The apartment buildings are older and need updated but the office and maintenance staff are amazing and quick to address any issues. They even made sure I had access to a washer and dryer close by on the property when mine broke and needed replaced. Even when they have to order a new appliance it has never taken more than a day or two to get it fixed.

Very quiet location. Dog Friendly. Attentive Maintenance Team. Have lived here for years, never have had issues with violence or thievery. Would recommend. Close to many places to shop. Office communication is great.

Lived in Walton Heights for almost 13 years and should have moved here alot sooner.Great people around including office staff,maintained and neighbors.We feel safe at all times.Snow removal is wonderful including ,and putting ice melt on steps.

Walton Heights is a quiet and safe community located in a convenient area. All of the staff and residents we have encountered have been extremely friendly. Allowing pets is a plus and allowed us to keep our cats while we searched for a home. Valet trash is reliable and convenient as well as maintenance. Would recommend to anyone, if they can afford it! Rent is a little high, but in my opinion, worth it temporarily.

I would rather not share my overall experience, but I will share that I disagree with the lease. I dislike that you cannot break the lease if you needed to relocate for a job. That should be an exception because you can provide that information.

Fast and easy. They made the process simple and they have great rates. The staff were very friendly and when I came to pick up the keys everything was ready to go. They even had a welcome to the community gift bag.

Nothing extensive at this time I have not lived here long enough to provide an accurate review of my community. the neighbors are amazing so far, quiet and respectful and some are really very kind. I also think that so far it is good.

The maintenance team has been great here. When I have had an issue within my unit, it has been fixed the same day. Additionally the staff is kind and helpful when needed. I do wish they would take their shoes off before entering or wear shoe covers.

Renting at Walton heights is easy. The office management helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Paying rent is easy via online. Also Walton Heights accepted my cat and was easy to register through. I recommend Walton heights to anyone looking to rent an apartment or townhome.

This is a nice, safe and quiet community. People are friendly and the staff takes good care of the property. This is a dog park and valet trash service. The staff gets in touch almost immediately whenever you have an issue with your townhouse.

I was very pleased when I first visited Walton Heights. I knew about the excellent Berger reputation from a visit to their complex in suburban Pittsburgh and the office managers here in Altoona were equally encouraging about the size and suitability of these units, with the neighborhood giving a fine view of the foothills nearby.

We moved in a week ago. So far it has been nice and quiet. The location is close to pretty much anything we think we might need. Access to I-99 is a big factor in the location, allowing for quick travel to northern locations like state college and southern access to I-76.

Very flexible staff and quick service from maintenance. Apartment was very clean when we moved in with good storage space and bigger closets. Not thrilled about the shared laundry site but it is nice that the gym is right there so you can workout while waiting on laundry.
