The staff is very courteous and inclusive. The maintenance staff is quick to handle any problem we have and they are always friendly to our dog. The neighborhood is friendly and I enjoy being outside with everyone during the nice weather.

Nice area to live, nice one level floor, washer and dryer on 2nd floor but havnt used 's close to elementary school and nice walking area, i just heard theres a basketball court,play area, tennis court and vegetable garden for us living in complex which I'm excited too go see.

Very positive experience. Staff is very friendly and respectful of your privacy. This is the first place I have lived where staff will email and leave notices of maintenance work needs to be inspected; and they adhere to the timeframes noted. Overall nice community and quiet respectful neighbors.

Nice environment and facility all around. Feeling of safety when at home and protection when not at home. Everyone in the community and the staff watch out and care for others. in the 10 years we have lived here we never had any issues.

We have lived in our townhouse for 7 years. And although it is a nice location, my husband and I feel that the rate at which our rent has gone up in very high. Yes we have received new windows, a new front door and screen door, but to be honest they are done on a extremely low budget. This project was done by a third party. The maintenance gentleman is extremely helpful at all times, which is a great asset.

The location of the townhouse is very convenient. The option of having a garage was very important when I chose this townhouse. Snow removal in winter is a bonus. Fantastic Maintenance staff. Office staff very helpful and friendly.

This is a safe community that has been good to live in for the past several years. Management is responsive to our concerns when they occur. They are prompt to reply. We have had several issues with the poor quality of the materials in our townhome though.

It has been very enjoyable to live at Walton Heights this past year. I was new to the area and unsure of where I wanted to live. I felt comfortable and safe from the moment I moved in. It is quiet, friendly neighbors, and very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend Walton Heights as a place to live.

The community is great. It is quiet and well kept. Everyone I have run into has been friendly. Plenty of parking is available and trash is collected regularly, so that it doesn't pile up. Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient.

I like this community, everyone is friendly and they are constantly improving the community and the amenities. I think its reasonably priced and a great place to live, especially for a first time renter.

EVERYONE has been kind to me and you do not find people like that anymore. They have been understanding and ALWAYS willing to help me. Any problems or difficulties or advice that I have needed has always been given and done.

Really easy to work with and move was smooth. I love the area how clean all the utilities were inside my apartment. Its really quite and the staff is super helpful. My experience is definitely a happy one!

So far it has been great with an easy move in! Then place was very clean and we had no problems with any appliances. Could use a little more lighting in the house and possibly central air but those are the only downfalls I have seen so far!

Good, quiet place. There is a choice of apartments for any family and income. The office tries to respond quickly to all requests of residents. In 2016 with the arrival of a new management team, the service level little fell.

I have ! lived here 36 years. This is my home. It is safe community. The office staff is excellent as well as maintenance. If you have any problems they are quick to respond. I would recommend Walton Heights for safe and beautiful area as well! the

I have not moved into my new townbome yet but so far the whole process has been very easy. I have no complaints about the area or conditions of the apartment complex. Currently comma I would recommend this complex.

It is a very nice community. The office team and the maintenance team are super! They respond immediately to any problem. close to school , which is an awesome school! And they do all the snow and lawn maintenance!

Quiet community, friendly neighbors, pet-friendly, great maintenance staff, safe area, ample parking, spacious units. Office staff are helpful, and there are occasional community wide events. Very nice place to live.

Great neighborhood, maintenance staff, and nice overall experience. The only thing that I would recommend, not making the tenants rent a washer and dryer. I'd much rather purchase my own. Also many other complexes charge a one time per fee or additional deposit, not a monthly fee.

Great location, close to Altoona shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Awesome pricing for great looking and well maintained units. Responsive staff and maintainence on site. Amazing location to live!

I am very pleased with living at the Walton Heights apts. The apartments are very neat and clean and very spacious. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The location is also a plus, and in a picturesque setting. There is also ample parking. The roads and parking lots are kept clear in the winter. I've been living here at Walton Heights for a year now, and am very satisfied.

Needs updated for the rent we are expected to pay. Need new windows and doors very bad. Things are promised to residents and never delivered. Rent goes up every year and nothing new is done. I like location and neighbors are good

Walton Heights is a very nice and quiet complex. I enjoy the relaxed setting of the complex. Staff is friendly, prompt, and helpful. My apartment complex feels like home and I very much enjoy it. Great neighborhood to walk in as well.
