my experience at crown chase has been good so far. Office Staff and Maintenance have been good. i like how convenient crown chase is to all the stores and fast food places. Nice quiet neighborhoods as well

Trinity was unprofessional and broke fair housing law asking for my daughter's age and demanding we have a two bedroom unit which is not a legal requirement. The unit itself was over priced for outdated appliances and broken doors.

Th apartment complex feels safe. It is also quiet place to live not a lot of excessive noise.The maintenance are really friendly and quick to help when work orders are placed. Staff is really friendly and are always quick to respond.

Sara was incredibly helpful with the entire onboarding process. We got to tour the apartment twice to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. When we went the second time, everything we had concerns about was fixed! We had all the time we needed to make sure the place was exactly what and how we wanted. I've honestly never experienced better customer service!

This place is amazing so far. I work nights. That makes for a horrible sleep schedule. The apartments are extremely quiet for an apartment that is. The staff and people are always ready to help. If you are looking for a quiet place. This place rocks!

Nice place, considering for my selection to move to. I toured a one bedroom apartment and it is very appealing. I live in Broken Arrow it this time and do not want to change my pharmacy or my pet's Veterinary. The apartment location makes it convenient to travel back to Broken Arrow.

The grounds are just beautiful and so well taken care of. The ammenities are great and just what we are looking for. I think my favorite thing about this place is the sense of actual community we got, just from the tour! There are regular tenant appreciation days, it's super pet friendly, and there is even a community vegetable garden. The fact that it is gated is a welcomed bonus. We are so excited to call this place home soon!

Move-in has been a smooth process, thanks to Brooke!! She has kindly answered all of our questions. We had maintenance come in to fix 2 sinks, and they were friendly and efficient. Although the wood under the bathroom sink has become moldy from a leak, the wood should be replaced within 3 weeks per maintenance.

Great community!! Staff are always coming up with new ideas to get residents involved. They definitely care about the residents. The maintenance team are always there on time, friendly and clean up before they leave. The complex is in a great area with lots of shopping, but also very quiet.
