So far it's good. We just moved in. Wish there was a storage unit to store extra stuff even if I still downsize a lot. Wish there was designated parking hard to find places to park that's not far away.

A beautiful community! Nice spacious apartments with all the amenities you need. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and always willing to help out when you're having any issues. Maintenance fixes any apartments issues asap.

Very nice staff. Jennifer is very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff gets the job done. The grounds are very well kept. Very nice neighbors. Friendly. The dog park is very nice. Lots of places to walk.

Move in was very quick and easy. The staff was great. The home was in spectacular condition, everything was clean and all work was done with high quality and attention to detail. We could not be happier with our new home. We look forward to living here for years to come

This community is very nice, however, was too high price range for me. I liked the more modern appeal of the E Atlantic Ave townhouse over the E Logan townhouse. In E Logan you could really hear the neighbor next door. I didn't like that too much.

It is a good community with good maintenance. Lived here for a year and everything is nice. Good parking with fast and easy maintenance if needed. Everyone that works here does a good job at what they do.

I have lived at Walton Heights for over 3 years. The staff are always pleasant, and helpful. Maintainence responds to every request very quickly. Snow removal is prompt. They hold a free resident event once a month. I have a beautiful view, and wonderful neighbors. The dog park is great for my dog. I love living here and would highly recommend it!

Only been here for 8 months. Staff is excellent. Very courteous and very helpful.They listen to your complaints or problems and take immediate action. Nice place to reside. I and disabled. Don't think I could find a nicer community to live in!

It's truly a wonderful experience here. I never have to worry about something breaking or getting lost. The maintenance works and front office are always polite and tell you to reach out for any assistance. Also the view and location of the apartments are in the right spot.

Everyone is very nice. I have had zero issues with communication. The house was very clean on arrival and the application/move-in process was very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for their first home.

I Have only been here a short time, but it's a very quiet neighborhood. Staff are quick at responding to any questions or concerns. Maintenance is great and efficient at repairs as well. Overall a very nice place to live.

Good apartments! Their maintenance team does a good job! I would recommend Walton Heights to my friends and family. One of the best apartments in the Altoona and greenwood area. Parking pavements are well maintained. Quite, clean and well maintained apartments.

Jennifer the representative was awesome. I guess if I didn't have to wait on the application process I would of taken it I would of taken the Apartment by accident found another apartment with the perfect location.

Very nice neighborhood, I have a gorgeous view from to window. I had a few things broken in the house but when I moved in and a few things that were a little dirty but other than that I've really had no complaints and for the price it's an amazing place I wouldn't be anywhere else
