Honestly, I have not yet moved in at this time, however, my brother has frequently been to our new place unloading and preparing for our move-in day which will be the last week of this 2022 year. My comments and gratitude to the team are still warranted because of how quickly and professionally things were done and completed. My brother is there a few days weekly in preparation and has added his input for me to answer the questions below.

First They raise prices every year now but still the same apartment. Nothing new to the apartment. Second maintenance isn't very good they only fix what can be seen not the entire problem. Third they keep raising rent!

The office staff is very professional and makes sure you are comfortable in your new home! Very timely Maintence men, trash is taken care of, and they even clean up the snow in your driveway for you. Very happy here and would recommend!

I just moved in this weekend. Jennifer in the office was quick to take care of an issue with the refrigerator, and the maintenance staff did an excellent job responding to and fixing the problem. I found them all to be very professional and helpful.

I don't know the community quite yet most people are staying inside due to the colder weather that is coming I'm sure I'll get to meet more later in the year as temperatures rise and people are out and about.

I moved here in 2029 and have no regrets. I have recommended it to others looking for a town home or apartment. Maintenance and office staff are all so helpful. Any maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. Pleased with the painting and updates to my building

Courteous staff, friendly and fast maintenance. Work orders taken care of quickly and efficiently. Maintenance crew is friendly and thorough. Never had any issues with the Maintenance staff. Great experience.

We love our townhouse. While we moved in, they worked with us to get our dogs certified as ESAs, gave us a welcome gift, and we're super understanding of our dogs getting used to their surroundings. Our house was beautiful and spotless when we got the keys. And all the employees are so kind! After living here a few months one of our dogs got out while we were at work and maintenance stayed with her and kept her safe until I could get home. We definitely plan to stay here for as long as possible, and appreciate the staff for what they do. Walton heights is such a beautiful, friendly community to live in!

It is nice. I do enjoy living here, rent is just getting a little too high here so it will probably be my last year. My neighbors are nice people. I like the little perks and benefits of living here currently.

The maintenance department is fantastic because they respond immediately. But the rent is outrageous and goes up a minimum of $400 each year. And you never know how much your rent will increase, as it varies by unit.

The community is very quiet and tucked back and away from the brunt of Altoona, but you are located just minutes away from any amenity you could need or any store in the area. Great community with all the features anyone could want.

Great to have so much space, solid HVAC, washer and dryer, and a garage to allow an apartment to feel more like a home. Tons of storage space and the garage is large enough to park your car and have plenty of room to store whatever else you may need.

I have only lived here for a very brief time (just over 2 weeks) but I can say that I am impressed with the communication and quick response time for any questions, maintenance, or paperwork. The townhome is in a great area and so far we are very happy with the community as a whole. I will say that when we moved in everything needed a deep cleaning. The carpet had clearly been cleaned, but cabinets, walls, appliances, and even the ceiling fan needed SCRUBBED. We took care of that on our own and are now very happy with our space.

Maintenance staff, Ryan, was very professional, kind, and efficient. He was able to identify the issue immediately and take care of it quickly. We have not had any more maintenance issues since this was taken care of.

This community has been nothing but amazing to us. Jen in the office was incredibly patient and helpful through our move in process and after being here for almost 6 months I have no complaints! We recently had our water heater replaced due to a small leak and the maintenance crew was perfect and kind to our cats. They also had a new heater on hand and we went from a 30 gallon to a 40 gallon! The office regularly has events like a cookie day or drawings for prizes. This spring, we had terrible wind storms that ripped off some siding and the community was out there immediately making repairs. We don't have to shovel snow, don't have to salt or mow, and this week they sprayed our flower beds for weeds. I love living here.

Jennifer Peters is extremely professional and courteous. She was very helpful, kind and made the move in process easy for me. Ryan, Maintenance staff was very professional and personable. He took care of all Maintenance issues in a timely manner.

This community is quiet and friendly. Office staff is very nice and maintenance employees are polite and and clean up when done. Work orders submitted are looked at and fixed quickly. I love the valet trash and the gym provided on premises saves on a membership.

We just moved in in May 2022. So far everything has been fine and the staff from the office personal to the maintenance personal have been very easy to deal with. I just wish there was a little more parking.

Although I've only been here 6 weeks, I'm very thrilled with how I'm treated by the staff (Jennifer is AMAZING!). The Community is Safe and the neighbors are respectful. The maintenance is outstanding, my issues are addressed promptly and with professionalism. It's beginning to feel like Home. (My only gripe is only having a wall unit Air Conditioner in the master bedroom.) I come from out of state and I'm used to having Central Air. But All in All - I really like living at Walton Heights.

The rental price was affordable for the 1st year. However, yearly increases have exceeded my budget. Since 2018 management and office personnel has turned over at least 3 times. Every time there is a turnover the rules change.
