Nice, quiet community. There's been no major problems or inconveniences. Sometimes the trash isn't picked up from our door, and the washer and dryers are currently out of service, but overall we're very happy at Walton Heights. We plan to stay here for a few years.

Good so far. Apartment is clean and nice. Next door neighbors have young children who can be noisy at times. Shower is oddly plumbed backward from what I am used to, so all the way on is cold while almost all the way off is hot.

It's a nice area in Altoona, it's quiet. The office staff is helpful, and maintenance took care of our water heater problem in a timely manner. My only complaint was the mouse droppings I found throughout the kitchen when cleaning up to move out.

The apartments at Walgreens are very nice and modern, and the staff is extraordinarily helpful at making sure you fill out all the paperwork properly. I never felt confused about the process and we got it all wrapped up as quickly as possible. I was very surprised at how modern the apartments are and how many amenities are included. Although the places are on the small side, there is plenty of storage and the layout is arranged to maximize the space so you never feel cramped. I would definitely recommend Walton Heights to anyone looking to move.

So far it has been a nice experience, Hannah has been so helpful at the front desk through the entire process. Grounds are kept nice. We like that it is pet friendly and close to hospital. Quiet community with friendly neighbors, close to grocery shopping as well

I currently live here and It is decent here but Ive had a few major issues that the staff was uncaring about. Pros: Allows animals. Quiet. Maintenance shows up when you put in a ticket. The neighborhood is relatively safe. Cons: Random people sleep in parking lot when you tell staff they don't address it. Apartment main door doesn't lock and hasn't for 2 years but the doors to the office lock. Rent goes up with minimal updates, will increase year to year. Buildings are outdated and wiring is old so working from home is frustrating. It was communicated to me that the only internet you can get is Atlantic broadband and the technicians told me they have offered to rewire the whole building as long as they got the rights to internet and cable yet they are the only option you are allowed to get. Took me over a month to have working internet because the staff wouldn't stay after 4:30 pm or they would charge $50 so they could unlock a door for the technician so I had to schedule a personal day to get it straightened out. Power goes out often and there is no generator, so if you need power at all times for medical reasons I would not advise They don't bleed the water heaters regularly so the water becomes yellow at times. Parking in the winter months is terrible. The snow removal process is very unorganized and they tell you the night before to move your cars. Routine maintenance is communicated a day in advance

Very quiet, i never really see or hear neighbors all that much. One thing is that the door to building doesn't lock at night which doesn't make me feel all that safe at times. Overall, it's a very nice community and would recommend it to others

Love the apartment. It was maintained well and clean when we got it. The days prior to our check in there was no one in the office. This caused us a lot of stress. There was no emergency contact we could have used. It was resolved the day of the move though.
