The staff is extremely helpful and caring and really help give it a homey feeling. The apartments themselves are beautiful and perfect for anyone looking for that medium sized home. I'm glad to be calling here home

It was the easiest process I have encountered with renting a space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The townhouse was absolutely beautiful and CLEAN when I looked at it. Plus all of the amenities offered in the lease is a bonus!

Nice place, good service, good area. Excellent. Everything good. Nice atmosphere. We like service. We enjoy this place. Good for kids. Nice and clean. Everything is near stores. Neighborhood is also good and nice.

With just about a week of living at Walton Heights, we are extremely satisfied with everything that has been offered. We could not ask for anything more from the staff and our living experience at Walton Heights. The staff has been very great with communicating back and forth with questions we had and anything we needed at the apartment. We both can definitely say we are looking forward to our future at Walton Heights and the Altoona area.

The place is real nice and quiet. The up keep of the ground and buildings are great. If I was to rate this place I would give it a 100%. The staff are always ?? % when when they is a problem . They try to keep up with all the work that they have to do. The staff are very friendly.

In some ways I have loved living in this community, but over time costs have gone up and we pay for services that we don't want or use like valet trash pick up which is annoying while sometimes yard maintenance work is neglected for some time. There have been definite improvements to the property but we pay for that in full. I finally got my new balcony after 6 years of waiting for what was promised me when I moved in. I do love it, but think if that was a selling point of having people move in, they should have replaced the balcony way before 6 years of waiting.

The community is a very safe and beautiful environment to live in. Everyone I have encountered so far has been friendly. The apartment itself is very welcoming and feels like home. So far it is a great place to live.

It was great.. The whole process was utterly fantastic. Hannah was a huge help and we havent had any major issues. Quiet neighborhood it seems and very safe I feel like so overall we are very satisfied so far even tho it's only been one week

We recently moved in to the community and have found everyone to be warm, welcoming, and informative. The whole process was smooth and simple from viewing our townhouse to move in day. Communication was great and we were picking up our keys in no time.

Pretty quiet apartment complex. Washer and dryer is provided on every floor and is only operated by coins. Residents are pretty friendly. The apartment was renovated a little bit before we moved in. New carpet was put floor, new sinks, and fresh paint. There are some wall indentations like someone had a tv mounted in the living room and bedroom. But, great place that is located about 10 minutes from my job.

The apartment is decent but old and not renovated. Floors are linoleum and are damaged in one of the bathrooms, the carpet is old. The kitchen cabinets are very old and have lots of scratches. The apartment is very spacious, closets are big, comes with all appliances except microwave. Maintenance is speedy.

It's been great. The neighbors are so nice, staff are friendly, everything is well kept, the community is beautiful, quiet, and all that I was looking for. My needs have been met significantly since moving in.

Walton Heights townhomes are in a quiet neighborhood with friendly residents and helpful staff. My townhome was spotless on my move-in day. The layout and design is perfect. I am excited to call this area home for awhile!

The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. The unit we rented was clean and very nice. The whole move in process was easy and non stressful. And the area/location of the building is quiet and very well kept up with.

My personal experience has been unsatisfactory. I have had mice in my apartment (with no offer of reduced rent for that month) while management was telling me that rent is increasing due to property values increasing. The grass out front will be over grown for weeks before they cut it. There is trash in the front of the apartments. When the mail box was knocked over it's took a week to get back up. There is a mandatory trash valet service one cannot option out of. We have been charged for a trash service during the corona pandemic even though the service has been suspended during this time.

Everyone minds their own business and is respectful of the area. The dog policy is great and there isn't a weight restriction, which is hard to find. The space of the apartment is perfect for us and the price is very reasonable.

Pleasant and very quiet .. every one stays to there self and the office is so up beat and makes u feel welcome ... It's very maintained and the view is awesome.. it very clean and very peaceful ... It's relaxing..

Great place to live. Maintenance staff always takes care of any problems very quickly and efficiently. We are very happy here; nice community and friendly people. Never have to worry about safety issues at night.

Family oriented with great schools and shopping nearby. Dog friendly community. Picnic area for all residents along with a basketball court is provided. Staff is extremely conscientious of any senior citizens that may be living there

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All repair and maintenance requests are done on time and professionally. Staff people are very nice and friendly. The neighborhood is very safe as well. The area is very clean.

My maintence requests have always been responded to promptly and they have always been courteous and respectful. Rent is on the high side. Area is quiet. Office is quick to respond to emails and inquiries.

We love being here and we never had any problems. Everyone is friendly and we have great neighbors that you can depend on when you're away from your home. There is plenty of space for my kids to play outside without any traffic.
