My family and my are very happy to move here 2 years ago, the community have very good schools nearby, shopping center, super market, banks, university, riverside park, this community are very nice, the pool is wonderful, and everything runs well.

It's a nice community. Everyone here seems really nice and helpful. We have had a few issue moving in. Mainly concerning the ac and heater. We called about the heater and they came out in 30 minutes to fix it but the AC I'm still waiting to hear back about if it's fixed or not. Other then that everything has been great and we've enjoyed living here so far

Riverbend is an amazing apartment community. Staff is super friendly and always go out of their way to ensure everyone's well being. I love location, safety and best of all my apartment. The grounds are beautiful with all the mature trees and plants. I highly recommend this apartment community. Easy access to Riverside drive and Creek turnpike. Shopping is located nearby for all my needs.

Community was clean, staff nice. Building improvements happening both interior and exterior. There is only one trash dumpster (compactor) for the entirety of the community. Don't bother visiting if you have poor credit, they will not offer to work with you or rent to you, it will just be a hard pass.

This is a very nice, quiet community. We love taking walks in the park. The staff are all very helpful, professional and friendly, we especially love Florene! The apartments are comfortable and well maintained. I am very happy here!

Best Tour at Riverbend

I had an absolutely amazing experience touring this apartment. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how well-maintained and thoughtfully designed the space is. The layout is spacious, bright, and welcoming, with beautiful natural light and modern finishes that truly make it feel like home. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere of the community is quiet, clean, and inviting. Decent place to live. Wood burning fireplace. Recent updates and work on property without advance notice had caused some inconveniences. Maintenance staff appears to lack experience. Not sure what's happening but I used to rave about this place.

Riverbend is wonderful! The grounds are well taken care of and the staff is very helpful and friendly! My apartment is beautiful, well-built and insulated. My bills are very affordable. The fireplace makes winter cozy and magical, and the floor plan is large for a one bedroom apartment. Highly recommend to good neighbors only, haha!

I've only just moved in, but my first impression is that this place is very well kept and maintained! The staff have been friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the grounds is very nice. My maintenance request for a minor issue in my bathroom was responded to very quickly when I noticed the vent not work, it was fixed just as quickly too. Communication with maintenance was very clear and friendly. I have not noticed any pests, or anything immediately concerning within my unit so I'm satisfied with the impression that the health and safety of the tenants here is taken very seriously.

Riverbend is a nice and peaceful place to live. The staff is awesome and the grounds are spacious with lots of trees and even a pond. I've been here since I was in my mid 20's and now I'm almost in my mid 60's. I'm very happy living here.

Great Experience

My experience with Riverbend Apartments has been very positive overall. From the very beginning, their team communicated effectively and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Every step from touring the unit to signing the lease and moving in was handled professionally and with genuine care. The staff responded quickly to my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood all the necessary details before moving in. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a great impression and showed that they truly value their residents. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment that immediately felt like home. I appreciate how organized everything was and how easy they made the transition for me. The only small issue I encountered was that a few areas in the apartment still needed to be caulked or fixed before my move-in date. While this wasn’t a major problem, it’s something that could have been completed beforehand for an even smoother experience. That said, maintenance was quick to respond and addressed those minor touch-ups soon after I reported them. Overall, I’m very happy with Riverbend Apartments and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed and reliable place to live.
