Excellent rental company to rent from. They go above and beyond to provide the best service. I have never rented fro. A company that offers the extra things Berger does like Christmas pictures for you family and/or your pets. It truly amazing.

Excellent community, location and maintenance of the grounds. Staff are prompt with requests and friendly, courteous in their interactions with residents. Amenities such as valet trash are an extra benefit.

We really enjoy our apartment. Pets were accepted, the washer and dryer was included, and we didnt realize there was a dishwasher in our unit! Central air is such a great touch to the appeal of the apartments as well.

Given a copy of the lease 2 days before move in, was not able to set up utilities prior to move in as the lease states. Multiple unanswered emails during the week of move in. Was given the wrong unit, in a building we never viewed an apartment in. Leaser waited days to hear back from management after being given the wrong unit.

I work in the community. Moved here to cut commute by 33 miles. I enjoy the short drive to work. Shopping is great. Restaurants have great food and easy to get too. My apartment was very clean and had the smell of clean.

So far the community has been nice this was me and my bestfriends first ever apartment and they assisted us the whole time until we finished all of it our paper work and despite us only being teenagers they let us buy this home without any issues just needed enough money and they didn't mind so if your ever looking for a place to live/stay I'd recommend Walton heights 100%

Walton heights is an absolute rip off they deserve negative stars!!! Rent goes up every year for no reason, they try to make the apartments look fancy by covering up the actual problems. They charge you $20/month for trash pick up when you can just walk the trash to the dumpster yourself. And no you can't get out of it you have to pay for it no matter what. That's not even the worse part, Our old apartment was leaking water like a waterfall INSIDE and damaged a dresser with sentimental meaning that I've had since I was 3, they did not do anything about it, no emails, letters, compensation, not even and I'm Sorry. Don't believe me, I have the video. Also don't ever go inside if your dog is outside that's the end of the universe. Will also probably have to shovel your own spot out when it snows even though they have a company truck with a plow. Not to mention the $200 non-refundable pet fee for no reason. We literally just got out check in the mail after move out written for $80... Are you serious? Our security deposit was $500. I shampooed the carpets, the house was cleaned, yet they charge $75 to clean the oven? on top of other ridiculous charges! Any questions? just ask me I've got a lot to tell. Bottom line, DON'T Rent from here!!!!

I have only lived here a week. So far it seems okay. The neighbors are friendly. The in unit washer and dryer is nice. Lots of people have dogs, so do we, so it isn't unusual to see others walking around the community.

None, apartment has been great this far. People are friendly and there has been no issues. The neighborhood seems fairly quiet and the landscaping is kept up nice. Garbage cans are kept close by so disposal of trash is easy.

It's a fabulous place to live. Very clean, very quiet. It's a perfect location for a family and close to all of the stores. This apartment was by far the absolute cleanest home I have ever moved into and I have moved several times for school and work. The staff made moving easy and stress free so I could focus on other obligations in my life. I appreciated all of the help and the ease of moving in and the availability of the staff to always answer questions.

Some of the conditions here should be updated. Some of the amenities I believe are very very limited. I believe the people would stay longer if there were more to offer. There should be more exterior lighting for night time in there should be better surroundings around the dumpsters. There should also be speed bumps so people can't drive over 15 miles an hour through this development. That being said it should be a 15 mile an hour speed zone.
