I'm a relatively new resident at Walton Heights. The leasing process was extremely easy, and the leasing staff promptly answered any and all questions I had. The apartment itself is a little basic (it doesn't include a dishwasher, for example), but it's comfortable so far.

So far not bad. I like it here. Haven't been here long but it's about what I expected. First floor so no steps just for laundry. Parking is good. Can't wait for nice weather to take my dog an tour the grounds he seems to like it here also.

All good . Very safe for me and my children. Great winter maintenance. Enjoyed my stay with them. Becoming a bit too pricey though for a single mother. It would be much more affordable for a double income family .

The Walton Heights Team has been wonderful from the first day I toured the community. The office staff is very friendly and quick to help with any issues. The maintenance team is so polite and they always clean up after they are finished!

Fine . My experience is ok no issues. Everything is going ok. Neighbors are friendly . No problems as of now. Close to my job . Convenient location. Rent is high though. Decrease the rent would be great.

Managerial and maintenance staff have been marvelous. Turnover is high though. I would encourage maintenance staff wear uniforms with their names on it for security measures and residents. Would be nice if maintenance crew photo and names were on Facebook page.

Nice place, quite and well maintained surroundings. Alicia made our relocating so much easier. The staff have been nice and welcoming. And accepting pets for us it was a must! So far it is being great!

Have not had one issue while living at Walton Heights. The staff is always very friendly and always helpful with any questions that I have. All work orders are completed very quickly and the trash pick up is really nice.

It was a fast and easy move in! The facility was clean and the staff was friendly! The townhome was freshly carpeted and included new appliances. My lease was given to me quickly and explained when necessary! I would recommend Walton Heights to a friend for sure!

I love the community. I've only been there for a brief amount of time but everyone is so nice. I had people I didn't even know be more then glad to give me a helping hand while I moved. It made this process that much easier.

Everyone is very nice. Neigbours are contagious, employees are friendly. Everything we had an issue they came promptly, excecuted the job nice and Fast. I wish there would be a bigger community gathering space, perhaps a playground (we only have a tennis/baseball Cort and a small grill).

Although Walton Heights has its obstacles, it's one of the best apartments I've lived in. The grounds are kept in good shape and most of the folks are welcoming. There are issues with some of the residents concerning their dogs and curbing them. Overall it's been a good place to live.

I'm very happy living here. I enjoy the comfort of having a community feeling. I am however not happy with being made to pay for a service that I do not need. This is the trash service that we have to pay extra for when we have a dumpster that many of us are capable of walking to.

The community at Walton Heights is a great community to live in. It's quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the staff at the leasing office are friendly and make the move in process simple and easy. They also allow pets which makes it a great place to live for pet lovers!

It has been a great experience so far. The staff and community people are friendly and helpful. The townhome where I live is spacious and well kept. The community atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. I would recommend this area to my friends.

I just moved into this community and so far community looks clean and quiet. The management office people are always nice to me and I don't have any other concerns so far. I like the place overall. I would recommend this place to other people.

We have only been here a few weeks but have had a good experience thus far. Friendly staff, made the move in process very easy and hassle free.. Maintenance response time was very prompt. The grounds are kept neat.

We have lived here almost two years and it is a great place to call home. Maintenance is on hand to complete any issues that may arise and everyone here is pretty friendly and there are lots of pets which is a nice scenery change as opposed to most apartment complexes.

I've been through different owners and I have to say that the owners now take care of their residents. Very accommodating and easy to talk with. They respond quickly to all service requests. Maintenance is very nice.

The office staff is great. They get right on any request made. The work crew is very good. They never leave a mess. They complete the job and always keep you informed as to what they are going to do. They complete the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with Walton Heights. The location is great and our apartment is very quiet. Neighbors are nice.

I've had a very good experience living here at Walton Heights. My 1 BIG PROBLEM, not allowing us to cook out (Grille).I find the community park to be an unsatisfactory alternative.We're not permitted to engage in a major part of life in America.

very comfortable and quiet. The apartments are a bit dated but satisfactory. It would be nice to have a garbage disposal unit with the sink. I really miss that added feature. Also including electric and water, gas, would also be nice although this would add minor increased expense. Avoiding the extra billing hassles would be an advantage to me.

This is a well established community, with very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. They respond quickly and efficiently to any and all questions or problems. They also do their best to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to rent!

Community is very quiet and not as well lit as I would like but that's really nothing to be concerned about. The closeness to everything is a bit overstated but for a normal drive it isn't bad. For the price it's a good place.
