Meeting the leasing professionals at Crown Martin Park has been a very positive experience. I’m excited to be a part of the community in the near future. Crown Martin Park was able to provide all of the amenities on my list… amazing!

I Deeply regret moving here

I deeply regret moving to Crown Martin Park. In only eight months, I endured two floods that caused $18,000 in personal property damage, turning what should have been my home into a heartbreaking and deeply disappointing experience. What is most upsetting is that I have a statement from the fire protection team confirming the sprinkler system was not properly installed, creating a potential fire and flooding risk for current and future residents. Even with that, ------ and the office staff denied the findings instead of taking accountability. I was given no meaningful help, no hotel assistance, no rent reduction, and was also left dealing with mold concerns that were never properly addressed. To make matters worse, I was charged a carpet cleaning fee at move-out even though their own vendor failed to properly clean the full unit, and residents are also charged extra to remove large items through the trash service they picked which makes no sense. I have pictures, videos, and proof of the damage and conditions on the google reviews since I can’t post pics and videos here . I would not recommend this property to anyone. Please stay away from this place.

Very clean community, I saw no trash! Scheduling a tour was easy the agent contacted me back quickly, friendly tour guide. I thought it was a very spacious apartment and I love the gardening concept, super cool!

Nice place to live in, a gated community with ample space for parking for residents and visitors, The office staff and maintain staff is really good in what they do and addressing issues really well. Overall a nice play to stay!

My husband and I are both military and law enforcement so we absolutely love the thought of living in a smoke free community. The location is ideal because its right in the middle of Edmond and OKC. Very ideal for younger renters.

Great experience in every way. Highly recommend. Safe, clean, quiet and maintenance works to solve your issue. Property is well maintained. Trash compactor is at the front so there isn't trash everywhere.

Calm environment between walking path and the swings. The office staff is always checking in when I seem them, and they always remember my name. They even remember the little things like when I got injured at work, they asked how that injury was recovering.

Need a sound wall next to the turnpike to block the racing that occurs on Saturday night. Need a second trash compactor or recycling pick up. The current trash compactor fills up too fast. Pool needs to be opened later than Labor Day. It stays hotter until October some years.

This is a quiet community. It is well maintained. The staff is courteous and professional. The maintenance is performed quickly and well. It is near shopping, restaurants, and the turnpike. This makes it easy to get to where you need to go.

They are very Welcoming, good maintenance, and beautiful environment. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, the gym is also a plus and enough parking lots. The security is also something I like. It's is overall a beautiful place

I like that this apartment complex has a pool, grills, pickleball, and gardening plots. My apartment has a lot of windows, a fireplace, balcony, and a view of the courtyard. It has been quiet and felt safe.

This community is very friendly and layed back. We don't really experience many problems with the neighborhood around here everyone seems to keep to themselves and not make a lot of noise compared to other places. The office staff are very helpful

Great experience with staff. However, the apartment was very dirty when I moved in, but the staff immediately dispatched the cleaning crew. They took my complaint and concern seriously. This tells me that should I have a problem in the future that they will take care of it. It is an incredible apartment for that price of the rent.

Very quiet neighborhood, very clean and well maintained outdoors. I feel safe when it comes to security here. The staff is very helpful and nice. Weight room is very nice to go work out and Open 24 hours a day.

I have no complaints or concerns. It's a nice gated apartment complex with a big pool and nice amenities in a good location close to my place of employment. The gym is well equipped and there's a pickleball court.

Maintenance prompt and competent. Apt is spacious for me and daughter. Enjoy our porch a tree and shrubbery near. My apt backs up neat nature park. Enjoy. Parking seem to need marking better. Difficult to see divided lines.

Nicest apartment complex I've lived in around the OKC area. Not cheap but more than fair price. Nicely maintained outdoors area. Maintenance is fast and around all the time. No complaints so far. Nice pool

The staff is lovely and helpful. The grounds are clean and well maintained. I love the location due to it's proximity to Quail Springs, but it's still quiet and secluded. It's easy to get around and easy access to 74 or the turnpike.
