in and no one could fix it until Monday. The blinds had a broken piece, there were two drawers that needed to be replaced. The air conditioning is not working properly and the nnozzle in the tub is messed up.

It is peaceful and clean, staffs are friendly. The area is not in the main busy stores area, but we are very close by. Everything you need is just 5 mins away drive. My wife and I are definitely glad we found this community and have it called home.

Apartments are not bad. Fairly newer than others. Prices are high but that's where the market is right now. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If you're going to be picky, you're gonna have a tough time finding a place. This place isnt perfect, it has its cons but overall great in my opinion. Because this is a temporary location for me, it had what I needed for the meantime while I looked for a permanent home.

It's a pretty nice place to live neighbors are friendly it's pretty quiet the front office staff is awesome The maintenance guys are really good hard workers but I like about it when you put a work order it gets done quickly and efficiently and all the guys are at their best doing what they do

No one ever picks up garbage. People without permits parking. The only person in the office I trust is Ashton. Have never seen any security. Vendors they hire leave trash everywhere. I've had several flat tires due to screws left behind.

I love this area, the community is always clean. Maintenance work is always done very quickly. The two pools are nice and always clean, they just painted the building and the colors are awesome. It is very quit at night.
